- As National Guards, competitions can be held with the participation of all legal organizations that will be held at the shooting range and arena located in our own area. In this way, the use of weapons by employees in all organizations can be increased.
- With promotion ceremonies, all legal organizations can have their employees jump ranks collectively and all city residents can be invited to watch it.
- As the National Guard, we can provide assistance to city policemen/agents with a team that can respond first to the highest priority emergencies in the city.
- As an organization that passes a military law, we can make serious decisions.

- This is the section where Military law will be applied through a military court system
- This department will take care of the Case File and Arrest Warrants that need to be made.
- They will be defenders of the legal rights of National Security employees.

- Military Police
- This special department will help find corrupt soldiers in the organization and issue arrest warrants against them, ensuring their arrest by law.
- It is a department that will control the strikes of everyone who is in the National Guard and give them strikes.
- Everyone who is in the National Guard has the right to go to the city and check whether they are on duty during the duty processes.
- It is the department that will check the health insurance and gun licenses of all soldiers and bring them in line.
- All soldiers and all vehicles in the Fort Zancudo area have search rights, and if there is anything Decriminalizing to be done, they will ensure that criminal action is taken against them.
- It is a priority for this department to transfer all suspects in the Fort Zancudo area to prison.
- This department only allows them to take their duties away from the general and overwhelm the entire chain of command.

- This department is the department where newly joined National Guard people will be placed. Here soldiers receive their normal training and specialized training.
- The duties of the soldiers in this company have been simplified, their main tasks are to ensure the security of the gates, neutralize the attackers at Fort Zancudo and they can move to simple events together with their high command.
- With the experience they have gained here, soldiers can get rank increases and be placed in higher places.

I want to become the leader of NG because I have a good experience in NG I was a Major General previous4xterm in NG and I learned a lot of good and bad things in NG if I become the leader of NG I will try to fix all the problem of NG
2) NG is one of the most important departments to protect the city and help other departments like LSPD, FIB & SAHP by providing backup. I have been in NG for 2 Terms serving the state and learning about the state myself and I think I am ready to become the leader of NG and bring some good changes.

Answer:

I Make sure that all Department work properly and Also that there is no nepotism in every department I also work on laws and hired the best Human resources that train soldiers perfectly and give a lot of knowledge about the laws and regulations of ng and also explain to them the authority and work of NG.
NG people need to be encouraged to do things so I would implement a bonus scheme that is mainly aimed at the lower ranks like privates, and specialists,s, etc. where they will be rewarded for doing things

Department Management System:

Air Force

This is an AirForce Department that is patrolling on Skye of NG and they also take a soldier to a Global

SAS
This is the Department of Special officer only High skilled shooters or professional global training will join this department when they pass 2 phases of training then they are accepted in this department phase 1 shooting training and phase 2 global training.

Military Police
These would hand out strikes to officers who are doing something wrong and are also in control of the department strikes, they investigate corrupt soldiers and would build a case file against them, and they would work side by side with public relations when someone has put in a complaint about an NG soldier

Human Resources
This department would take charge of training and interviewing new recruits they must train people properly and prepare them for NG they would also review applications and take a decision about accepted or rejected

JAG
This is the department that makes sure the soldier follows the rules and laws and this department also handles the court of ng and gives equal rights to everyone.

Hosting regular training tournaments within NG arena and shooting range within all Legal organizations.
Have promotion Ceremonies. Army should be more serious and dangerous for criminals than other organizations. Training of NG personal on a regular bases, plus other orgs.

My departments -
Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,
they hand out strikes, look into officers and make CaseFiles on Corrupt officer and in the rare case can stop, track down and apprehend officers gone And bring them into court.
These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specialises in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this


Airborne – There main duty is to patrol the skies looking for on coming threats for example raids They also perform extractions when are fellow soldiers are in danger and can take them to safety, There guys must always be on the ball and react to react.They also specilaized on planes such jets and they can lead scout runs around the yellow zone in raid hours for possible raid.


SASD – This is a division of highly skilled soldiers with the best tactical ability, Gun skills and situational skills, they will host events such as Ammo runs and ghetto patrols and attend global at the advice of the Airborne.

Combat Medics - This division us made up half medic half soliders they can provide medical checks to hostages in hostage sit. And they responsibility is making sure theres no disese spreading inside Fort Zancudo.And doing periodicity health checks the soliders.

1) NG holds a special place in the state of San Andreas by supplying ammo, having a secure base that is constantly monitered by trained soilders, it also assists other state organisationsin their operations or when needed to, they also protect the citizens of Los Santos when doing these operations. I want to be leader of this organisation because I know i will be able to handle these responsibilitys and maintain an active org, lately there is a lack of Law enforcement and I want to change this perspective and make LEOs active and popular again

2) With my extensive experience as a Minister of State, I have developed strong leadership skills, fostering a calm and safe environment while maximizing employee productivity. My expertise lies in motivating and ensuring the satisfaction of team members, essential for maintaining a high-performing workforce. 3) Regulate Training sessions with other organisations, this is something that used to happen awhile ago and i would liove to bring back in my term of General of the National Guard, Having this will boost the RP within NG, aswel as helping every other state organisation, it will do this because State organisations should be training often anyway to have a fair fight agiant Gang members and people interfireing with the safety of civilians. I belive with me as general I can improve the RP in the way that law enforcement officers will be able to protect the citizens from any danger

4) Under my leader ship I know I can help boost the citys interpretations of the NG and people will remember my term as a great one to remember, during the start of my term at LSPD we was the most active org and had around 20 people per situation, I can almost garentee that this pattern will repeat here, NG will be active and responding to all situations and be the best organisation. My expierience in the Illegal side of the law as a sucsessful Leader of Vagos, I know tactics and ways how to protect the base and sucsessfully win the FZ raids

I have a lot of experience in NG. NG is My first legal organization that I join in city. I spend total 5xterm in ng. 2xTerm as a Major general and 1xterm as a brigadier general and 1xterm as a colonel. I learn many good and bad things in ng and now I know which things is bad for ng and which is good for NG That's Why I want to become leader of Ng.

2) I had worked in gangs and legal organizations, i noticed that some of the organizations promoted/favorite their friend and family members rather than giving chance to once who deserve it. This following reason leads to affect people's minds, and they leave the organization, which affects the organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at the best level, so people also enjoy their job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, I will try to make the radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at a high level.

3) I have a team of amazing and experienced people that would assist me to lead NG and we would be able to lead the organization into the correct direction and make it a powerful organization.

I will always try to get more numbers in NG as it's the army so I need quantity more to give the best quality . I will always do open recruitment and. I will host 1 global each day so people can know about NG. I will try to make everyone active and they need to come on duty every day if they are not in LOA my soldiers need to do duty for 1 hour each day or I will reach them to talk and understand why are they not coming on duty if they still don't come on duty without any reason they will receive a strike or demotion.

2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader NG i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.

2.2 Family: this last Few terms was what made me love NG so much I think of everyone from that last term as family and i want to continue that tradition of an NG family.

2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but I also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.

3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.

Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was major general of NG and assistant chief of LSPD at recent. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej and a term of General Sai, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


Its Alex Traziar Ex Lt. General of National Guard and I am having quite good experience in Legal Organisation as Deputy Leader or HC and I want to become leader of National Guard.
  1. To serve my country. I believe that it is my duty as a citizen to serve my country in any way that I can. The National Guard is a great way to do that, as it allows me to serve both my state and my nation.
  2. To lead and motivate others. I have always been a leader, and I enjoy the challenge of motivating and inspiring others to achieve their goals. I believe that I would be a good leader in the National Guard, as I have the skills and experience necessary to lead and motivate others in a challenging environment.
  3. To learn new skills and grow as a person. The National Guard would provide me with the opportunity to learn new skills and grow as a person. I would be able to learn about leadership, teamwork, and discipline, all of which are valuable skills in any career.
I believe that I would be a valuable asset to the National Guard. I am a hard worker, I am dedicated to my country, and I am always willing to learn new things. I am confident that I would be able to make a positive contribution to the National Guard.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 : I want to lead NG as it was the first org I ever worked in and it helped me grow through the city and learn the city rules so i would love to lead it and help it grow and lead it to be the best org in the city, I believe NG is the most powerful and import org.
2 : I believe I have the perfect amount of experience to lead the org as I have been Major General in Mac terms and diamond so i know how to run things, i have been in NG for 6 terms and have been a HC in every term from this I have also been a leader of every division from SOF to Miliatry Police so I know how to be a leader and how to run things and how each division works and how they thrive.
3 : I think NG is the most important org it is the back bone to the city if NG has a bad leader it creates a toxic atmosphere between orgs as no one would have ammo so they cant do there job NG is important no one can work when NG isn't Performing.
4 : And I Have Been Leader of NG too but that term did not ended well but on my term NG was active Rather than some other terms

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1 : I will make sure that NG holds a high standard discipline, respectability, etiquette and accountability.
2 : I want to make sure that everyone is trained to the highest standard combat wise but NG soldiers need to be taught about the city rules to avoid mistakes.
3 : I will make sure every single situation from ammo runs to aircraft are the most realistic and if any situation was to occur I would make sure I was to take full responsibility and make sure it wouldn't happen again.
4 : I would also make sure that every uniform is correct and looks professional.
5 : I have friends in a lot of other orgs so I feel like NG would have a very good relationship with the other orgs and this would make NG the most powerful

My Ideas
1 : I would make sure that everyone has the correct amount of training as in previous terms I have saw a lot of people not knowing stuff about the org
2 : I would make it is that every division is set up and run properly.
