This is an English server you are supposed to speak English you are allowed to speak in another language privately where everyone agrees to it and you guys weren't talking privately and not everyone agreed to it + you were also muted for mixing so it wasn't only for speaking in another language and you were all talking in another language around him and maybe to him, i will be waiting for higher admin's decision
You are right but it is not a green zone. As you can see the video the guy ID 81794 telling f words about dead guy family in our language. I just said ''dont'' in my language then i leave the area. You talked multiple times in your language and you don't need to be a in a greenzone for that rule to apply that rule applies anywhere in the city
