Rejected Improper Demorgan by John Lark

I was sent to demorgan and given a warning for fear rp when the situation was improbable. The people who claim they were taking us hostage only had 3 people there was no required fear rp as there was 2 of us and 3 of them. You need atleast 4 people 2 cars to take 1 person hostage and 8 people 4 cars to take 2 people hostage. The fact that I got demorgan for fear rp was not of probable reason as they didnt have a sufficient amount of people.

There was also an active NG Raid going on and they didnt have me taken hostage yet so NG opened fire.

The rule which you are saying does not exist in our server rules. You are getting rules mixed up. It’s 4 people and 2 cars to pull someone over and not for fear rp. You have to fear for your life even with 1 gun pointed at you. They can even rob you with 2 people no rule against it. You are under their line of fire and without caring for your life NG shot near you hence they got punished for fail rp. You HAVE to fear for your life no matter the circumstance.

im not saying fear rp doesnt exist. I was complying but you could clearly tell i was struggling to find the animation.

we were at an NG raid and we had just entered south gate. thats why they got shot at

I was complying but the only reason i shot was because they only had 3 people trying to pull 2 people over thats not how it works and that i know is in the server rules but i still complied

ok so either way i complied and you can see that after i was down they got me up and i was trying to find the animation along with asking them questions but then ng shot at them and at that point isnt the failrp on ng not me? because after that theres nothing i can do
