I've got a couple ideas for events and roleplaying scenarios. So I think the first thing I'd like to address is RP within Marabunta, namely between the gang and other gangs.

Expanding on the last point, I'd like to operate the gang with as little toxicity as possible, creating an environment where people may feel like family and grow together, similar to how the city was since I first joined. It was new and exciting, and everyone was having a great time being in gangs. However, with the enormous number of individuals pouring into the city, gangs appear to have thrown the ghetto regulations, general rules, and even plain common sense out the window. As a result, I'd like to make certain that all of the gangsters are aware of the rules (what we can and cannot do). There will be a few general questions to which everyone must at least know the answers in order to participate.

Finally, I want to become Marabunta's leader in order to make the city more delightful for everyone. Many of my former pals who were heavily involved in the city and who enjoyed gang life and events grew tired of the sameness of encounters and certain characteristics of the city. As a result, I'd like to try to make it a little more interesting for everyone. I want to attract people back, welcome newcomers, and simply make the GrandRP city as fantastic as it was when I first joined. I'd RP fights and possibly even severe hostage discussions every time I flew into the city. I don't want to make the city "great again," because it is already amazing, but I do want to feel like a part of it.

3.I'd like to focus on roleplaying with the organization in two areas. The first is gang interactions in the ghetto, and the second involves gangs and legal organizations, particularly during store robberies, which can add suspense and interest to the game. 1.) I want to become a leader of Marabunta because the organization itself has left a great impact on me in the past. I was Deputy, I can lead the Gang as Leader and It will be most active term in the history of the Los Santos .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Before entering the organization, members will be required to be tested on most Roleplay and Ghetto rules!!

- And the main reason is that lately there are less and less criminal actions on the server and Roleplay is getting smaller, I would like to change that and improve the Roleplay on this server, so that there are more criminal actions.

- Gun store robberies - There is also a function for the gang to attack the store 24/7, I will focus on this one because the gun store robbery is a function that only the gang can use. Heists like these are currently performed with minimal RP. It all boils down to I have (two) hostages, "okay bring them", "here are the hostages, give me 200k for both and let's shoot". There is no RP there, we as bandits should RP mentally unstable criminals who are ready to kill an innocent hostage at any moment, negotiations with us should be a headache for the police and should take time, the police should convince us not to kill the hostage and that let's save him, and we play mentally unstable crazy people who don't care. With that way of RP, I think that the police would also be delighted, they would be given the task of convincing us not to kill the hostage and their role in RP would be exciting.

2.1 Since I came in this city I have been in all gangs as high command (14 rank ).
2.2 I enjoyed mostly in Vagos and Marabunta and ballas . I like marabunta because it has bit separated HQ from other gang HQ and also has different ghetto areas with some graffiti locations near to it . as it is a bit far from other gang HQ it will give the advantage to train the gang and make it most powerful because in that particular area of ghetto there is less gang activity so i will make sure that the gang is trained and is fully ready to make Marabunta fully dangerous for the whole ghetto
2.3 We will be making the marabunta on top again and I will ensure that it is the most dangerous gang for the ghetto and is most active throughout my term

I will ensure that in my Term our gang is most active by doing store rob , ghetto clapping , Highway robbery , Hostage situation , Fz raid daily without any rule break . I wanna ensure that each of my gang member is following full RP procedure and the high commands are always ready to handle the situation

I will make sure that whichever person who wants to join the Gang knows the server rules and also knows gang rules . If they dont know then the high commands will be ready to teach them

I will give High command rank to only who deserve it and i will conduct a interview for the hard working people who want to become high command and if they pass i can give them good rank after seeing there hard work and knowledge

I will make a history of memories between my whole gang and i will ensure there is not even 1% toxicity in the gang

~I am having experience In mostly legal orgs like GOV, SAHP, FIB , Life Invaders and Illegal Orgs like Ballas , Families and Vagos as Highcommand ( 14- Underdeputy In all Gangs except bunta) so my experience is the thing which make me worthy for being Leader of Marabunta Grande,and Now I'm enough confident to step up to take leadership.

~I am Highcommand in Assassin family and as HC is have good experience of leading people, As a underdeputy of a unofficial fam i have good experience of all things so i think i am worthy for this position.

~Marabunta was always one of the active and terrorist gang of the city and I want to

~I will recruit more and more people to make the gang active and will teach them the rules too so that no rule break should be there to destroy the RP.
~I will encourage members to participate regular in gang events by giving bonuses and promotions to improve their in-game interactions and this will help me to make the gang most active .
~I will Assign high experienced High Command (HC) for each events, ensuring operations to be successful and no rule break in any scenarios.

~I will train the newbies who are new in the crime and will try to do events daily

~I will make assure that there is no internal toxicity in the gang.

2.1. I want to be leader of this organisation because i have previously been deputy of Bunta and really enjoyed it. I like the HQ i like the people that usally join bunta and i have always had an amazing experience while in bunta.

2.2. I also want to be Leader of this organisation because i have been gang deputy 5 or 6 times now and i think it is time i became leader. I believe my past experience as deputy of gangs will lead to me being able to hire good people for the gang who can help make my term amazing.

2.3. I want to be leader of this organisation because i believe as leader i can run a strict but succsesful term. By this i mean i will be strict on who is allowed in HC positions and make sure i know and can trust the person i have put as HC. I will also make sure i select good deputies that can help me have a great term with little to no rulebreaks.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. My advice for improving the roleplay level is make sure that Bunta attends ALL events we can such as store robberies, Gun stores, Hostage sits, FZ raid, Cland, BS turfs etc. I believe this will improve RP by showing that we are a active gang that knows what we are doing and hopefully people will want to join because of this.

2. I will assign deputies and HCs that i can trust that i KNOW will do an amazing job to help make my term successful. I will select them by checking any and all past experience plus my personal knowledge on them as well as making sure all HCs that join are given a simple test they must pass. This will improve RP because my gang will know what to do which will lead to NO rule breaks.

3. I will make sure that any and all toxicity in my gang is dealt with immediatly as i believe this will ruin the RP as when people have arguments they will not want to take part in gang events. This ruins the RP as people will feel like they cant trust people and it will lead to an un healthy org.


My goals for my term:

1. I have now been deputy in two gangs before and I have the knowledge and understanding of helping running a gang and the events .
the times i have been in gangs i have lead for us to win vheicle theft, store robberies and all the other events.

2. Within the time I have done so that multipule gangs has the chance to become the most wanted gang in the state.

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

1. First thing that I believe is neccesary for good RP and succesful term is having good deputies who know the server rules and can deal with situations in my absense .

2. Secondly ,i want to make sure that before anybody joins the gang i will get my HC to give them an good interwiew that i know they can be trusted to join my gang

3.Third and one of the most important thing is maintaining discipline in the organizations and make sure that nobody wil breake any rules and no fighting within the gang. we treat our gangs as FAMILY.

- 0% Toxity in between gang members and respect each other, will improve roleplay in org also respect
- will do graffiti's for gang member income and capture of territories.

I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my RP life. I climbed up from a vagos to the High commands of VAGOS and the NATIONAL GUARD. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. I saw many legal things and the way they work, as well as illegal things. So, I think that my experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of Bunta and personally I want to increase the crime rate of Los Santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Bunta always completes the tasks that they commit. I want to implement the skills I have developed so far in the leadership of Bunta.
