2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1) Being Deputy/Under Deputy and HC in Marabunta/Bloods/Ballas/Vagos/Families/FIB/LSPD/SAHP in all EN servers has taught me a lot about leading an Organization in the server and has greatly boosted my confidence to accomplish any goals. As the head of Los Santos Vagos, I am aware that many people would like to travel with me and support me along the way.

2) I want to be the leader because I want to teach the new residents of the city how to enjoy gang life and to role-play in the city. I also want to participate in many events with my gang (daily store robberies, FZ Raids, hostage situations(2 or 3 times in a week), bs, Clandestine Shop, and others).

3) In order to make LEOs always fear from us and ensure that we succeed in capturing Los Santos Vagos at number one/#1, I'll strive to have a maximum amount of people at Store robberies (almost 35), hostage situations, and FZ raids.

4) Additionally, I desire the leadership position because I have experience in the legal organization (FIB,SAHP,LSPD,NG) and am familiar with how they operate and handle situations. With this knowledge, I can control the legal organization and predict what their next move would be, which will make things much simpler for the gang. Additionally, I served as the HC of every major ORG, which gives me a minor advantage.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) At the end of the week, I will give bonuses to everyone based on how active they were in the gang (10k for 24/7 or Gun Store Robbery, Battle Ship, FZ raid, Hostage Situation, and 5k for all other events) And 30k bonus if we get 3 or more victories in a day!, and I will only allow active people to join in gangs so I don't get 80-100+ people online and only 10 or 20 or less attending an event.

2) Global Events must be held at least twice a week, and every two weeks will offer a large Global Event bonus. Each Global Event must has bonuses to increase interest in participating in the Global Event.

3) Enlist my gang to do as much RP as possible, such as stealing people and forming alliances with other gangs

4) Observing around city, I have noticed that some people tend to "mix things up" in RP situations, while others break the rules. To avoid such acts, I teach all gang members how to handle such situations differently and make a bodycam. In particular, we recommend that you continue to work on RP situations and document rule violations with bodycam when possible. Once everything is clear, you can report the incident and present the evidence you have gathered.

I will be Short and simple, I want to be leader of Vagos cause I think its been established that I know how to lead a gang in every aspect, I know how to do events perfectly whilst handling turf myself and ensureing that all the weakly tasks are done and that my gang members enjoy the organization that I have created for them.

Secondly, its important to mention that i want to be a leader of a gang since its one of the simpler but exciting orgs of the server there is so many possiblities such as writing stories for the attack on capitol or doing any other creative RP activity, I havent seen much of this type of thing in vagos since Teddy's term.

Finally, I want to make it right with everyone in the server and show that yes even the "Worst people" can change if given the chance as many people just see me as a toxic useless player and dont even look into why and how everything is going with me and the way I do organizations and convresations.

My advice on Improving the role play is simple, Make sure everyone knows the rules and try to create a realistic gang: For example if a stranger walks into HQ asking to join irl he would be attacked robbed etc instead of being taken in, He would have to stand outside until a Senior Gang member finally asks him what he wants and he would need a very big list of reasons on why he wants to join that certain gang otherwise it makes 0 sense ICly.

An other great advice would be building on the choice of Story in gangs, For example Slowly over 30 days the leader and deputies could build a story line for Vagos For example with betrayal hardship and it could be based on events that actually did happen ingame with vagos over the days.

I have several reasons for applying this gang leadership. Firstly, i wanna talk about my gang experince. I became over 6 time Deputy in my career at Families, Marabunta, Ballas and Bloods. That made me overexperinced in gangs.

• A gang needs an active leader to manage it, if the leader isn't doing anything then you can't expect anything from members , so i will fix that with being active in events, ghetto clapping and motivating all the members.

• I will focus on Graffitis because its one of the main way to earn money for any typical gang member and having a good ammount of hourly graffiti profit would attract members and make the gang active.

• Frequent store robberies, Fz raids, Hostage situation and ghetto clapping would make every other gang and state orgs fear Vagos so i would obviously do that with my all gang members and show everyone what's can a gang do if it gets a good leader.

Ans - (i) I won't promote any favoritism in the gang because I have seen that most of the people give their friends and family members some of the best ranks in the gang and this is very harmful for the gang as in this hardworking gang members are being ignored and some of them would leave and this will cause a loss of members in the gang.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Vagos as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.

-I saw a lot of people not doing realistic RP like people just mainly want to make the term successful and become an admin but never looks for making it realistic I will try my best to do that so I also wanted to be a leader who can teach newbie's to be the best not like others who just see any person from there org who don't know something they just blacklist or kick him just to do not get a warn but I will try to teach the newbie.

- I have seen people making the worst ranking system they just put there friends on higher rank who don't even know anything but the people who knows the rp really they just get low ranks but I will not be bias in any kind and choose the hc by there knowledge and activity

a) Gang Experience: First When i joined game, My first Org was LSPD. I love very much be in RP so it was my first. But after i joined Families and become Deputy and i saw Familes going better then LSPD. it was too fun; Rob People, going and fighting Clands , Going Battleship with crowded gangs, Turfs etc. and i saw and i believe i ll be better if i become a leader.

b) I have a lot of Experience in gangs, I have been High command in many gangs, and I know everything not to do because I have learned from other gang leaders what not to do when being a leader, to avoided getting gang warnings/disbanded.

c) I want to put a diff on the server. and I want to make Vagos the strongest. And I know all the gang and general rules.

e) I think that Vagos and every other organization in the city should be ran properly with no disbands or no rule breaking and just in general to make the city better with more RP, lately I have noticed that the gangs has not really been active with store robbery's or criminal act in general and that is something that I really would love to change, lots of gangs before has had a leader for a couple of days and then disband and that is not what should be happening.

a) in my opinion. We need to hire someone who knows the game and we need to take a test before we get into the gang. if we do it this way, there will be no rulesbreak and rp will always be at the highest level. Vagos will always be the strongest.

b) be active in Ghetto, i have to tell any gang members and have to teach rules and trying to not do mistake, if i saw seem guy doing that mistake again, i gonna punish.

c) Another thing I would to do improve RP, is focus more on interesting RP situations like store robbery's, hostage situation, ECT.

d) One thing I would do to improve RP is to make sure Vagos as a organization does never break any rules, and if a member of Vagos is caught breaking any sever rules will get a warning or a straight blacklist.

1) When i join this city my first gang that i joined is vagos. I realized that vagos on background always.
