Life Story :
Born in the 2000s, Luke was brought up around Slangs and Gangs which influenced his behaviour from here and there and Showed Luke as a Violent person which he isn’t under his Acting. Luke’s Parents always stayed out working late then sleeping when they were home so he never really seemed to seek out to them for help.But he still loved them very much.
It only took around 2 weeks for Luke to be out selling drugs for some allowance, to keep him okay as He couldn’t find any money to help himself, and even tho it was the wrong way to it it was great for him
Many Months Later His parents were murdered in a chase which was caused by the Gang Demanding money he owed them this left Luke no Choice and he Ran away to another country
Career Story :
After Lukes Flee he landed in Los Santos Where he knew he needed to make a fresh start, and within 48 hours he managed to get in touch with some mates he knew a few years back who wanted to be officers. These officers Vixie and Larry worked for a Highway patrol and offered him a job. Luke always Loved having respect so when he was offered a high rank for them he gladly took it and was out for revenge. he does love his job though meeting new people learning new phrases and having genuine conversations with members of Public but then also underneath is the trauma of his parents and Luke thinks criminals are all the same and are all linked to his parents murder in some sort of way So through his career he has thought of ways too punish some criminals even if they are not Guilty of crimes.
In His occupation Despite his love for the community and arresting criminals the right way and patrolling with friends, he has decided he needs to do criminal things to gain trust with criminals to find out Info and tell him it and Help him find himself and his parents killers SAHP MAY GIVE HIM THIS ADVANTAGE THAT HE NEEDS…

5) Luke can inject Truth Serum into criminals for them to leak info. ( using try command twice only )
6) Luke can buy and sell illegal guns from the Black Market ( No org weapons or gear)
7 Luke can use illegal weapons while on duty.
8) Luke can do any illegal activity that benefits him.
9)Luke can rob people with his family and friends in the ghetto secretly and steal panels for money.
10) Luke can take someone off the wanted list, let them free, or lower their sentence.
11) Luke can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. ( No Org gear)
12) Luke always has a radio on him allowing him to use it while off duty to keep up to date.
13) Luke can take a part in family events like store robbery etc too crack down on criminals
