Back story:- I'm the citizen of Los Santos. My name is Vinel smok, born in 1st may of 2023 at Grand rp en2 Pillbox hospital. I'm the topper of the school and growing with a dream of a honorable citizen of los santos. i complete my studies and with i'm 10 i join in state orgs and growing my experience suddenly for some reason i kicked from my job then my friend franklin invite me in crime world for last hope i join in crime world and make my name in ghetto and arena. Now i'm 18 and want to be a great leader of the crime world so i'm filling the form of the org.

1. Players Inactivity:- as i can see in city many players join org then they got inactivity and leave the org soo i want to control it
2. Not timely bonus:- Many players do work as a gang member and don't get pay so need timely play out
3. My experience:- I'm the all gang Ex high command many time and take the responsibility behalf the leader and control the situation.
4. Training and interview properly:- Those players who got high rank don't give training properly to the new member of city for that thay did magor rule break then got ban. and some high command do favouritism they give high rank to his friend.
