Gregory House was born in a small village of Nass, south west of Dublin. He grew up in the street and mixed up with with the wrong people. They promised him money and power in exchange for his idle hands. He did get a lot of money and power but with all of that a lot of dangers come as well. He was made to kill to save his own skin. With a lot of practice he became an excellent marksman. He started picking off the members of the opposing gang that was threatening everything that he build and most importantly, his life. He started getting involved into gun trafficking. With this endeavor we acquired quite an arsenal of illegal weapons. His prime possessions were his heavy 50cal snipers. After many successful years as a head of his illegal empire the clutches of the law were gripping tighter and tighter around him. Not wanting to end up like Al Capone who got arrested and brought down for a stupid reason he decided to grab his most valuable things and flee to San Andreas.
Once Gregory arrived on his little smuggling boat he was looking to use his skills somewhere. Police and FIB were a lot smarter here so smuggling was out of the question, it was too dangerous. Gregory was looking to incorporate his marksmanship so he was thinking of joining the National Guard Sniper division. As soon as he joined he started thriving as a sniper. With proper training and guidance he became top of his Regiment. Gregory was climbing the ranks quickly. He became popular for the number of confirmed kills matching Simo Häyhä the "White Death" with 526 confirmed kills under his belt all accomplished with his black and orange 50cal sniper Black Arrow made in Serbia. Everybody in the Organization was admiring Gregorys collection of snipers as he was using them on duty and only to protect the his fellow soldiers and more importantly the Nation.
Gregory House Found an old Soviet bunker and used it for storage of his weapons and after he got enough money he bought machines that would allow him to make his own ammo for sale in the black market.
Outcomes:
1) Gregory can use heavy snipers (painted or non painted) while on duty only in service of the National Guard.
2) Gregory can acquire more heavy snipers from his sources and connections in the Black Market if needed.
3) Gregory can sell ammunition he makes in his bunker on the Black Market.
