2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. For a while now I’ve seen the RP from Leo’s go down hill I’ve watched and watched as the Leo’s within our city would rather run away from problem instead of finding a way to fix it and be triumphant, there is always a way to win but it seems that the Leo’s do not want to find that way to win anymore I wanna bring back the strength Leo orgs had almost 8 months ago when we wouldn’t back down from a challenge or a fight!
2. I would also like to be leader because I want there to be better outreach with the citizens I want the citizens to know if there is a problem they can call us if there in danger they can call us if there car is stuck they can call us we will get it unstuck with our tow truck. There is so much more untapped potential it’s time Leo’s do more and I’m willing to make it happen
3. I have so many ideas on new things we can do including, actual foot patrols around los santos in places of interest which will help improve RP including but not limited too: 1, hotel (we can do this to help the new players in the city get aquatinted with the police force of the city and help them get there start 2, beach market there tends to be lots of crime at beach market so I’d have steady foot patrols there throughout the entirety of the day. 3. The casino and areas the surrounding it there are always illegally parked vehicles there piling up it would be best to have foot patrols there.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. More interaction with the citizens of the city not just patrolling and giving tickets or killing people but actually interacting having my PR team host better events throughout my term which will get the citizens involved and also keeping the citizen up to date with what we are doing as well.
2. For so long Leo’s shoot first and ask questions later this has plagued our city for way to long it’s time instead of shooting cuz someone has a gun out we attempt to disarm with our words instead of just coming up guns blazing (unless of course that gun is raised to us and there is probable cause
3. Last but not least instead of refusing to rp because we don’t believe we will win a situation or it’s a situation we don’t think can go our way we will find a way to win we will do whatever is necessary within a rp scenario that does not break the rules in order to be the winners we won’t refuse to rp because we don’t think we can win we will rp everything and we will find a way to triumph.
