Dear Mazhor,
Today I decided to buy an office and made my purchase at around 02.11 am on August 5 2022. However, until it has successfully been purchased there is no information regarding that it needs to be level 3 before it is listed or its name could be changed. In this case, the purchase was a total catastrophe for me, a relatively new player who invested his hard-earned money. I contacted administration via in-game menu however they said "I should have talked with other office owners before I bought it if I had worries", and "Office needs to be level 3 and it costs 70m". All of the Info I got was after purchase. I am sure that many people like me get their office and then cannot afford the upgrades and basically lost their 5m. Also, there is even no chance for refunds, and even I am unable to sell my office to the government.
I would appreciate it if you can provide me with a refund, this is a hard-learned lesson for me to not try something that there is minimal information regarding to it. I believe in your conscience, sensibility and justness.
