1. I’ve been in this city for a long time and have gained a lot of experience working in various state organizations, especially during my time in NG. I understand how things work here and want to use that experience to lead effectively. My goal is to build strong RP, maintain structure, and do everything I can to help the organization grow and succeed

2. As the NG leader, I will focus on bringing discipline, structure, and efficiency to the SOF department. I will ensure our special ops and infantry are well-trained to protect Fort Zancudo, especially during peak raid hours. Security will be organized in shifts based on soldier availability to prevent gang raids and truck robberies. I will also implement regular internal checks, improve base and air patrols, and introduce pursuit training to keep the organization prepared and ready for inspections.

3. One of NG’s main responsibilities is supplying other organizations with ammo and armour. I will make sure this is done properly, with full RP and care. As the National Guard, we have a duty to protect the State and Our base. I will ensure our units are always ready to support the state during emergencies or when backup is needed. I will also focus on building a strong, experienced HC team to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays within the rules.

i. New Member Training: Assist new members with appropriate instruction and direction so they comprehend their responsibilities and enhance their role-playing right away.

ii. Leadership with Respect: I will be kind and helpful in my role as leader. I risk making my members shy away from speaking up if I behave rudely. A excellent leader establishes trust via listening.

iii. Proper Distribution of Ammunition: As this is a major NG duty, I'll see to it that all organizations get their armor and ammunition through appropriate RP.

I) I started my legal organizations journey with the National Guard, where I worked for more than 7–8 months. In every term, I served as Head of HR, so I know exactly how the Ng works. In NG, most newbees join to gain legal experience, and for that, I will do my best. If I get the term, it will run under proper rules and regulations. I have also worked in all legal organizations, holding the highest rank after the Deputy. In short, I will try my best to make my term the best Ng term.

II) From the beginning NG has been the most neglected and comparatively most inactive org. As a leader I will make sure that NG will be more active than other terms

III) I always try be a good Colleague in the org with my fellow officers.If I become a leader I am confident enough to get good officers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I) I will focus on gate keeping of ng base because most of time ng gates are empty and trespassers stole the ammo from base.

II) I will make a strong hr department that gives the proper situation based training

III) It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. So i will increase the bonus system of gate keeping through this army officer also make some money while standing on gates .

IV) I will Make Sure there is no Favouritism in My Term

DEPARTMENTS

Special Operations Force: The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events and to do candy run.

Military Police: Will regulate the org ( looking if every soldier is working actively or not and also none of our soldier is doing any kind of corruption )

Air Force: Specially trained soldiers whose Hands are very good on heli's and Aircrafts ( doing air patrolling and safeguarding the FZ base ) also will be helping us in Candy run by giving air support and in GP also by giving Air support

Human Resources: To recruit and train new soldiers who want to serve the country

Punishment System

Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination.

- The National Guards is the most important organisation of the other State Organisation as it is responsible for providing the ammunition and armory to the State ORG, and I will specially look into it and make such arrangement that every state organisation will get the armory and ammunition in time without any unnecessary delay.

- I will specially make a target for every NG Employee with along the HC of the organisation for protecting the FZ Base which covers South Gate ,North Gate, Runway and the Truck Parking and so we cant stop the trespasser easily.

- I will try hosting some events for the Employees for practising their aim, so they will have fun and also they could improve their gun skills and help shooting the Terrorist easily.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Mainly my focus for improving the Roleplay level in the organisation will be as follows,

- I will try my best to host some events within the organisation for the army employees so Everyone can take part which will keep them enjoying and being active in the org.

- Also the main issue with the Army is about protecting on the FZ base, so I will make some interesting quest and requirements for each and every army Employee along including me and my HC’s about covering the base and protecting it from the terrorists

- I will try introducing some exciting challenges and practices for the army where they can have fun and also get practice about the work.

- I will try making the underrated radio via mails getting love where every State Employee can communicate easily

- I will make sure that every army can do as much RP they can while doing any kind of thing .

2.1 I have an experience of National Guard 3 terms, when i came to this city, i joined NG as a beginner like every beginner does, Then i stay in NG for 3 terms, i have knowledge of NG about how NG works.

2.2 I notice that National Guard is not much active from last months, i saw gates were empty at peak hours, even at the time of FZ raid. i want to make sure that gates will cover at the peak hour.

2.3 National Guard is the heart of every legal organization as NG provides candies to every legal orgs.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 I will make sure that gate will be covered from 10:00 to 22:00. especially at the peak hour of FZ raid.

3.2 I will sent my AF units on Patrolling to check activity of gang near our Base after 11:00 to make sure they got some inputs about gang who are going to raid NG base.

3.3 SOF is the backbone of NG, i will try to make it most active department.

Firstly, i have spent a good amount of time in the gang side, so i know exactly what the ideology of gang members is which will help me to know whether they are here for FZ or stealing trucks this will help me in taking strong and firm actions / decisions against the gang side.,

Secondly same as the gang side i have spent good time in the NG which helped me in knowing all rules of the NG and its base, this would help me in protecting the base easily and with affection. NG is not only an org its one of those which tries to help every org no matter what conditions there are for example in harsh weather conditions and activity of gang side they still try to manage the trucks and deliver it , as i spend time in NG i have been more polite and worked in accordance with other Orgs to make good bonding so i have that kind of skills to help everyone.,

NG is more of working for other than itself and spending more time i have realized to work for other rather than being selfish.,
The NG is also a place which is attacked by the gangs / unoff fam , this creates role play more fun for every one of the state organizations and gangs, i would additionally try to increase and boost role play.

The best bonus system will be introduced, which will help members to participate more often.,
HR team will be built, but this time this promise will be fulfilled.,
Weekly meeting will be arranged with other org leader to take suggestions.,
Will establish good relations with the citizen and arrange max events as i can.,
providing regular ammunition trucks to orgs.,
Ill make that people HC who really deserve the post.,
Weekly logs inspections which will help me in knowing the people who work hard.,
ill hire those deputies who have served the state and are well experienced to manage the org.
