Operation Caribbean
Proposed event plan by Andrej Barba
Why this event?
I think events that are inherently short and fun are just fine, but I’d like to bring something to the table that can create some IC lore and be a memorable event for all involved.
Backstory
Governor of State of San Andreas has been taken hostage while he was on his trip to North Yankton and American government got information terrorists who kidnapped governor are heading to Cayo Perico small island of the Caribbean. Terrorists who took him have no interest in money and they just want to kill him to spread fear and send message how this government is failure. Other government organizations decided to send all Spec Ops from all organizations to island to try to save governor. State decided to name this mission "Operation Caribbean"
How it works
State
State will send their best agents (Spec Ops) to Aircraft carrier where they will make a plan how they are gonna do this rescue.
State need to be on aircraft carrier for 10 min making plans and prepare for mission, after 5 minutes FIB can launch 2 drones to find out what is location where they are keeping governor.
State need to get to island, locate governor, eliminate all terrorists and take governor back to capitol building.
If terrorist kill governor they still need to continue mission to kill all terrorists.
State Roles
State need to have from 2 snipers.
State need to have 2 pilots of NG Air Force division.
State need to have 2 medics from NGs Combat Medic division (medics need to RPly check governors health condition).
State can have up to 4 units with LMGs.
Everyone who is not part of these above will have ARs.
Once they take governor GOV SS need to be around governor at any given time
State Vehicles
State can use only 2 helicopters and 4 boats.
Pilots of helicopters need to be part of NG Air Force division.
Terrorist
(Terrorist are unofficial family)
Terrorists will need to find location where they will keep governor (anywhere except Mansion).
Terrorists need to protect their asset(governor) by any means.
30 minutes after State start their way to island terrorists can kill governor
Terrorist Roles
Terrorists need to have 2 snipers.
Terrorists can have up to 2 units with LMGs.
Everyone who is not part of these above will have ARs.
Terrorist Vehicles
4 Marryweather variant of Mesa jeep
2 Sanchez bikes
Player count
Total Terrorists = 25
Any unofficial family who want to do this
Total legal = 25
NG = 10
FIB =10
GOV = 5
Admin/Curator requirements
Monitoring event
Teleport terrorists and governor to Cayo Perico
Spawn vehicles
RULES
This is FULL RP event which means people are supposed to use their radio, department chat, phones etc.
As this is FULL RP event anything what wouldnt happen IRL its strictly forbidden.
Any non rp action, communication, driving, flying and more is strictly forbidden.
Snipers from both sides can use heavy sniper if they have one.
Snipers need to be in tactical locations where they can snipe from.
Terrorists must have their family outfit.
State must wear their Spec Ops outfit.
Win conditions
State win: Eliminating all terrorists and bringing governor to capitol
Gang win: Eliminate all State from island and kill governor
