1. My first legal organization was NG. In my initial term with NG, I began at a low rank and steadily progressed to higher responsibilities. Eventually, I was appointed as the Head of Military Police. During my second term, I advanced further to the position of Chief Staff of Military Police. These experiences have been invaluable in shaping my understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership.

2. From my past roles, I have learned crucial lessons that have prepared me to handle diverse challenges. I am eager to gain further experience as a leader within NG. My goal is to leverage my leadership skills to positively influence and elevate the organization. Being my first legal organization, NG holds a special place in my professional journey, driving my aspiration to lead and contribute to its growth.

In the NG organization, my first priority will be ensuring that all soldiers receive proper training to handle any situation without difficulty. - I want to be the leader of NG because it is a new organization for me. Having been in FIB, SAHP, LSPD, and GOV for a very long time, I had an interesting time here and wish to take on the role of leader to learn and manage the crucial responsibilities of an organization. This includes keeping it active, providing ammo runs for state organizations, and protecting FZ from raids by other gangs. My main goals for this term are to keep the organization active and alleviate pressure on high commands, drawing from my experience as a Cmd Genral. I am ready to lead an organization where our efforts contribute to the well-being of state organizations.

These are the following reasons for me to be a leader of the National Guard:
- I want to take responsibilities for NG and make a remarkable term.

- Host (IC) events: I have observed many leaders who don't host IC events frequently. Citizens also enjoy these events a lot, so I want to host IC events on a daily basis. I have a perfect team for this purpose.

i) Special Attachment with NG

NG was the first organization I joined when I came to the city. It was a big help in gaining experience within a legal organization, building connections with new friends, and learning a lot about this RP server. I started working during Former General Stacey Raven's term and continued through Former General Daivik Kells' leadership. Watching them, I always dreamed of one day leading NG myself, where I can work to fix the issues within the organization that I have experienced in my previous term. I have a huge respect and affection towards this organization, and hope to get a chance to lead this organization (National Guards)

ii) My passion and desire to change the things and system

In every organization I've been part of, I've noticed that most leaders are mainly focused on completing their term successfully, most of the time they don’t even feel like making any kind of change for the organization. And even if, when they want to make changes, they don't push hard and give enough for them. I believe NG is an organization that really needs those changes. It's unfortunate, but in our city, NG is becoming less active, and people are losing interest in working for it. As a leader, if I can get support from our curators, and I believe they understand this too, it's essential to revive the passion and interest of citizens to work for NG.

iii) My Experiences and Leading Skills

I have experience in NG in almost 4 different terms, I have a very good experience in Government as one of the most highest position in the city i.e. Minister of Department of Homeland & Security, which gave me a very good experience and vision to lead a team. I have experience of LSPD (Chief of staff) and FIB too, which doesn’t matter that much here. All these experiences make me fit for this role and to lead the organization.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

i) Engine Blockers in NG vehicles

In my mind, currently it’s the most important thing that we need in NG. Fort Zancudo base is one of the most restricted and secured areas of our city, but people often don’t know how to respect it. Trespassers enter with their car, roam around the base, enter the main barracks, and you will notice, their purpose is not to steal ammunition, they are in the base just to provoke the soldiers. And it’s very difficult to catch or shoot them inside the car. All these things really affects a NG soldiers mindset, losing to such guys and letting them play with their mental health, that’s why it’s necessary to have an engine blocker in NG vehicles to enhance the roleplay of our members.

ii) A Good Bonus System

It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. It's a valid point, that “why will someone stand on the gates”. Ultimately, all of us are here in the server to enjoy, someone enjoy by making money, while someone enjoy to do illegal activities, if we talk about LSPD/SAHP/FIB they enjoy in processing, atm robbery, house robbery, but in NG/GOV, we guys most of the time have to stand on the gates, that’s why I believe NG/GOV members also deserve a good bonus same as EMS, it will generate interest in more people to join these organizations.

iii) Discipline and Punctuality

National Guards, the Army of our city, we all know IRL how disciplined our Army soldiers are, I also come from a defense background, that’s why I want everyone, NG to be the most disciplined organization in the city, everything (their movement, work style) in a disciplined and professional way. So, to enhance the RP, I believe they should feel like they are roleplaying as an Army man.

iv) More activities to perform

I have heard that in the en3 server, NG also has work to protect the solar panels planted in the base. We can do something similar to this in order to increase activity for our soldiers, which can generate more interest to spend more working hours.

v) Air Alert Alarm (Device)

I don’t know, it’s technically possible or not, but as we all have seen in GTA V in the NG base, if we fly over the base using heli, we get locked by the detector. I just want NG to have an air alarm, which will inform us about any unknown air activity in the base parameter.

vi) Regular Events (Both for citizen and soldiers)

I will organize events for our soldiers in non gate keeping time, so that they also can have fun in their off time.

And for the citizens, I have a different plan, NG has a huge base, so we can organize an event for the citizens in our base, they will also have a different experience and can have fun too. We will organize it once a week, when we have maximum units and we can have support from the government also, so that no one can do something fishy or illegal. The event will be conducted with a high security arrangement in the base, which will also showcase the power of NG simultaneously.

I propose implementing a departmental structure within the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as:

1. Special Operation Force : A special force who have mastered in dealing with critical situations, and have the work to respond to any situation as quickly as possible. They will make strategy, command every other NG member in the operation.

2. Air Force Division : They are mastered in flying all the air transports (choppers, jets, etc). They will help other NG members in transporting to an operation, planning the rescue operation, and transporting a suspect safely. They will also do air patrol around the base and give information to the ground units about the incoming danger.

3. Military Police : It’s the department which will handle internal affairs of the organization and make sure everyone working in the organizations have all the necessary licenses, insurance and they are clean. It’s the responsibility of Military police to issue the verbal or strike punishment.

4. Human Resource and Training : As the name suggests, this department is responsible for recruiting and training of the new recruits in the organization.

5. 1st Armored division ( 1AD ) : Specialized in driving armored vehicles and ensuring the General's safety (when visiting somewhere to attend a meeting) by leading a properly organized convoy.

6. National Guard Review Committee : Headed by assigned Commanding General and the NG General, which will consist of some special high command and is responsible for reviewing any case regarding the member of the organization and will deliver the legal verdict regarding the case.

2.1 I want to become leader of this organisation because I have got a lot of experience in both state and crime organisations. I was most recently Deputy Governor in Frank Bellics temporary term. I am currently rank 28 in NG and I want to try out a leadership position in NG. I believe that I would be able to have a great and very successful term as NG leader due to careful selection of my HCs and deputies.

2.2 I want to be leader of this organisation because I want to be able to help the state as much as I can and I know that being a part of NG, especially a leader, is a huge responsibility and that is something I am willing to risk everything for. I believe that this is important because NG is in charge of supplying all state orgs with the ammunition and armour vests that they need to do their job in the most efficient way possible. Without NG state orgs will struggle a lot.

2.3 I want to become leader of this organisation because I believe in having a fun but efficient workplace, i will definitely support my soldiers when they want some fun but i will also discipline those in need. To have a successful term you need to be observant of those around you and how you work with certain people as I believe that this will improve the relationship between everyone in the org.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organisation.

3.1 I will make sure that in my term there is NO favouritism when it comes down to ranks. I will make sure that people get the rank they deserve and have worked hard to get. I will not let people give there friends high ranks as this does not improve RP. It makes people wonder and think what is the point of being here if i don't get promoted. So I will make sure that this doesn't happen.

3.2 I will make sure that I always have HCs in the city and on duty to respond to departments, Spec Ops, Hostage situations, Store robberies, FZ raids etc. I believe that this is important because it will improve the relationship we have with other orgs which will improve RP a lot due to more trust and hopefully more people working LEO jobs.

3.3 I will make sure that my departments are always working hard and trying their hardest to achieve their weekly requirements set to them. I will make sure to select a good HOD and DHOD for each department, people I trust and know will get the work done that was set to them. This will improve RP as people will have something to look forward to and lower ranked Soldiers will have a good choice of departments to join.

will fly soldiers to store robberies and globals, Spec Ops, GPs etc as well as get them out of situations when needed ensuring all soldiers are safe and accounted for.
HRT - Human Resources and Training will be in charge of taking interviews, conducting training and going through applications to ensure NG always has a good team of soldiers behind them.
MP - Military Police will be in charge of giving punishments to Soldiers who mess up multiple times, Break laws or break internal rules written in the National Guard Charter.
SOF - Special Operations Force will be in charge of our Ghetto Patrols, Store robberies, Hostage situations and all together prepared for any situation. They will lead Hostage negotiations if there is no HC to do so.

Reason 1: I want to be the Leader of National Guard because due to my past experience in different organizations serving unique purposes, I can lead a good and active term due to my hefty experience and guide my peers to do the same. With my vast knowledge of rules, I can ensure to lead a successful term which has primary focus on roleplaying and doest commit rulebreaks. I will make sure my peers along with me always maintain good composure and be professional. I would teach new players personally how to handle stuff to ensure the quality of RP is always maintained.

Reason 2: I am deputy of the biggest family in en2 (TOP G) and have connections with many families who have highly qualified and experienced individuals. They will keep the org activity high as a whole. With my support and peers I can ensure to complete a term with 0 verbals for inactivity and make sure FZ Gates are always secure and in safe hands. I can ensure to successfully defend maximum FZ Raids throughout the term.

Reason 3: I have high visions regarding the org and have various things already mapped out in my mind which I plan to implement upon getting the term. With the support of my peers , faithful deputies and trusted experienced individuals I will implement the stuff which I have planned in my mind. •I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview I'll say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview. (In short i can say that i will try my best with the experience i have acquired to make NG not only active but also largest number of soldiers)

•A leader must cultivate trust and support among their soldiers, which requires regular interaction and feedback. i) Special Attachment with NG

NG was the first organization I joined when I came to the city. It was a big help in gaining experience within a legal organization, building connections with new friends, and learning a lot about this RP server. I started working during Former General Stacey Raven's term and continued through Former General Daivik Kells' leadership. Watching them, I always dreamed of one day leading NG myself, where I can work to fix the issues within the organization that I have experienced in my previous term. I have a huge respect and affection towards this organization, and hope to get a chance to lead this organization (National Guards)

ii) My passion and desire to change the things and system

In every organization I've been part of, I've noticed that most leaders are mainly focused on completing their term successfully, most of the time they don’t even feel like making any kind of change for the organization. And even if, when they want to make changes, they don't push hard and give enough for them. I believe NG is an organization that really needs those changes. It's unfortunate, but in our city, NG is becoming less active, and people are losing interest in working for it. As a leader, if I can get support from our curators, and I believe they understand this too, it's essential to revive the passion and interest of citizens to work for NG.

iii) My Experiences and Leading Skills

I have experience in NG in almost 4 different terms, I have a very good experience in Government as one of the most highest position in the city i.e. Minister of Department of Homeland & Security, which gave me a very good experience and vision to lead a team. I have experience of LSPD (Chief of staff) and FIB too, which doesn’t matter that much here. All these experiences make me fit for this role and to lead the organization.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

i) Engine Blockers in NG vehicles

In my mind, currently it’s the most important thing that we need in NG. Fort Zancudo base is one of the most restricted and secured areas of our city, but people often don’t know how to respect it. Trespassers enter with their car, roam around the base, enter the main barracks, and you will notice, their purpose is not to steal ammunition, they are in the base just to provoke the soldiers. And it’s very difficult to catch or shoot them inside the car. All these things really affects a NG soldiers mindset, losing to such guys and letting them play with their mental health, that’s why it’s necessary to have an engine blocker in NG vehicles to enhance the roleplay of our members.

ii) A Good Bonus System

It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. It's a valid point, that “why will someone stand on the gates”. Ultimately, all of us are here in the server to enjoy, someone enjoy by making money, while someone enjoy to do illegal activities, if we talk about LSPD/SAHP/FIB they enjoy in processing, atm robbery, house robbery, but in NG/GOV, we guys most of the time have to stand on the gates, that’s why I believe NG/GOV members also deserve a good bonus same as EMS, it will generate interest in more people to join these organizations.

iii) Discipline and Punctuality

National Guards, the Army of our city, we all know IRL how disciplined our Army soldiers are, I also come from a defense background, that’s why I want everyone, NG to be the most disciplined organization in the city, everything (their movement, work style) in a disciplined and professional way. So, to enhance the RP, I believe they should feel like they are roleplaying as an Army man.

iv) More activities to perform

I have heard that in the en3 server, NG also has work to protect the solar panels planted in the base. We can do something similar to this in order to increase activity for our soldiers, which can generate more interest to spend more working hours.

v) Air Alert Alarm (Device)

I don’t know, it’s technically possible or not, but as we all have seen in GTA V in the NG base, if we fly over the base using heli, we get locked by the detector. I just want NG to have an air alarm, which will inform us about any unknown air activity in the base parameter.

vi) Regular Events (Both for citizen and soldiers)

I will organize events for our soldiers in non gate keeping time, so that they also can have fun in their off time.

And for the citizens, I have a different plan, NG has a huge base, so we can organize an event for the citizens in our base, they will also have a different experience and can have fun too. We will organize it once a week, when we have maximum units and we can have support from the government also, so that no one can do something fishy or illegal. The event will be conducted with a high security arrangement in the base, which will also showcase the power of NG simultaneously.

I propose implementing a departmental structure within the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as:

1. Special Operation Force : A special force who have mastered in dealing with critical situations, and have the work to respond to any situation as quickly as possible. They will make strategy, command every other NG member in the operation.

2. Air Force Division : They are mastered in flying all the air transports (choppers, jets, etc). They will help other NG members in transporting to an operation, planning the rescue operation, and transporting a suspect safely. They will also do air patrol around the base and give information to the ground units about the incoming danger.

3. Military Police : It’s the department which will handle internal affairs of the organization and make sure everyone working in the organizations have all the necessary licenses, insurance and they are clean. It’s the responsibility of Military police to issue the verbal or strike punishment.

4. Human Resource and Training : As the name suggests, this department is responsible for recruiting and training of the new recruits in the organization.

5. 1st Armored division ( 1AD ) : Specialized in driving armored vehicles and ensuring the General's safety (when visiting somewhere to attend a meeting) by leading a properly organized convoy.

6. National Guard Review Committee : Headed by assigned Commanding General and the NG General, which will consist of some special high command and is responsible for reviewing any case regarding the member of the organization and will deliver the legal verdict regarding the case.

i) Special Attachment with NG

NG was the first organization I joined when I came to the city. It was a big help in gaining experience within a legal organization, building connections with new friends, and learning a lot about this RP server. I started working during Former General Stacey Raven's term and continued through Former General Daivik Kells' leadership. Watching them, I always dreamed of one day leading NG myself, where I can work to fix the issues within the organization that I have experienced in my previous term. I have a huge respect and affection towards this organization, and hope to get a chance to lead this organization (National Guards)

ii) My passion and desire to change the things and system

In every organization I've been part of, I've noticed that most leaders are mainly focused on completing their term successfully, most of the time they don’t even feel like making any kind of change for the organization. And even if, when they want to make changes, they don't push hard and give enough for them. I believe NG is an organization that really needs those changes. It's unfortunate, but in our city, NG is becoming less active, and people are losing interest in working for it. As a leader, if I can get support from our curators, and I believe they understand this too, it's essential to revive the passion and interest of citizens to work for NG.

iii) My Experiences and Leading Skills

I have experience in NG in almost 4 different terms, I have a very good experience in Government as one of the most highest position in the city i.e. Minister of Department of Homeland & Security, which gave me a very good experience and vision to lead a team. I have experience of LSPD (Chief of staff) and FIB too, which doesn’t matter that much here. All these experiences make me fit for this role and to lead the organization.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

i) Engine Blockers in NG vehicles

In my mind, currently it’s the most important thing that we need in NG. Fort Zancudo base is one of the most restricted and secured areas of our city, but people often don’t know how to respect it. Trespassers enter with their car, roam around the base, enter the main barracks, and you will notice, their purpose is not to steal ammunition, they are in the base just to provoke the soldiers. And it’s very difficult to catch or shoot them inside the car. All these things really affects a NG soldiers mindset, losing to such guys and letting them play with their mental health, that’s why it’s necessary to have an engine blocker in NG vehicles to enhance the roleplay of our members.

ii) A Good Bonus System

It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. It's a valid point, that “why will someone stand on the gates”. Ultimately, all of us are here in the server to enjoy, someone enjoy by making money, while someone enjoy to do illegal activities, if we talk about LSPD/SAHP/FIB they enjoy in processing, atm robbery, house robbery, but in NG/GOV, we guys most of the time have to stand on the gates, that’s why I believe NG/GOV members also deserve a good bonus same as EMS, it will generate interest in more people to join these organizations.

iii) Discipline and Punctuality

National Guards, the Army of our city, we all know IRL how disciplined our Army soldiers are, I also come from a defense background, that’s why I want everyone, NG to be the most disciplined organization in the city, everything (their movement, work style) in a disciplined and professional way. So, to enhance the RP, I believe they should feel like they are roleplaying as an Army man.

iv) More activities to perform

I have heard that in the en3 server, NG also has work to protect the solar panels planted in the base. We can do something similar to this in order to increase activity for our soldiers, which can generate more interest to spend more working hours.

v) Air Alert Alarm (Device)

I don’t know, it’s technically possible or not, but as we all have seen in GTA V in the NG base, if we fly over the base using heli, we get locked by the detector. I just want NG to have an air alarm, which will inform us about any unknown air activity in the base parameter.

vi) Regular Events (Both for citizen and soldiers)

I will organize events for our soldiers in non gate keeping time, so that they also can have fun in their off time.

And for the citizens, I have a different plan, NG has a huge base, so we can organize an event for the citizens in our base, they will also have a different experience and can have fun too. We will organize it once a week, when we have maximum units and we can have support from the government also, so that no one can do something fishy or illegal. The event will be conducted with a high security arrangement in the base, which will also showcase the power of NG simultaneously.

I propose implementing a departmental structure within the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as:

1. Special Operation Force : A special force who have mastered in dealing with critical situations, and have the work to respond to any situation as quickly as possible. They will make strategy, command every other NG member in the operation.

2. Air Force Division : They are mastered in flying all the air transports (choppers, jets, etc). They will help other NG members in transporting to an operation, planning the rescue operation, and transporting a suspect safely. They will also do air patrol around the base and give information to the ground units about the incoming danger.

2.1 I want to become leader of this organisation because I have got a lot of experience in both state and crime organisations. I was most recently Deputy Governor in Frank Bellics temporary term. I am currently rank 28 in NG and I want to try out a leadership position in NG. I believe that I would be able to have a great and very successful term as NG leader due to careful selection of my HCs and deputies.

2.2 I want to be leader of this organisation because I want to be able to help the state as much as I can and I know that being a part of NG, especially a leader, is a huge responsibility and that is something I am willing to risk everything for. I believe that this is important because NG is in charge of supplying all state orgs with the ammunition and armour vests that they need to do their job in the most efficient way possible. Without NG state orgs will struggle a lot.

2.3 I want to become leader of this organisation because I believe in having a fun but efficient workplace, i will definitely support my soldiers when they want some fun but i will also discipline those in need. To have a successful term you need to be observant of those around you and how you work with certain people as I believe that this will improve the relationship between everyone in the org.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organisation.

3.1 I will make sure that in my term there is NO favouritism when it comes down to ranks. I will make sure that people get the rank they deserve and have worked hard to get. I will not let people give there friends high ranks as this does not improve RP. It makes people wonder and think what is the point of being here if i don't get promoted. So I will make sure that this doesn't happen.

3.2 I will make sure that I always have HCs in the city and on duty to respond to departments, Spec Ops, Hostage situations, Store robberies, FZ raids etc. I believe that this is important because it will improve the relationship we have with other orgs which will improve RP a lot due to more trust and hopefully more people working LEO jobs.

3.3 I will make sure that my departments are always working hard and trying their hardest to achieve their weekly requirements set to them. I will make sure to select a good HOD and DHOD for each department, people I trust and know will get the work done that was set to them. This will improve RP as people will have something to look forward to and lower ranked Soldiers will have a good choice of departments to join.
