Life Story: Luke (Smith) grew up in London England with a Classy lifestyle as his Father was a High Level Agent who lived his life protecting The Majesty This lead to his Father teaching him the Skills of being an Agent and the skills as a sneaky ninja creeping around and being a spy for the MI6 . From The young age where he was finally allowed to join, he decided to join the MI6 Cadet Course where he dreamed to be the agent like his father is. In his training he seemed to be "better than the rest" so people started to trust him this is where he got into making money by letting criminals go for some US Dollars and also doing some criminal activity. As he was a kind Soul majority of his money he earned he gave to his family and friends and He developed a very criminal personality undercover in the MI6 Cadet force, however once he returned home from base he realised that his family were mugged due to his father arresting the wrong man and people left furious this obviously meant that not only his fathers money and jewlerry were stolen but all of lukes was too. March 2007 he was sent to Wales to help the newly formed Welsh Detectives Firm. Where he learned a lot about weapons smuggling and drug smuggling and how to drive Fast and safely in bumpy and rough terrains in the very Erroded Mountains and hills there. Then on 7th of August 2007, Luke was found smuggling illegal items from the Welsh detectives storage to his Personal Plane and He was arrested on Suspicion of Mass stealing Prohibited items from a Secured facility. This is where Luke spent 6 years in Prison, which allowed him to meet criminals and learn enough knowledge to help him when he got out. Whilst there he obviously made some criminal connections wich he may contact in later life and when he was released flew straight out to a country Called San Andreas. Here he met a new family Called Sinaloa and before joining any jobs realised he need a name changwe to secure his safety this is when luke became Luke (Hulk). Using evidence of his good side and Documents of him being in MI6 he managed to Join the SAHP where he was deputy chief of rs and IA under Charles McKnight , Following this he decided that the county was enough for him and moved to FIB where he worked his way to 00 agent under Notix Haze and developed his secretive nature and regained his old talents in the intelligence field from MI6. 2 more months in FIB allowed him to learn everything now and He left FIB to move back to SAHP to help one of his favourite Friends Jayden Hill and was Head of IA in his term. Then he left SAHP to go to LSPD Where davis Lawley was chief and learn as much from there as possible and thought this is where he can makes smuggles happen again but unfortunately this term came to an End and now hes Back in SAHP ready to Use his skills
Career Story:
From being in the MI6 Cadet force and working himself up the ranks of the MI6 Cadet Force he managed to become the Director of International detectives for the MI6 Cadets which allowed him to be so illegal in wales gathering KNJOWLEDGE of the criminal acts and ways to Then getting imprisoned and moving to San Andreas. He then worked his way up to Hc in SAHP to HC IN FIB toTo then HC IN LSPD . He met a lot of new people both civilian and criminal during this time and grew Smarter and Smarter of how to do things Legal and illegal. To now returning to his home SAHP where he hopes his illegal Ways can continue
Outcomes are as followed
1) Luke can take bribes up to 100k
2) Luke can go to the ghetto off duty and start killing people there for fun.
3) Luke can torture people for information secretly for more info about others like he did to criminals in MI6 Spy division. if do not comply he will use outcome 5 ( with /commands)
4) Luke can take criminals' guns when they die and sell them for money and for his own Wealth after his skills in Gun smuggling in wales
5) Luke can inject Truth Serum into criminals for them to leak info this serum he stole from Containers in a storage unit . ( using try command twice only )
6) Luke can buy and sell illegal guns from the Black Market ( No org weapons or gear)
7 Luke can use illegal weapons while on duty.
8) Luke can do any illegal activity that benefits him.
9)Luke can rob people with his family and friends in the ghetto secretly and steal panels for money.
10) Luke can take someone off the wanted list, let them free, or lower their sentence.
