1. My first legal organization was NG. In my initial term with NG, I began at a low rank and steadily progressed to higher responsibilities. Eventually, I was appointed as the Head of Military Police. During my second term, I advanced further to the position of Chief Staff of Military Police. These experiences have been invaluable in shaping my understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership.

2. From my past roles, I have learned crucial lessons that have prepared me to handle diverse challenges. I am eager to gain further experience as a leader within NG. My goal is to leverage my leadership skills to positively influence and elevate the organization. Being my first legal organization, NG holds a special place in my professional journey, driving my aspiration to lead and contribute to its growth.

3. I am committed to bringing about meaningful change and enhancing the capabilities of NG. Through leadership, I aim to elevate the organization to new levels of success and effectiveness. Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

In the NG organization, my first priority will be ensuring that all soldiers receive proper training to handle any situation without difficulty. This includes preparing them to be active and responsive around the clock, ready for any scenario. Central to our success will be maintaining discipline, professionalism, and sincerity within the organization. We seek soldiers who are responsible, attentive listeners, embodying these values at all times.

To bring about effective change in NG, leadership must be composed, understanding, patient, and capable of making swift and sound decisions. This approach will enhance our presence and effectiveness within the city. Implementing a robust bonus system and ensuring timely rewards will foster soldier satisfaction and reinforce their dedication and discipline to the organization.

If given the opportunity to lead NG, I am committed to implementing these initiatives. I will ensure that my promises translate into action, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence throughout the organization.

- I want to be the leader of NG because it is a new organization for me. Having been in FIB, SAHP, LSPD, and GOV for a very long time, I had an interesting time here and wish to take on the role of leader to learn and manage the crucial responsibilities of an organization. This includes keeping it active, providing ammo runs for state organizations, and protecting FZ from raids by other gangs. My main goals for this term are to keep the organization active and alleviate pressure on high commands, drawing from my experience as a Cmd Genral. I am ready to lead an organization where our efforts contribute to the well-being of state organizations.

These are the following reasons for me to be a leader of the National Guard:
- I want to take responsibilities for NG and make a remarkable term.
- I can keep this organization very active since I have many friends who can assist me.
- I will be a perfect fit since, as a leader, knowledge of the city is essential.

3. **Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:**
- Conduct weekly health check-ups for our soldiers since, as a state organization, we have EMS who can assist with any condition.
- Provide daily bonuses; every person from our organization should receive a bonus for their work, and I will implement daily bonuses.
- Host (IC) events: I have observed many leaders who don't host IC events frequently. Citizens also enjoy these events a lot, so I want to host IC events on a daily basis. I have a perfect team for this purpose.

- Responsibilities: Ensuring organizational integrity, conducting license checks, monitoring infantry activities, patrolling the city, and performing stop-and-search during martial law.

**Martial Law:**
- Goal: Protecting the city when insufficient law enforcement is available.
- Authorization: Only the Governor and the General of the National Guard can declare martial law.
- Military Police: During martial law, military police can conduct citywide patrols, stop-and-search operations, and maintain order.

I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons:


(II) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview I'll say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview. (In short i can say that i will try my best with the experience i have acquired to make NG not only active but also largest number of soldiers)

(III) To lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and I'll try my best to lets our units have fair, serious and funny RP game play with new events, rules, NG laws and new divisions. NG has been regarded as one of the best orgs in the past, because of this, it will create a good impression about in the mindset of the citizen. My desire to govern National Guard is mostly motivated by my interest to participate in fantastic role-playing games, have fun following the rules with my friends, and expand our city's community.

(I) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
(ii) Making plans before attending every event and discuss with high command.
(iii) Keep the org alive and protect the base.
(iv) Attend all events with other LEOs.
(v) give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
(vi) some secret tasks if they do properly, they will get bonuses for that

#Punishment system:

#Divisions:

Military Police: The division that takes control of Areas of NG base. tow unwanted vehicles and will do the work of handover the 10-15 to DOC. And Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Air Force: One of the finest Division Of the NG, which does Air Patrol to gather intel around and outside the military base. They provide air support in special operations and transport soldiers to their designated area of operation

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

in the last the only thing I want is let National Guard strongest org because national guard must be always ready, always there in sky on water, on ground every time ready!
