2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because it is the 3rd biggest jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff's and make some difference in my term.
2.2 As a leader of SAHP, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to highway operations. The highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, weapon transports, and evasion attempts. Because highways are the main places where we need more security to stop all things mentioned up and I make sure highways will be covered by patrolling units. I want to implement regular checkpoints by conducting highway patrols, advanced pursuit training, and active patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained in every jurisdiction and Highways SAHP covers.
2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new troopers by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure as per legislation and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents SAHP.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
3.1 I want to add or introduce, I mean that I want to active department which already exist but inactive department detective which will help Federal agents to get evidences or simply I can say that detectives will bring evidence as per the requirements of Federal agents to validate the evidence.
3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.
3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.
3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.
3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.
3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.
