i was just at my house and these 2 guys came and gave me 5 sec to leave and i startet running but they killed me anyway

Fix title. It should read "Rule Break | Suspect ID", where "Rule Break" is the server rule that is broken and "Suspect ID" is the ID of the player who broke the rule.

ID 56284 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
"When outside the ghetto, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them."​
