After successful completion of training he joined NG at post of trainee. In the initial stage of Touqeer's career he done his job with honesty and full dedication and get the rank of Lt. general in NG . But due to low wages he cannot afford living in Los Santos because he has family to fed and also want to grow. Touqeer have alot of friends in gang/ or criminal. Touqeer helps them by taking money and giving them information. Sometimes he also released his criminal friends from jail.
