To Begin with, after my last NG leadership I had come to the conclusion that no one but me and a select few can do this right, ive seen NG leaders fail and fall and rise and succeed, I feel as if its time to make things right and have a go again at national guard to show the city what a great org it can be with great leaders on the side.

Furthermore, It has come to my attention that the national guard is being treated as a "Buffer" organization by players and I would very much like to fix that as I see it as the foundation of state side, not mentioning the fact that in national guard you are meant to have heavy numbers and personal which I can at this moment do and actually make it into a proper military since I still have my old supporters and New people from my family online, I belive I can do this as if I have 116 online people from my family I can very much borrow 40 or more to make a great national guard!


Lastly, as Ive said many times, I wanna leave behind the past and the toxic Crime RP that had developed and return to state as well as show everyone that despite the time passing and the things happening around me I can be a great leader, even a great person and put everything with everyone behind me for the sake of making an organization great again.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

To begin with, I have considered national guard to be a great organization to roleplay in but many people just see it as go gate, stand gate, shoot. Well, I personally would recommend improving the roleplay by changing the functionalities of Yellow and Redzone of National Guard as well as consider adding some things to make the org more realistic per say, EMS needs to craft all the medical gear in a lab in order to do med runs and pass it on, Why cant National Guard do the same and craft ammo in the already under used bunker in their base?. Thats my idea on how to improve roleplay.





As a Last note for the administrators, I have been national guard leader twice now and I am completly ready to kick-start the org with all of my old documents, old ideas and new ideas alike, I know I might not be the perfect person to consider for a leadership but you should give me a chance

1) First of all, I have experience in NG for 4 terms and I've served in the military IRL so I have a lot knowladge about the army, I was in other organizations and I believe I have the knowladge to become the leader of the National Guard.
I've noticed the organization is very inactive, I will make sure that the org will become active at non raid hours and, I have many friend who are willing to join that are ex NG's.
2) I'm coming from a family of lieutenants that served in the army, from my grandparents to my brother and uncle that served in a classified unit so I know alot about military discipline and the structure of the organization, since I was a child I was always told that I'm a great leader and I know very well how to talk to people, I am very professional about my work, responsible, polite and respectful to anyone.
3) I will open special units and add a bonus system that will attract new members to the organization, recruitment retention department will be very active in order to recruit more members.
I will make sure that gates are always covered from 10:00 to 22:00.
Units who do their work properly, attend events and gatekeeping will be given bonuses so that everyone and new players will start working.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I will make sure national guard has an geat application system and interview system to help making the best people join the organization.
2) I will make sure every soldier knows the protocols, is professional and polite.
3) I will make sure soldiers will have bodycam of their dutys for 48h and will use the proper rp commands for example when turning on cameras and such.
4) I will make sure every soldier will know how to use the radio properly and using the codes in order to keep it professional.
5) I will make a proper bonus system to encourage soldier to attend events and to gate keeping.
6) I will make revise the rank system in order to improve it.

• So, as i started my roleplay life from National Guard, My first Organization Was National Guard From Which i got the best experience about how an legal orgs works with an perfect server rules following.

Members should know the rules of the server. This will help them to ensure that everyone is maintaining the roleplay, for the new comers i would suggest them to spend some time in the city and learn the rules properly & i would also guide them if they want.

I Can be problem solvers. That i can analyzes issues, identifies solutions, and implements effective plans to overcome challenges.

2. I want to be the leader of NG because in server 1 I was a NG HC and I was having the highest rank.
I have a lot of experience in NG can do a lot for people.
I have a good experience of role play also because I am 1 year old in the city.
3. We can improve the roleplay of the org. by making more than 2 players monitoring on each gate, they should inform any high command when they see someone coming on the gate.
There should be more attention to the org.


As an NG leader i would ensure 100% from every soldier that i would have under my command also.

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) I want to be the leader of the National Guard as:

First- I have worked in so many organisations in my carrier like Goverment/NG/FIB/LSPD and LifeInvader from every org I only gained experience and everyone even me saw that I do things OVER like I try to help out everyone, I try to give commands to everyone so they can do their job properly and I have the spirit to work as a Leader. When I was in FIB (Vladimir’s Term) I hired a lot of people in only 1 day because I have a lot of friends in city which are very responsible to their job even we made that term very well too.

Second- I have seen a lot of people making fun about National Guard and I don’t like that because National Guard are not only made for giving supplies to other organisations we are one of the most dangerous organisations, No one can enter The FZ without permission except Government or they will get shot, we can do Ghetto Petrols, we can do HW Petrols so No LEOs get robbed, We can go outside of Gun Store Robbery parameters and try to take those Gang members so many people don’t know what NG is and they will still apply for it!

Third- I have learned a lot of things from My Higher Ups: Diamond, Draven, Abdell, Daryll, Judy, Nik, Rishav, Leroy, Mike Ross and specially Poppy Lasombra. I have learned the laws, even I won’t do nepotism at all that’s my promise because in every term of someone their is Favouritism and Nepotism but I don’t wanna do that, I can tackle every situation calmly and honestly.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization: I want to deal everything ICly, like I have seen a lot of people doing CL just to save some of their weapons from gang and save themself to become hostage and stuff but everyone should try everything in the city! Like if you are gonna get robbed then get robbed comply with gang make the RP better. Don’t rage on people for stupid stuff just help everyone and move on! I wanna make the storyline better and better.

  • I have been part of a State Organization for a long time, holding positions such as SAHP Leader and NG Leader in EN3. I have also served as High Command and Under deputy multiple times in EN2. Throughout my time there, I have achieved success and gained valuable experience with the city, familiarizing myself with the rules. This experience has helped me develop my leadership skills.

  • In addition to my time in the State Organization, I have also worked in NG for multiple terms and served under various leaders as High Command. And my experience has taught me how to manage the organization effectively and handle any conflicts that may arise.

  • I believe I can bring many exciting RP experiences to the city, and I am confident that I can attract many people to join my organization. I have some plans to make the organization more active during events and different situations.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

  • Applications and Interview: - I will make sure national guard has an excellent application system and interview system which will make the best people join the organization. and every high commands will have to go through a small interview session with leader or deputy in order to get their HC rank. but we will also be helpful to newcomers and help them as everyone is not a born leader.

  • Relationship: - I will make sure that national guard will have the best possible relationship with all other legal orgs in the city, we will assist them by providing ammunition and in return they will have a good relationship with the org which will make the rp of this org better than before

  • Promotion: - i will make sure there is no unnecessary promotions, we will hold promotion ceremonies where we will promote the soldiers who deserve a rank up.

  • Strict: - As the general of National guard, it will by my duty to make sure everything is going well in the org, as i said we will promote the soldiers who deserve rank up, I will make sure if someone breaks a law, he gets the punishments for that also.

  • Bodycam: - I will make sure soldiers make bodycam of the situations they need to and follow the proper rp commands while interacting in any situations whether its searching trunks or turning on bodycam.

  • Radio Usage:- I will make sure everyone uses the radio properly while they are on duty and no unnecessary conversation on the radio and make it clean and professional.

  • System:- i will revise the division and rank system to enhance it for better rp

  • Bonus:- i will make proper bonus system with help of Governor for financial support to encourage soldiers to do gate keeping and secure the Fort Zoncudo

1) NG holds a special place in the state of San Andreas by supplying ammo, having a secure base that is constantly monitered by trained soilders, it also assists other state organisationsin their operations or when needed to, they also protect the citizens of Los Santos when doing these operations. I want to be leader of this organisation because I know i will be able to handle these responsibilitys and maintain an active org, lately there is a lack of Law enforcement and I want to change this perspective and make LEOs active and popular again

2) With my extensive experience as a Minister of State, I have developed strong leadership skills, fostering a calm and safe environment while maximizing employee productivity. 3) Regulate Training sessions with other organisations, this is something that used to happen awhile ago and i would liove to bring back in my term of General of the National Guard, Having this will boost the RP within NG, aswel as helping every other state organisation, it will do this because State organisations should be training often anyway to have a fair fight agiant Gang members and people interfireing with the safety of civilians. My proposed departments

SOF- The brave soldiers and snipers of the Special Operations Force (SOF) will handle hostage talks, patrol ghettos, and offer military security during ammo runs. Helicopters will be available for international operations and patrols.they will

Airborne- Expert pilots who make up the Air Force will keep an eye out for any attacks by gang members. They'll be skilled shooters who make sure everyone lands safely. The only person with the power to grant licenses for aircraft is the chief of the airborne division.

Military Police: The Military Police is a specialist unit responsible for looking into misconduct among the National Guard members. They'll take care of internal problems, carry out strikes, look into police, and find missing officers. They will have the ability to operate independently of the chain of command and report directly to the General when required.

Infantry: This division will serve as the new recruits' initial training ground and source of National Guard-related information. When fresh recruits are ready, the commander of the infantry should act as a guide and friend, leading them in the direction of other divisions. The management of base operations, gatekeeping, raids, and routine events will fall to the infantry. The Major General of Infantry will assign promotions below the rank of HighCommand.

Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was major general of NG at recent and now I am in SAHP. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej and a term of General Sai, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of NG.
2. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. So, my these skills will help me a lot to regulate NG in a very smooth manner. Besides this, I have been awarded Silver Star medal 🥈 for my performance and dedication towards NG and the main thing is that I am aware of all department's work and this will help me a lot to know about the department's requirements and their problems which are being faced by them.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

I want to be a leader of the National Guard because that's where I feel at home, over time Fort Zancudo has become like a second home to me.

As far as the NG is concerned, I've seen and learned a lot of positives and negatives over the whole time and I think it's time to give something back


I've been able to look at the National Guard in the last 2 months and a lot of mistakes have been made, I would like to show people that the National Guard can also act professionally and I will not tolerate such mistakes


I want the NG to take an active part in events again and have good people, because it's no use having a lot of people who don't know the rules. I want the NG to be there immediately when a global or store rob comes out. I know the work of Human Resources as I have worked as Supervisor of Department of HR under the command of Roy Parker , I know the work of IA

1. Leader of National Guard.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1) Dedication to Service: I aspire to be a leader in the National Guard because I have a deep sense of dedication to serve my country and my fellow citizens and my country's police. I believe in upholding the values of duty, respect and commitment to protect and assist our communities in times of crisis or disaster. Being a leader in the National Guard allows me to make a significant and positive impact on the lives of others.

2) Leadership and Growth: Leading in the National Guard offers opportunities for personal and professional growth. It allows individuals to develop and refine leadership skills, make critical decisions, and handle complex situations, which can be valuable in both military and civilian careers.

3) Patriotic Duty:
i am driven by a strong sense of patriotism and a desire to defend my nation. Leading the National Guard helps me actively uphold and promote the values and principles for which my country stands.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I Make sure that all Department work properly and Also that there is no nepotism in every department I also work on laws and hired the best Human resources that train soldiers perfectly and give a lot of knowledge about the laws and regulations of ng and also explain to them the authority and work of NG. NG people need to be encouraged to do things so I would implement a bonus scheme that is mainly aimed at the lower ranks like privates, and specialists,s, etc. where they will be rewarded for doing things.

Bonus System:-

Each hour on gates- 10k
Aircraft carrier- 10k
Soldier of the week- 30K
Fail to stop a raid - 10K
Per truck delivered during ammo runs - 5K
The person interviewed - 5K
Events attended - 10K
Person Trained - 15K


1) Air Force (AF) -
This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

2) Military Police (MP) - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

3) Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department would keep the check of the recent Patrols and make the proper Weekly Schedule. They Would be issuing Strikes to the Person who is not following rules , unprofessional and doing things without High Command Permission etc.

4) Combat Medic (CM) - This is the Department of medical this department make sure that all soldier is well and gives a pill to these soldiers who need pills they also make sure that the soldier at the gates is with full health and check in every 20 to 30 min to gateskeepers health
