I want to make events that have not been done for a long time or have never been done, I want to add a different event and atmosphere. After seeing the gangs that were disbanded because of Turf, I will be very active as a leader, I will work with the team that has made the last 100% in the city. I will be in constant supervision and monitor them and prevent mistakes from being made.

I will give high bonuses to people in my gang for making graffiti and I will make graffiti making fun. I have a very strong team of deputies who have done this job many times, I will work with them and finish a perfect term. And I already have a biography to match (Click to see my Biography).

- Any racism, toxicity and bullying will not be tolerated and will be thrown straight out of my gang.

- I will ask myself and my hc's to take a record of what happened when any person was punished and keep it for 48 hours.

Reason #1- I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I experienced gangs as high command in every single gang and now i want to become leader of Families and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos. i) I see the ghetto as something that’s been falling off lately It’s not about having more people in the gang it’s about having the right people and making the space feel alive again my plan is to push the limits of what we do, turning every event into something exciting, something that keeps the adrenaline high we’re hitting up stores, hitting the gun stores hitting FZs and creating hostage situations in a way that no one’s done before. It’ll be about shaking things up, trying new locations, and giving LEOs a run for their money.

ii) Negotiations will be tense and engaging making it fun for both sides but here’s the thing we can’t just rely on the action the real secret to keeping people invested is rewarding them. Too many gangs forget this part but I’m not going to let that happen. Everyone deserves to feel like they’re part of something bigger something that’s actually worth their time

iii) I will recruit some new players and teach them rp from gang side by which their interest will also increase and their chance of rule breaks will become low

3.2 I wanted to make sure that all gang members participate in events like Fz, robberies, battleships and do max graffiti's to earn extras bonus money. I also want to make a proper team for territory capture, turfs attacks/defence and clands.
3.3 I wanted to make a proper and realistic kidnapping/hostage situation then just a random gunfights and well-planned escapes if something go wrong and I also make sure that to increase the uses of fake I'd, disguises, ransomed money exchanged then just random gun fight to increases level of Rp scenarios.
3.4 I want to make a new ranking system in which player get promotion on the basis of their participation in gangs. For which we have to take a proper and structured way to store every activity which happens in gang.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. When I started roleplaying, Families was my first gang. Back then, I didn’t know much about crime, but over time, I gained a lot of experience. Since then, I’ve wanted to become a leader. Now, I feel ready to take on that role. I want to lead Families because it was my first gang, and it means a lot to me. i have a good communication skill to run a successful term most important thing is to have a best Deputies. Being in a gang gives more freedom then state ORG, and I’m ready for the challenge.
   
   
   3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   
   In my term, there will be no favoritism. Ranks will go to those who earn them. We’ll train new players in our gang style. I’ll also give weekly bonuses and promotions based on effort.
   
   My goals for Families :

   2. Maximum graffiti profits every hour
   3. No toxicity

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to be a leader of Families because when I came to city I don't know about the rules after I understand the roleplay and rules I joined Families gang I spend my whole time in gang because I really love shooting I attend Subs , Battle ship , clands etc. everyday I was waiting for these events from that all the time in gang I really get to know about gangs rules .
- If I became the leader I will make that term most active gang term I will make events like Turfer and rev king It will help us in many ways to improve our shooting skills and It will entertain us also. I will try my best so no one will get bored from gang.
- I will provide huge bonus whoever will active in gang activities so no one will lose interest in gangs and I will hire turfer not only for turf also for events so we can dominate leos easily I will try to take 40/40 members from my gang and I am sure I am ready to handle the challenges which comes.

- Organizing Events.
- Hiring Turfer not only for turf for events also.
- Hiring new players so they also get to know about Rolepaly.
- If possible I will provide them training also.
