Life Story:
On a warm day on the 5th of August 1999, Henrietta was born in London, UK. She grew up in a deprived area in East London, living in a small apartment with her mother, her father sadly passed away before she was born. She grew up with a life of petty crimes such as stealing from stores, pickpocketing and anti social behavour with her friends and started committing criminal acts from the age of 13. She would always carry knifes and even firearms as she knew people who could supply them, firearms have always been highly illegal in the UK. As she got older, she progressed to more severe crimes such as store robberies and murders, she committed her first murder at the age of 18 and was never caught which is why she managed to migrate to the US despite her illegal activities. At the age of 19 she migrated to the US and met up with her online partner where they started a new life in San Andreas. Her boyfriend was a police officer which she took influence in and she wanted to forget about her previous life of crime and start her new life of fighting crime.

Henrietta started her career at the SAHP, always patrolling with her boyfriend as she was comfortable with him. After a year in the force, she made it up to the rank of Lead Investigator and joined the Internal Affairs division. To this day she has made it up to the rank of Lieutenant, making her a High Command of the Internal Affairs division. She really enjoyed her life fighting crime and keeping the streets clean from criminals, then on the 15th of September 2022, her boyfriend was killed in action while negotiating at a hostage situation. Henrietta was too upset to continue working, she attended his funeral and took time off work. She was so depressed that she had to take anti-depressants and she couldn't stop crying over her boyfriend. Her depression brought her back to her times of crime, something that she simply could not forget as she came to the US to spend her life with her boyfriend and forget about her previous life of crime, however, the death of her boyfriend was the last straw for her.
Outcomes:
1- Henrietta can take bribes up to 100k for letting prisoners go, etc
2- Henrietta can sell/give information to gangs/criminals such as ammo runs, ghetto patrols, etc
3- Henrietta will be able to go to the ghetto and murder people to take out her frustration
4- Henrietta can use truth serum along with intense interrogation, torture, and even killing if it's needed
5- Henrietta can go to the black market to buy and sell illegal firearms and items (only personal ones, not org)
