Rejected 86985 Eternal Rider

Hello, im the owner of account with 86985 i got banned for General Rule 1.1 at that time i wasn't in the city i was living. I was visiting a friend and to do a event quest i logged in for 5 munites. Later i learned that my friend was banned which caused to my account to be banned aswell. I have been playing with 99166. You can see i don't do anything wrong. You can wipe my money on my old account but i don't want to lose my progress. Can you unban me please?
