2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1
I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because it is the 3rd biggest jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff's and make some difference in my term.

2.2 As a leader of SAHP, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to highway operations. The highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, weapon transports, and evasion attempts. Because highways are the main places where we need more security to stop all things mentioned up and I make sure highways will be covered by patrolling units. I want to implement regular checkpoints by conducting highway patrols, advanced pursuit training, and active patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained in every jurisdiction and Highways SAHP covers.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new troopers by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure as per legislation and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents SAHP.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
I want to add or introduce, I mean that I want to active department which already exist but inactive department detective which will help Federal agents to get evidences or simply I can say that detectives will bring evidence as per the requirements of Federal agents to validate the evidence.

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.

>- I has started my journey in Government as a USSS agent then came to know about SAHP by one of my friend from there i continued to expirience all the organization. In my time with different groups, I've learned a lot. I've seen some do really well and others get into trouble . I've worked under good leaders and not-so-good ones. But no matter where I've been, I always go back to where I started: SAHP.

> -In my experience in this organization, I saw many problems and mistakes, and I saw how they were dealt with, such as irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication between members, which makes the organization destructive in terms of realism. and destroys the RP. Of course, resolving these errors is my first task, and by doing so, I follow the rules responsible for protecting RP. I will make sure that the departement like HR. AI. HwP. SWAT are always in the field to run the organization to the fullest extent and making the org more suitable to stay in and also fun and make this term rich in rp wise and communication-wise with a great environment for work and serve .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:

Communication : Comms hold the backbone of the RP structure, We believe comm is the key to success in this field, so me and my team will always ensure that we focus on pure professional comms during situations and events to make sure to have the best RP exp out of it, we will also make sure to make the org radio as clean as possible and it being only used for important things during situations.

Relationship : A good relationship with other org is one of the main things to uphold the state section, so as SAHP we will make sure to have the best relation with other orgs and do things like we are a team, we will also coordinate with other orgs to fullest during situations to make RP more lively and fun, we will use unique strategies to tackle situations with other orgs improving RP to fullest.

Roleplay Commands : We will focus on implementing more and more RP commands in situations to make it look rich RP-wise

Bonus and Promotion System : To make the consistency of activity and good teamwork, we will focus on weekly promotion ceremonies and a good bonus structure to motivate employees to work harder and earn things, I will also be eager to make the best bonus system for attending events . fines . towing

I am applying for a leadership position in the San Andreas Highway Patrol because i am having experience in all the legal organisations as an highcommand and I believe in maintaining the highest standards of law enforcement integrity, discipline, and public service. My goal is to ensure that the SAHP remains a respected, professional, and mission-driven agency focused on road safety, rapid emergency response, and inter-agency coordination

2.2. As a leader, I aim to foster a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence. I bring a deep understanding of patrol procedures, high-speed intervention tactics, and traffic law enforcement. I also recognize the value of mentorship and am committed to guiding new officers, ensuring they develop both the technical and ethical skills necessary to serve the community.

3.2. Promote the use of in-game tools (e.g., /me, /do, /try ,/todo). in rp chat
3.3
Keep uniforms, vehicles, and equipment appropriate and professional to build visual realism
3.4. Encourage use of realistic dialogue. Avoid "meta" or OOC talk during scenes unless necessary
3.5. Giving suitable rank for the skilled and suitable person
3.6. A good rank system should be followed

>- I has started my journey in Government as a USSS agent then came to know about SAHP by one of my friend from there i continued to expirience all the organization. In my time with different groups, I've learned a lot. I've seen some do really well and others get into trouble . I've worked under good leaders and not-so-good ones. But no matter where I've been, I always go back to where I started: SAHP.

> -In my experience in this organization, I saw many problems and mistakes, and I saw how they were dealt with, such as irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication between members, which makes the organization destructive in terms of realism. and destroys the RP. Of course, resolving these errors is my first task, and by doing so, I follow the rules responsible for protecting RP. I will make sure that the departement like HR. AI. HwP. SWAT are always in the field to run the organization to the fullest extent and making the org more suitable to stay in and also fun and make this term rich in rp wise and communication-wise with a great environment for work and serve .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:

Communication : Comms hold the backbone of the RP structure, We believe comm is the key to success in this field, so me and my team will always ensure that we focus on pure professional comms during situations and events to make sure to have the best RP exp out of it, we will also make sure to make the org radio as clean as possible and it being only used for important things during situations.

Relationship : A good relationship with other org is one of the main things to uphold the state section, so as SAHP we will make sure to have the best relation with other orgs and do things like we are a team, we will also coordinate with other orgs to fullest during situations to make RP more lively and fun, we will use unique strategies to tackle situations with other orgs improving RP to fullest.

Roleplay Commands : We will focus on implementing more and more RP commands in situations to make it look rich RP-wise

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):

2.1 Career :


I had Started my Career as a normal citizen and started thinking about the legal Organisation. Later that i had filled my application towards GOV and it got rejected due to lack of knowledge and i stated Learning about the things are going to work and i passionately studied and the things and started again to apply this time i got passed my interview and got the rank of trainee in the LSPD. From now i carefully listened all the training and all the things. After 2-3 weeks i had got the high command rank in the LSPD. And gave all my 100% effort to the Organisation. Now i got everything under my control and knows everything and became an Advisory board. Through this rank i learnt so many things and did mistakes too but learned from those things and never repeated them again. And Worked in FIB as COS, NG as BG, GOV as USSS Elite Agent, SAHP as AS & CC . So now i strongly believe that i can take the charge of the SAHP organisation and runs the organisation smoothly and will give my best efforts to the organisation.

2.2 Organisations :


I had seen in many organisation that they dont don't have proper motivation from the leader and from their deputies. And they dont't even have the freedom to exist in their work hours. Especially I had liked the work of FIB they do have the freedom and the aggression which helps to do the work confidently and it reduces the pressure on the Organisation too. If become a leader then i will be taking care on this thing first and i will give freedom to my troopers. Regularly i will be giving them motivation and helping them in the works too. I will boost the Organisation during the events and gives them the good tasks for them which makes them highly active. For the Citizens we will be organizing the events for them regularly and giving them rewards to make good relation.

Environment :

If i get the Term i will makes sure that the term will run smoothly and with good understanding in the organisation with everyone. Lastly my motive is that my Term should be different according to the remaining terms and everyone in the organisation will tell that SAHP on top and they will not feel boared in the organisation. In my term the environment will be very good and clean no and also i had seen in many organisation that the night shift will be inactive and they will be not active at those times. Me personally take care of all the things and i will be monitoring all the things and will handles the situations all together and everyone will work together like a FAMILY in my leadership.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1. I will makes sure that everyone in the organisation with Good Rp rules and atleast they need to have the basics.
3.2 I will makes sure that everyone in the organisation will be treated equally and will be respected.
3.3 I will make Good relation with all the organisation (EMS/NG/FIB/LSPD/GOV) and even with the Citizens too.
3.4 Will makes sure that good bonuses will be issued to the highly active Troopers.
3.5 Will makes sure that Sandy Shores will be Crime and Drug free.
3.6 Will change the complete Training and will be giving them regular classes to the Troopers to make them more confident.
3.7 My Troopers will be learn the things from Beginner to Ace.
3.8 will Boost the activity of the SAHP Organisation with good numbers in the events.
3.9 And finally No Favouritism and Spreading Toxic in the organisation will not be encouraged.
3.10 No Recommendations will be accepted.
