. I would also like to keep my gang very active like most gangs these days are very inactive and members do not show up to event sor backup calls. I would like to implement warning systems like I have in my family to keep it active and working into my gang. 3 warnings would be a kick. A warning would be handing out to one after either not showing up to an event, ignoring high command or refusing to help the gang at all in any way shape or form. I think this system would help to make marabunta the best gang in the city as all or at least most of our members would be actively willing and excited to participate in events and to entice people into turning up we would offer generous bonuses depending on events.

. will try to make things in a convincing way. For example you if we need to be serious, we will; if we need to have fun, we will again. In this way everyone can experience all the good and bad feelings in a tune. 1. I really want to finish toxicity from my organization cause I have seen many organizations where people of same organization are fighting with each other rather then talking to a high command and solving the issue so ill be frank with my gang members so they can share me anything they want to and if they have any issue with high commands or anyone so he can reach me out well be not too much frank, also professional in situations where we need to.

2. Also we will try to make alliances with some gangs cause many times when some gangs are together in events like hostage situations and etc, they are always winning cause of their numbers and terror and it will also help us be more powerful in the city and it can also benefit us in the turfs

3. I have seen many gangs disbanding cause of the turfs, cause leaders are dependent on their deputies let them do anything they want and do not see things their selves and hire cheaters who play turfs and fail to provide bodycams or hire some un professional people who do not even know anything and ill change it by having 2 turf deputies fully experienced who will help us achieve 100% turf with no difficulties

4. There will be no favouritism in the gang like people who become deputies give high command rank to their friends without any interview cause when those people go in events they do some big mistakes like when they are robbing someone they will do many silly mistakes or in any circle event they will do mistakes and as high commands they need to lead people but in those situations they will lead many people to the wrong direction which will cause gang disband, and to solve this issue I will take every guy interview for ranks even for joining they need to give interview to deputies if I am not available.

1. Prove my self: i have lead Vagos bunta Families 2 time and ng 2 time been deputy of every state other than ems but when my last term of ballas disbanded on 43 turf it hit my confidence so i need do prove my self to all of my supports and my self to i will lead Bloods to greatness and i will make it more active then my Ballas term where i had 40+ people in store normally i will make it most active prove again that Wolf Gangster is still HIM and can lead and all i need is a chance

2. active gang and events: in sometime i seen Gang disbanding and being inactive i in my all gang used to go subs every day and with lot of member but today it boring and i will make it fun again and we will attend every event with max members and dominate it like always i do in my term and with my experience as leader i have very good team of guys who are ready to join at moments notice and do the work and i also have good deputy to make sure past don't repeat it self and i will make red color feared again

3. i will take full advantage of Bloods HQ location and use to best with it having one of best hostage location ever and with my home advantage it very easy to win and bloods is near main ghetto but not in main ghetto so we will have perfect place to start and would not get overwhelmed and we have highway near the bloods or easy way out of ghetto that we can do for somethings and with my team we will easily win most of situation

1. Strict Hiring: i will only hire with strict interview process and help new guys learn rule and make it good

2. Only active member gang: i will only give rank to active guys and also remove any inactive guys from my gang and we will make it so we are active in event not just in map

3. Bonus System: i will have big bonus system and strict one if you are not on time then no bonus simple as it would be problem for me

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

a) I want to be the leader of Marabunta because I feel I'm more than capable to push Marabunta into the right direction. I have a good system to make sure we are allowing new people to enjoy RP but also not breaking the rules. I have experience at handling inside conflicts, balancing fun and also getting things done. Anyone can vouch that I'm one of the most approachable people you'll ever meet, I look at both perspectives and try the best to find medium grounds. I'm always open to different opinions. I'm a leader who can take criticism on things I lack or things I can do better in, cause in the end it'll all improve the gang experience for everyone. Being in multiple orgs I've learned so much on business deals and connections, and how to handle different personalities, how to delegate and be organized and how to run an empire. I've seen what goes wrong: how orgs are warned/disbanded, how rp between law enforcement and gangs works and fails, and how gangs engage with one another in events and around the city. I've got a couple ideas for events and roleplaying scenarios. So I think the first thing I'd like to address is RP within Marabunta, namely between the gang and other gangs. I gained a ton of leadership skills, and abilities. I would say I definitely understand the basic principles of leading, training, and producing players who know what to do and are able to effectively communicate and get their jobs done, and with this, I could easily lead a gang just as well. I've been in Vagos and Ballas before which could also back my SAHP experience and show that I understand the basic fundamentals of leading an org on the recruitment side and in general being in a place of leadership as well as knowledge of criminal structures.
b). I admire the RP backstory of Marabunta Grande as a gang in GTA lore too, which has made me fond of the gang itself. Also Marabunta has the best location then others gangs in the map from my prespective that's what I love the most and there terror in the city, when Marabunta comes in the city leos get active cause they know its the most active gang in the city and leos are afraid of this organization cause they win every event with max numbers.
c) Finally and most importantly, I want to become a legend with Marabunta Grande and finish a successful, term without any mistakes.

1.Strict Hiring: i will only hire with strict interview process and help new guys learn rule and make it good.. It will ensure High quality roleplay and 0 toxicity.
2.Also we will try to make alliances with some gangs cause many times when some gangs are together in events like hostage situations and etc, they are always winning cause of their numbers and terror and it will also help us be more powerful in the city and it can also benefit us in the turfs.
3.There will be no favouritism in the gang like people who become deputies give high command rank to their friends without any interview cause when those people go in events they do some big mistakes like when they are robbing someone they will do many silly mistakes or in any circle event they will do mistakes and as high commands they need to lead people but in those situations they will lead many people to the wrong direction which will cause gang disband, and to solve this issue I will take every guy interview for ranks even for joining they need to give interview to deputies if I am not available.
