Rejected Complain about admins not accepting POV | Various

Hello,

I play the game using 3 monitors, my resolution is 5840x1080.
Video Capture softwares don't work with this resolution, so to capture POVs I'm using an external camera, here an example:

Some admins are saying they don't accept this POV while other admins already accepted this kind of POV.

I can't find a rule where it says that a POV needs to be from a software and I don't understand why you can't accept it, as this is a better proof, because you can see exactly what I can see.

Can someone please clarify?
