Moe's spent his formative years in the cold harsh wasteland of Yellowknife in northern Canada, he spent many days with his mother and father learning all the necessary tools and skills that a young man his age should need to know, how to shoot a firearm, how to picklocks, how to hotwire cars and last of all how to not get caught. So you see Moe's family is not that of a regular family they are a heist family, by the age of 5 Moe had already begun running small jobs with his family, stealing wallets, stealing cars and even holding up the occasional liquor store. for Moe life was going great, until tragedy struck at the age of 15 Moe's father insisted on a big score they were going to rob a Bank during this heist one of the clerks set off the silent alarm, they were burned, but Moe's parents were unwilling to go down without a fight they exited the bank and started firing their Micro SMG's, Moe's mother was fatally wounded, his father was incarcerated and forced to serve three life sentences, and Moe like every youth member in his country who had been involved in crimes was put into a juvenile corrections facility.
At this facility Moe continued honing the skills he learned from some his fellow youth how to be an effective thug; By the time Moe was released at the age of 18 he had mastered all forms of pickpocketing, carjacking and covering his tracks, as well he possessed contacts with almost every gang in the pacific North West. As Moe was now released from juvenile corrections, the crimes he committed were now sealed and protected under the Canadian Charter Moe was now able to begin his adult life without the fear of people knowing who he was and what he had done.
Moe joined the Canadian Special forces at the age of 18 where he excelled in all forms of hand to hand combat weapons training and most of all not getting caught, because of these skills Moe ascended through the ranks and was involved in multiple off the books operations until one day he jus disappeared...
Moe after going AWOL left his country and immigrated to Los Santos under a new identity it is unbeknownst to SAHP that one of their newest Deputy's has connections with all gangs and is responsible for over a dozen bank robberies across the country.
Outcome:
-can do 1v2because of Elite Weapons training and experience with the Armed Forces
-an expert at not getting caught (knows to frisk people for cameras and wires and to destroy any recording devices)
-Uses a Micro SMG for all criminal activity as it is the weapon that reminds him of his loss
-can accept bribes from gangs and has the ability to tip them off
-Moe does not know how to swim (and is afraid of the water)
-Has the ability to steal cars
-has the ability to conceal his identity
-has the ability to destroy evidence
