1) I want to become the leader of National Guard because of my experience in this organisation. I have been in this org for so long and gained alot of experience in this specific organisation and now i think its time for me to lead the National Guard and show this city the Real Power of National Guard.

I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons


(1) In English city 2 , I was Major General in Army National Guard. I served as Major General in NG for nearly 2 terms. In these term i learn lot of things and i have fully exprienced these term . I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also i saw that there's a lot of gap between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play. I also have experience as Major in SAHP, Assistant chief in LSPD, DOC OFFICER in Government, SUPERVISOR OF A DEPARTMENT in FIB . I have been a HC of an active family, so I have quite a good management experience. I want to use these experience as a leader.

(2) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG ( Its not just text if I accepted to the interview ill say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview.

(3) To lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try my best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , NG laws and new divisions. NG has been regarded as one of the best orgs in the past, because of this, it will create a good impression about in the mindset of the citizen. Special Security Forces ( SSF): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base.

Air Force: The division that does recon by flight they will get intel by using planes, drones Etc.

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): [ Consists of NG and other LEO ] the elite of the elite best the best only highly skilled marksman and highly trusted sharpshooters. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

Directorate General of Forces Intelligence(DGFI): Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Army Medical Core: The Medical Core are the people that go in and heal and or provide medical attention to fallen soldiers they will be highly trained and highly intelligent.

1:-I started as a simple soldier in NG. But as time went by, I became the HC in many org like NG, LSPD, FIB, and even in the government. I worked really hard.I have become assistant chief twice and deputy chief of police once and I also have experience of being a HOD in FIB. Picture this: exclusive hostage rescues just for us NG folks, following a cool storyline. I've been brainstorming some exciting scenarios, like picking a willing NG member to act as a civilian for a role play. We could create a plot involving a fictional terrorist group, setting up a situation in the nearby mountain area, well within our jurisdiction. Then, we'd organize our elite special forces to carry out a thrilling hostage rescue operation My aim here is simple: I want NG to be an absolute blast. I want everyone to stick around for the excitement these planned events will bring, keeping the buzz alive and the community more engaging. Even if scripted events don't fly, I've got plans. 2). TRADOC (Training and Doctrine Command): is the backbone of the National Guard, playing a vital role in recruitment and training. Their main task is transforming civilians into skilled soldiers. Handpicking the best individuals for this role is crucial as it ensures everyone in NG receives the highest quality training, shaping them into professional soldiers.

3). 75th Rangers regiment: these are the most skilled shooters in the NG. The bad boys of the NG, they are good at sniping. These are the first responders from the NG side when situations in the city gets out of control (global). They are highly trained at hostage situations and know how to get the hostage safely out.

4). Military Police: it is known as the most crucial and powerful division. These guys are specially trained to transport 10-15 out of the NG base and handle internal soldier conflicts. They're on top of random vehicle and license checks to keep every soldier in line. Plus, they're geared up to take charge during martial law, ensuring order and safety in crucial moments.

5). 101st Airborne Division: These folks are NG's skilled pilots. When it comes to airborne patrols or moving soldiers during global operations, they're the ones making sure everything's clear and everyone's safe in the sky.

6). Cyber Command: in NG is responsible for monitoring everyone's logs and verifying activity levels. Their primary task involves conducting random log checks. With full authority, they can randomly review anyone's body cam footage to ensure tasks are completed accurately within NG.

My proposed departments

SOF: The courageous members of the Special Operations Force (SOF) will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and provide military protection for ammunition runs. For foreign missions and patrols, helicopters will be accessible. It will and will only replay to General and will Negotiate from NG side and will give Heavy Weapon License

AIR BORN: Expert pilots who make up the Air Force will be on the lookout for any attacks by gang members while they are airborne. They'll be expert shooters who guarantee everyone lands without injury. Only the head of the airborne division has the authority to issue licenses for aircraft.

I will start off by saying the first reason that Id like to become the next leader of the National Guard is because I have an overwhelming passion to protect and serve the great country of Los Antos and all those who reside in it. weather it be protecting the bank and all the peoples valuable and money, raiding the black market to keep all those dangerous items/weapons off the street to help keep the public safe from the dangerous gangs that are plaquing this great city.

The seconds reason that I wish to become the Leader of National Guard is to grow and challenge myself as a person. The National Guard are the protectors of this fine city that we all are proud to call home, They hold many responsibilities including but not limited to providing ammo to each org to keep their armory up and running so they can protect the city, assisting in the protection of the bank, defending the Air craft carrier, providing large reinforcements to store robberies to keep the first responding officers safe, and protecting the Military Base it self from gangs trying to steal our ammunition and prevent them from taking over the base.

I intent to greatly increase the amount of training that is given to our officers, including officers that will be returning from prior terms to keep them up to date on the new guide lines and protocol the the National Guard. I will be implementing new courses such as weapons training, hand on hand combat training, driving/convoy training, flight school for those interested in join the air force, and an intense CQB course for those who wish to join our Special Forces Division.

For the weapons training It will consist of recoil management, trigger discipline, and making sure everyone is familiar with all weapons they have access to use to insure proper use on the field to keep themselves and everyone else safe. Hand on Hand training will consist of teaching my officers how to properly defend themselves as a last resort when they are faces with an opponent and have no access to their firearms, Teaching proper usage of the baton, and fists as a last resort if all else fails.

The driving/convoy training will be for those who wish to be driving in our convoys, weather it is for going on ammo runs or heading into the city for a meet, they will have to pass both driving in our org vehicles for normal convoys and the ammo trucks if they wish to do so. for our normal convoys they will be taught how to stay in single file at higher than normal rates of speed without accidents to other members of the convoy or other civilians on the road , for our ammo truck convoys they will be taught how to get in and out fast with the ammo parking in the most efficient ways possible and how to properly lead and follow the ammo truck to keep them safe from gangs who may try and steal our ammunition.

Lastly I will be greatly increasing the amount of Ghetto Patrols that are done on a weekly basis to let the gangs know that we will not be backing down and letting them take over our city. The gangs need to know they we wont go down without a fight and the citizens need to know that they can feel safe going out in to the city every day knowing that the National Guard is here to protect them and keep the gangs at bay

I will start off by saying the first reason that Id like to become the next leader of the National Guard is because I have an overwhelming passion to protect and serve the great country of Los Antos and all those who reside in it. weather it be protecting the bank and all the peoples valuable and money, raiding the black market to keep all those dangerous items/weapons off the street to help keep the public safe from the dangerous gangs that are plaquing this great city.

The seconds reason that I wish to become the Leader of National Guard is to grow and challenge myself as a person. I poses a very leadership skills witch will help me to keep the National Guard running in tip top shape with making sure everyone is properly trained and in line. I am also great at making decisions for the org, when tough situations arise I will personally be there to help in any way I can to right the wrong that has been made, I will also have a very strong set of Deputies working under and along side me to aid in the process of any decision making that needs to happen

The Final reason that id like to be the next great leader of the Nation Guard is to advance my career and finally become recognized for possessing the skills to successfully lead when things get tough. 1) I want to lead the National Guard because I am sure I can make a difference . when I was in National Guard I have seen many problems that I want to correct like Lack of poor communication Lack of Coordination and lack of seriousness among Solders. The affect come on National Guards and affect that how other organization looking on National Guard . If I be come the leader of National Guards then I will look at the training of all the solders. My goals are to bring professionalism and dedicated back to National Guards making sure that we are taken seriously and respected by everyone in our city.

2) My aim is to create a rewarding and fun experiences for those who wants to see the difficult life of solders . I fell Grateful to have a good team in my term .
