After serving as a High Command in serval organizations i have convinced my self that i would be a solid a responsible leader. Over the past few months i have experienced a drop in activity and professionalism, I do believe that these effects are a direct pointer towards the leader's capabilities. I hereby come forward with an interest to stand up and restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers by making sure there is a good blend of professionalism and sincerity in both the high command and the base officers. I do believe there is a missing gap between the leader and the officers in the organization which leads to low synchronization within the org. As a leader I would make sure that even the lowest in command voices are heard and issues are resolved as soon as possible. Professionalism is something I would expect and get everyone trained, unprofessionalism is a non negotiable case.

2.2 I do believe that there is a lack of motivation with the leadership for a stern and successful term, todays leader are mostly bent upon finishing their tasks and not delivering proper RP within the org. Most of the case a leader experiences fear of rule breaks and tends to coverup the issue by lowering the activity. As a leader I will make sure I wont fear about any targetters and make sure there is no drop in activity drop, whatsoever. I as a leader will encourage my men to follow a proper code of conduct and keep the activity at a high pace. There will be 24/7 availability of insurances. From Dusk to Dawn the highways will be clear and insurances will be issued without a stop!


2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.

I would like to be the leader of SAHP I will ensure event execution and the safety of citizens as well as my troopers by building team work, strategic planning and executive events executions. I believe that team work is must and should be the top priority which can make things work perfect and also will help to ensure that all the tasks and events go in a smooth flow. From past few terms I've been seen that this hasn't been sorted and never worked on much, which I will prioritize first and try to make a perfect team that will be working and always patrolling on highway.

2.2) I am inclined towards the leadership of SAHP because with my past experience in SAHP i was able to analyze the problems which dept was facing and i feel like i am a kind of person who learns from his mistakes and always tend to work much better than before . So as a leader I will make sure that troopers attend all the events and the events always not really attended is night event which I will ensure that I have night units that will be always attending night events. and for the day time event such as store robbery and hostage situation and etc. I will have team that will be ensure to attend all those events as well.

2.3 ) Lastly the most important thing which I will make sure by Being a leader of SAHP is giving fair and unbaised opportunities to all so that their is complete transparency and no bad blood among the dept. When equal and appropriate opportunity will be given to the team automatically they give their blood and sweat to the dept. so my target will be to make the depts(SWAT) effective as well as active especially during night time. IA team will be always tracking everyone's logs so that they always get paid for what they did as in bones. highway petrol team will be doing there work as targets will be given and they will be also keep patrolling on the high way to keep highway protected from highway robberies.

I would like to be the Leader of SAHP because i feel like my prior experience in SAHP ( San Andreas Highway Petrol) as COS ( Chief of Staff ), LSPD ( Los Santos Police Department ) as ACP ( Assistant chief of Police ) , FIB ( Federal investigation Bureau) as COS ( Chief of Staff ) and NG ( National Guard ) as AG ( Assistant general ) is gonna help me add a lot of important skills and techniques which I feel are like missing in SAHP as of now. I will be fixing all that and passing my experience to the comers and guide them about the server rules and RP as well as that will be helping them to improve there RP. I believe that to get any term successful we need to have good understanding, good communication and leader must be able pass message to people so they can understand and fallow and team building. these are the things needed the most which I can do and I can give time to the org as am always in city for 10 to 12 hours a day which is going make people trust me more and listen and understand because they will be getting there bonusses on time and get to talk about whatever related to org and I will listening to there problems if they have and solving them as soon as it will be possible for me to do.

I joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol for the first time. It is really like home for me I actually like going to work there. This department strongly contributes to city peace and security, keeping riots and disorder out. Considering that most gang activity happens on the highway, the SAHP plays a critical role in both managing and training in the highway environments. The highways are the main source of hostages and the criminal activities except the ghettos. The highways are free and open grounds that are easy for criminals to do robbery or hostage, and here is why SAHP plays and important role in these situation, except SAHP only FIB indulges in stopping these activities but usually their response is slow and they don't patrol the highways like SAHP does so, I as a leader will increase patrolling and make SAHP active.

1. Over the past year or so, I have immersed myself in Grand RP, gaining extensive experience and knowledge as a law enforcement officer. My career started as an aide on the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP),and it continued to where I became Chief Commander. As Chief Commander, I committed myself to using my skills and expertise in order to gain and hold the trust and respect of many, including other officers, heads of other organizations. The close connections that I've been able to establish with the community have made themselves indispensable, and I feel that I'm ready to do the tasks of the organization. My background, my leadership and above all my passion in law enforcement give me the capability to fill the position.

2. I am dedicated to making the SAHP a premier organization. For me, this means ensuring smooth operations from the lobbies to events, with active participation from everyone involved. I aim to create an environment where every trooper is engaged, professional, and active in their duties. Through the use of structured scheduling and the establishment of a shared understanding, I aim to do the best possible job of this term. b. I will try to keep surprise knowledge tests for the employees.
c. I will make sure there are always officers patrolling the city.
d. Strategizing all events and coming up with plans before hand on how to neutralize the crime.
e. Negotiation talks with Sheriff for increasing the jurisdiction.
f. Ranks & bonuses will not be distributed. Strict code do the work get the benefit
g. Detectives will get evidences from each situation.
h. ZERO toxicity in the org.
i. IA will be more active.

It has been more that three year of playing grand rp and i know all the rules need in rp and i think i can be suitable in the 101 position in SAHP

I have been in SAHP in many terms now and i was the Under Sheriff in the 30th term and was chief commander in the 29th term i dont know why i liked sahp that other orgs may cos there are less number of people who join sahp

As i hv been the chief of fto and chief of staff i will make sure that no one resigns the org saying the ftos are not training them and will motivate my employes by giving them personal bonuses and many more

i joined sahp in sahil jack's term it has been the best journeys of my like from rookie to chief of staff was very much fun.

i think i have the capabilites to be the sheriff and i would give fair opprtunites to all

i would say as per my experience, the hiring and the training officer of sahp need to be more serious to train the cadets and rookie
As a Under Sheriff in the 30th term I would say the rookies and cadets need more practical training more than the oral trainings and jjust showing them some videos in not enough.

2.1: RP Experience: My experience in roleplay being high commands of multiple orgs will help me establish a great term, my targets for the term and deducing skills will help me take better and decisive decisions. Along with my experience and the support of my peers, I will be able to envision a term which is far more active and RP based than the pre-existing terms.

2.2: Visions for the ORG: I have many good plans for the org which I can implement upon getting the term. Such as realistic IR set. A systematic guide for HC's appeal. New IA workflow logic along with better PR-like department. Some new roles will be assigned to pre existing ranks along with new SF team with different units.

2.3: My Connections: With my family and current friends whom I have unshakable faith on, I can rely on them to assist me after getting the term. They will ensure the smooth workflow throughout the term with no hiccups. A lot of them are experienced individual themselves who will be able to handle the work of an HC and will do their level best to provide the best outputs. My experienced deputies will manage the workflow as well. 1. Proper Training for New Employees: In my experience with the police department, ensuring proper training is step for avoiding mistakes guiding newcomers which is important. As an HR in the LSPD, I took personally the matter of training that was done with high-quality. If selected I will prepared an skilled HR team that will conducts training focusing on RP basics as well as organizational protocols.

2. Standards for Organizational Communication: Every member must be trained on professional communication internally, as well as with officials and civilians during RP scenarios, in everyday and working circumstances. Having properly established communication enhances immersion, avoids confusion, and puts discipline at all levels.

3. Compliance with RolePlay and State Policies: In maintaining RolePlay standards, it is a requirement that all members consider state and event policies as very important general rules. Que - Why I Want to Be SAHP Leader

1. I worked in several orgs such as LSPD, SAHP, and FIB. Right Now Assistant Chief in LSPD, before i was Chief of Staff in SAHP, and a Secret Agent in FIB. All those jobs taught me how to lead and manage people. I want to ensure Paleto Bay is safe by conducting routine patrols on the highways. I will keep officers busy and trained. I also wish to offer promotions and rewards to hardworking people, not favorites only. In doing so, all the people will be encouraged to perform their best and serve the city.

2 .I believe communication is extremely significant. I will be meeting with the Governor and other leaders of legal orgs in order to work together more effectively. Within SAHP, the HR group will be present at all times. This group will bring in new members and train them well. HR will also ensure that promotions are done fairly and everyone understands their role. When HR functions well, the entire org functions better.
3. SAHP should always be active, day and night. I will try to get members from different timezones so we never have empty shifts. That way, someone will always be on patrol and helping people. I want to make a strong and friendly team that works well together. We will have fun but still stay serious and professional in our job. I would like SAHP to be a place where individuals would like to join and remain for a long time.



How I Will Improve RP in SAHP

HR will train new members in the correct manner. They will educate in the use of roleplay commands and how SAHP functions. HR will observe members and assist promotions if individuals perform well. HR will not simply sit around, they will work actively and assist officers in becoming better. Proper training enhances RP for everyone.

Promotions will be equal and only for hard workers and rule followers. I've seen some get promoted unjustly before, and I need to correct that. Equal promotions will have everyone more inspired to do their best. This will make SAHP better and have higher quality roleplay.

IA department will not simply punish errors but will assist officers to learn from them. If somebody screw up, IA will provide training and assist them to perform better the next time. This way officers do not feel terrified but supported. It will make the org more professional and stronger.

SWAT team has great potential. I will ensure that they are well trained and prepared for serious calls. SWAT will respond first in threatening situations such as shootings or large crimes. This will make SAHP more efficient and enhance roleplay for all.


Final Words

I am familiar with SAHP from earlier. I wish to establish good leadership, equality, and good training. I aim to make SAHP respectful, enjoyable, and professional. I wish all members to be treated as a family unit that supports one another. With everyone's cooperation, we can establish SAHP as the top law org on the server. • I have worked as an Undersheriff just in the past term under the leadership of hon'ble Sheriff Harvey Dentt, during that period of time i have gained immense experience and knowledge of how the organization works from the bottom to the top. If I get the leadership of this particular organization, I will focus on making it better than the last time. Last term was good, but this one will be better.
