1.Why do you want to be a leader of National Guard?
I)-I was High command and head of sof , so I know How things work over here and also a high command[b.General]. I have full knowledge of Leading NG, i have already worked with many successful leaders who have completed her term very goodly. if i get a chance to be a NG leader i am sure i can proof that I can be good and successful NG leader.and i know how to handel most stressful situation while being relex

II)-I am professional in every work, and i know How to take or accept any legal org ammo run request and how to manage the Whole NG. I am active and creative. Also, I have plans for so many Global(IC) Calls and i will make sure use my creativeness and make sure me and our dear NG curator stay in contact and make something new now and then.


III) I will have the support of other legal org member and some leader who will help me to run my org. Also, I got supportive families and friends to get numbers in my org. I will have high commands from every time zone to Manage the org. I will have my special department patrolling the area of FZ. I will respond to all departments from other legal orgs. If I get leadership, I can confirm I will be able to stop most of raid with my strategy and IQ and with help of team work and i will make sure my units dont break any rules


2). My advice for improving Roleplay level in the National Guard



-As we know the NG is Army so first of all, I will try to have numbers in my org. after getting good number soldier i already have good FTO team, that's why I can get many Good Solider for Maintain The NG.

-I will host open recruitment every day to get members into my Org.

-I will not delay any ammo runs.

-I will have my high command guiding my soldiers 24/7.

-I will make changes in my department:

- i wil make sure my units are not bored because in my experience of NG i see lot of units left the org because its boring so i will make sure work with my curator make a 1 small events everyday and 1 big eveent in week

SAS : This will be the group of most sharp shooter and brave soldiers of NG. They will take part in most of the 10-10 and shooting situations. They will guide CRM department that what they should do while hostage situation. This department will take part in negotiation from the side of NG. This department will lead ghetto patrol from NG side also this department will protect soldiers while ammo run mostly. they will permision to use any heli for pertol and globle[ic], head of sof can only grand heavy wepone license other than General and LT. General . SAs wll also have hitman team they will help the seals as comrade and backup depands on oders SAS will have a Secret team which will pertol around base , base highway, international warehouse [ before amoo run] and area near that . city borders [ area between highway and city with thise we can also help other org with highway robberys and we be aleart before NG raid.]

Air force: this is the force some of in best pilots of the city. The main job of the air force is to scout around their base and look for possible attacks by gang members. they will be good with sniper and clam so they can land safe head of air born is only can grant air craft license other than General and LT. Human Resource(FTO): The FTO department is the second most important divisions in the national guard their job is to get new employees to the org and they have a lot to do such as doing Interviews and training to the new units. head of Fto is only can grant training license and interviews license

The seals: These will be the most master mind and classified soldiers of NG. I will only get 10 people in this department with special badge number who will be super classified and active. They will mainly focus on the protection of the General and other org leaders. they will directly work under the General and LT. General they will also . they will have hod that will only answer to General they will have 2 teams 1 for protaction of other org leader which will 5 units 2 will 4 units they hitman of seals they will given task to assassin/ captue high level criminals with the help of other org

2. I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons

#1 | I found may good / bad thing wrote for National Guard Rules etc. my duty as ng leader to fix all problems and let ng units have best RP game play

3. My advice's for improving Roleplay level in organization

Application for wanting to be the leader of National Guard of Los Santos

Since the begining of the city many cried that National Guard is one of the most borring organoisations to be working for and the only Job that one does is watching the gates but I want to change that. Using my vast experices of various orgs including FIB and NG, I want NG to be the most active and fun organistion to in the city. I want to bring back the Air Force to Life and make use of the recently added road barriers near the DOC highway to keep the highways safe with the help of the Highway Patrol division of SAHP. With the recent introuduction of NG and USSS going to robberies the activeness of NG could never be higher but still many think its a borring job and they do not want to join the organisation. I would try my best to change that as most of us who have been a part of the National Guard know that for NG to work efficiently it needs over 20 members to be constantly active to insure that gates are kept at check and NG can still have ample units to attend events and defend itself from Gang raids. Moreover along with reviving the AirForce I would try the best to insure that all National Guard members are trained to be the finnest at their respective fields and are kept in check regularly by the Internal Affaris department.

I do not consider myself as a great leader and I have many flaws but none of us perfect and the best we can do is to make the best of what we have and seeing NG at its current state truely saddens me and I want it to change, I want every citizen of Los Santos to feel proud of the men who protect the borders of this great city and every National Guard member to be proud of who they are. Even if I am not elected to be a leader, I would request who ever gets the leadership to make NG a fun and joyful organisation to work for with good balance of fun and discipline.

I have been in orgs and I think I have experience with the rules and I think he would have a good mandate. I'm in town for a bit, but I have a man who taught me about the server and will be my deputy, and he is also familiar with the rules. I would do recruitments three times a day and it's still interesting for me to interrogate someone because I know the rules and there will be certain characters that they will interrogate. I honestly think he could be very successful with his client.

I have been in the city from a long time, during that time I have been in many orgs either legal or illegal. I have been in NG as Lt.General, in Luka's terms Also he was in LOA for some days so i was managing org and as per my perspective, currently I was Deputy of Marabunta it's given me enough experience to become a leader of this great organization.

2:- Areas of correction
2.1:- I had worked in gangs and legal organizations, i noticed that some of the organizations promoted/favoured their friend and family members rather than giving chance to once who deserve it. This following reason leads to affect people's minds, and they leave the organization, which affects the organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at the best level, so people also enjoy their job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, I will try to make the radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at a high level.

2.2:- I have seen the current rank system in NG and as per my view it is messed up, so if I get the opportunity to become the leader of the national guard, I will change the rank system not actually change but in a clean way

2.3 People of NG are working day and night to protect Fort Zancudo, so they deserve appreciation in terms of bonuses and promotion

2.4 I saw sometime like soldiers are not present at gate duty, So I will try my best to keep minimum 2 People in each gate (North gate and South Gate)

2.5 Legal Orgs ask for ammo run and some time because of not enough units we were not able to give them. If I became leader, then they will get instant order delivery.

3;- Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays a very crucial role in different scenarios either in a global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs. Furthermore, during the haptic situations, people become confused about what to do and what not which makes confusion during raids and global
For example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employees follow them, and no one is left at the gates which gives a very positive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ I will try to impose very good coordination between each other


3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 Bodycam checks by Internal Affairs randomly and to make sure everyone have their body cams on even if they are just doing gate duties (Last 5 minutes)

3.2 Training everyone in the national guard about the use of PDA as many of the High Commands need that training also about a few things.

3.3 Active use of radio and only important things to be transmitted through the radio while on raid hours.

3.4 High commands and Soldiers would be responsible for the troops on their duty timings, for example if there is a HC on-duty and multiple troops he would be responsible to give them orders regarding gate duties and guarding the base, and to communicate with anyone regarding any situation same goes for Soldiers if he is on-duty he would be responsible for everyone going on the base.

3.5 HC and Soldiers would have to focus on laws getting sanctioned by the government and to check what’s going on in the city and in the county.

3.6 Focus on the quality of National Guard members rather than the quantity.

1. The reason i want to become leader of National Guard is that i have experience on what they do and i know what event they can’t attend like what they can’t do for example they can’t co to a store robbery or go and do a gang raid they can attend but there just there for help if the other org need help.

I was ex general before and lt general in 4 terms I was lt general in Kazuto kirigaya term and Shaba Vernice term in National Guard and I take my rank seriously and I don't hesitate to give people strikes if they did something wrong or drive in the city with the org cars and in uniform or sleeping at gates as long as I have proof against that person.

During my life IG i have spend almost 2-3 months in being National guard and I was Deputy Chief for 2 terms, to server for people and los santos. As i have very good experience in national guard and have dept knowleadge about how system work, either doing ammo run or protection of Fort Zancudo during raid time. Apart from this, I am also ready to give my one hundred percent to NG which helps in taking national guard at another level
Example:- Due to having experience in NG it will able me tackle situation more easily, under the rules of state and leaders

4-The New Bonuıs System
Especially, i dont want my soldiers spent their all time to gatekeeping or just rolling inside FZ. i will give make them a Special Events for only my soldiers. For example weekly gate goal, protect goal,on duty time etc. so basically, all my soldiers gonna get their bonuses if they deserve and serve.

What i will do to imporve RP?

There are alots of things i will do to imporve RP, some of them are:-
1. Maintaing RP during healing by saying what you exaclty doing
2. Maintaing RP while making anyone detainee and hand over to LSPD/SAHP or FIB
3. Maintaing while searching someone and taking permission to do so
4.Implementation of diffrent section inside the NG like Medic,Special forces and air force to excute mission in efficent manner
5.New uniform will also be implemented which is more realistic.

1. Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was brigadier general of NG at recent. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of NG.
2. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. So, my these skills will help me a lot to regulate NG in a very smooth manner. Besides this, I have been awarded Silver Star medal for my performance and dedication towards NG and the main thing is that I am aware of all department's work and this will help me a lot to know about the department's requirements and their problems which are being faced by them.
3. Thirdly, I want to become the leader of NG because I want to make NG available at any time for the whole los santos and I want to make NG strong enough to kill the criminals trespassing in the territory of FZ. I have seen that if we can exercise our full powers, then we can defeat anyone together and for exercising NG's powers to last, it needs a great general to lead them and show all the soldiers the correct path. At last, I want to state that as a Leader, I will be a great addition to the org because I've got enough experience and the way of dealing with situations as well.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

Air force: this is the force some of in best pilots of the city. Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,

2. Human Resource and Training (HRT) - This Department would be keeping the Track of Arms and ammunations of all organizations and check that How much Arms and ammunation we are supplying to them to make sure that no organization is stealing. This department would also be Recruiting and Training the person. This department would be keeping a truck full of Medics, Repair Kits and Fuel Canisters . They would Keep The track of all illegal Items that are found and confiscated from the person.
3. Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department would keep the check of the recent Patrols and make the proper Weekly Schedule. They Would be issuing Strikes to the Person who is not following rules , unprofessional and doing things without High Command Permission etc.
4. 1-In My Opinion , being the leader of any organization is the task of much responsibility , and with the leadership, you need to have experience also that can help your organization and its members to learn and grow, with me , i have been the COS at NG , deputy leader of vagos , head of department of LSPD , caption of sahp and also i have good experience at ng as an COS . So i believe that now i have a good experience with all the orgs and leading my friends and showing them the right way to succeed. Now with the leadership of national guard , i want to share my experience with even more people and i would be blessed to teach more people and help them to be experienced as well. Moreover , i have been holding the deputy position at gangs like ballas , families , vagos , marabunta so i know how exactly the gangs plan the store robberies/global/and most importantly the fz raids . So i think if i will get the chance to lead the organization , i will guide my companions in the organization about how to succeed in the raid of the gang and protect our city from the terror of gangs.

2-"National Guard" Has always been the most prestigious jobs ever meant to be , a soldier has the topmost respect in everyone's eyes, but still i feel like somewhere the power of NG is underestimated due to lack of proper management and lack of proper orders/regulations . Therefore if i get the golden chance to get the leadership of the organization , i will give my 101% to make ng recognized as it should be and also will take care of the enforcement of all the laws and proper management with the organization so that it becomes the best organization of the city in my term.

3-"Army" Is Signified as the best security for any possible situation , therefore , if i will be selected as the leader of the organization , i will make proper departments like military police , quick response team , air force etc . Also i will make sure to get properly every guard trained according to his department so that he can excel in his department , therefore , i will make sure that our army is ready with specially trained agents to tackle every situation with full efficiency and protect the city . I also have an experience that ng lacks the gate keeping thing and many trespassers easily enter the base . Therefore , in my leadership , i will give a priortity to gate keeping as well and make sure that every deserving soldier gets the required bonus and special rewards for his hardwork towards the city.

My Advices To Improve RolePlay :

-For improving the roleplay will first of all choose the most capable head of all the departments , for this i will not do a random selection , instead , i will keep a proper test system to see which soldier is how much capable for the particular division and therefore choose wisely the head.

-I will make sure every hardworking soldier gets special bonuses as well along with the paycheck , so that they feel involved and appreciated for their hardwork. I will keep a specific and special bonus system for every event,task of every department and make sure everyone is happy with what they get in return of their service for the city.

-I will make a very keen and careful selection of my deputies , so that even if i remain absent due to some OOC work for some days , they take over the NG management with full assurance .

-At last , i would never treat any of the soldier as if i am their leader , will always remain like their friend and always listen to their problems and take it as my first priority. I will always try to keep them happy in my term .

a) I was in LSPD for 4 terms In each term, I have seen that there are very fewer officers present at night, as a result, soldiers don't get proper backup to respond during NG raid, Spec ops, candy run & etc. I want to Hire people those who will support NG all the time and also as an NG under deputy I saw most of the NG soldiers do lots off rule break and got silly mistakes which are sometimes not expected. I want to give proper training for my soldier to not get any Kind of warning or strike,

My advice to improve role-play would include strategies to make common server rules, known abroad across the officers in and out. I would start immediately by testing and evaluating people who hold high command and supervising ranks about their knowledge of the server rules, to make sure the people at the top know what they are doing, and to rest assured they can make good and accurate decisions in recruitment, and other activities that affect the department. After this is done, I would confirm and approve an effective system to hire and recruit new people. Such a system would include a basic knowledge test that everyone must undergo during an interview, as well as a second Rp test to move on from Cadet to trainee, which tests more in-depth rules, that would be learned and applied during the cadet phase. To pass the Cadet phase, I organized a different and unique plan for academy training sessions, making it easier for cadets and the Ftos in charge of the academy.

ans) I want to be the leader of NG cause I have been working in Ng from last 5 terms and My first org ever join was also NG and now I want to serve My City as the General of NG to stop all criminal activities and being the best org National Guard To gain a respect of Military back i want to be the General of NG.


If i be the leader of NG we will be having a strict rule in NG we will be the best to Org in the whole city as I have a very nice experience and i would bring Professional and Loyal to my work.


I will not be doing favouritism and would appreciate people who work and would prefer my soldiers as we will be a family we will be brother and sister's we are a small family in our own so no body will feel lonly we will be focusing in our base protection and giving ammuntion to other leagle orgs sot this is our first and second priority..

We will be having a bonuse system for our solders and the bonuse will be given on ever last working day of the weak

3 Your advice to improve the orginasation

ans) Not doing favioratism is the first cause waht people do is they give their friends higher ranks and the people who work gets offended

2) Bening like a brother to all which will fee them more comfortable and then every one would like to work and would give more time to his work

3) Bening professional doing work when required and if there are many units and if no work to do not standing in main barracs but going to parctice shoothing which will help in sotre robbery and let junior go to negosiate cause we have a lot of ecxperice but we have to teach our juniors so would give them preferance

Marines : Quick responce team wich will be using hellies to go to store robbesies this will be the fastest respoce team in any global or event and the will be tho one leading ammo runs..

Hrt : Hiring and training depatent this is the most important department of ng who use to hire and train people..

Miltary police : This is the department wich will be working as same as IA department

Air force : This is the department which will be patroling in the air and would teach the members of ng how to manover palnes and hellicopters

Black cats: This time his department will have the best snipers and would do the work of snipers would take high positons in the ng pase and would snipe the tresspassers
