1)= roleplay quality in these day in city is getting worst day by day main and one of the biggest reason is favoritism i will not do i think we should rate our gang member as their knowledge not by how they are close to me this should be fix in city ASAP.
2)= I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, Car theft, Subs and every single activity of gang i will make sure performed by ballas every single day.
3)= as i said before i want my term active 24/7 so i have to appoint deputy from all time zone.
4)= i will appoint 10 graffiti leader each leader have a team who do graffiti for max profit every hour.

• I am fully aware about my actions which will help me to boost my organization in all aspects. I have irl leadership qualities which will help me to keep my organization together with less conflicts and more activity.

I have done All events which most of The people from GMT + 5:30 hasn't , for example submarine event. I have past experience As 8x Deputy , no doubt I have only performed well in 2 terms of Alexa Bros and learned most out of it. In rest of my terms as a deputy I was nothing other than a failure. I was toxic but drastically changed my self in past 1 month and left all conflicts which pulled me back.

• I have system like Human Resource and Strike system , but not like all others those who just keep a strike system which Is not relevant from point of view of a normal member. People want to join illegal org to escape the matrix of legal organization, and all that things that makes experience very, umm like very strict, more strict then needed. Because at the end of the day this is rp people wanna learn while having fun side by side.

After my so much experience I have understood just 1 thing , never give ranks for free , I was toxic and as much as I know that a leader can't be toxic , can't be baised and can't play on any other rp server , for these things I had decided to change myself by quitting my ego and being chilled headed when someone is provoking. Appointing best deputies who will lead the gang in my absence.

4. Members will receive big bonuses for attending events, aswell as bonuses for achieving rank ups

5. Toxicity leads to a non fun RP experience. So we will try avoid it if possible

6. Everyone has to grind for their ranks the way everyone else has to.

7. I will bring activity to every event I can, and will be hitting numbers such as 80+ ppl in the city at a time

8. I will bring unique RP to every event I can do so. So it doesn’t get stale
