The reason why i want to become leader of NG is the past few term where not good and i was leader back 4 months ago and i was LT general 4 times and high command since then if i get leader my main goal are:

If i get leader we will do base defense training and getting trained properly.
Always respond to globals and department chats. And the most important give all organisation the respect that they should get and when it come to ammo runs we will always do one for all organisation and when they need one as long as we have units to do a ammo run.

I want to become the leader of NG because I have a good experience in NG I was a Major General previous6xterm in NG and COS 1xterm. I learned a lot of good and bad things in NG if I become the leader of NG I will try to fix all the problem of NG
2) NG is one of the most important organziation to protect the city and help other departments like LSPD, FIB & SAHP by providing backup. I have been in NG for 7 Terms serving the state and learning about the state myself and I think I am ready to become the leader of NG and bring some good changes.
3) I also want to that In NG all soldiers know about every law and rule that make NG one of the best Organization in City

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in an organization.
Answer:

I Make sure that all Department work properly and Also that there is no nepotism in every department I also work on laws and hired the best Human resources that train soldiers perfectly and give a lot of knowledge about the laws and regulations of ng and also explain to them the authority and work of NG.
NG people need to be encouraged to do things so I would implement a bonus scheme that is mainly aimed at the lower ranks like privates, and specialists,s, etc. where they will be rewarded for doing things

Department Management System:

DOT

In Department of treasury They calculate the bonuses of the soldiers in every week. Just 4 trusted people work in this department. This department calculate bonuses file and give to leader and leader check the file and pay the cash to Head of department and they give to soldiers.


Air Force
This is an Air Force Department that is patrolling on Skye of NG and they also take a soldier to a Global

SAS
This is the Department of Special officer only High skilled shooters or professional global training will join this department when they pass 2 phases of training then they are accepted in this department phase 1 shooting training and phase 2 global training.

Military Police
These would hand out strikes to officers who are doing something wrong and are also in control of the department strikes, they investigate corrupt soldiers and would build a case file against them, and they would work side by side with public relations when someone has put in a complaint about an NG soldier

Human Resources
This department would take charge of training and interviewing new recruits they must train people properly and prepare them for NG they would also review applications and take a decision about accepted or rejected

JAG
This is the department that makes sure the soldier follows the rules and laws and this department also handles the court of ng and gives equal rights to everyone.

I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons


(1) In English city 2 , I was Master Sergeant in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 2 terms. In these term i learn lot of things and i have fully exprienced these term . I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also i saw that there's a lot of gap between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play. I also have experience as HC in SAHP, MAJOR in LSPD and HC in other orgs like, my twink was DOC WARDEN, SUPERVISOR OF A DEPARTMENT in FIB which is right now . I have been a HC of an active family, so I have quite a good management experience. I want to use these experience as a leader.

(2) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG ( Its not just text if I accepted to the interview ill say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview.

(3) To lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try me best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , NG laws and new divisions. NG has been regarded as one of the best orgs in the past, because of this, it will create a good impression about in the mindset of the citizen. My desire to govern National Guard is mostly motivated by my interest to participate in fantastic role-playing games, have fun following the rules with my friends, and expand our city's community.

(I) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
(ii) Making plans before attending every events and discuss with high command.
(iii) Keep the org alive and protect the base.
(iv) Attend all events with other LEOs.
(v) give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
(vi) some secret task if they do properly they will get bonuses for that

Military Police: The division that takes control of Areas of NG base. tow unwanted vehicles and will do the work of handover the 10-15 to DOC.

Special Security Forces ( SSF): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base.

Air Force: The division that does recon by flight they will get intel by using planes, drones Etc.

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): [ Consists of NG and other LEO ] the elite of the elite best the best only highly skilled marksman and highly trusted sharpshooters. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

Directorate General of Forces Intelligence(DGFI): Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Army Medical Core: The Medical Core are the people that go in and heal and or provide medical attention to fallen soldiers they will be highly trained and highly intelligent.

in the last the only thing I want is let National Guard strongest org because national guard must be always ready , always there in sky on water , on ground every time ready!

I want to be leader because I have dedicated my time playing on Grand. I have played on EN1, EN2 and EN3. I have been in most of the state orgs and have seen how it runs. I saw many leaders come and go from different organisations. I spent most of my time in National Guard and seeing how things work there. I have been HC in National Guard in EN1, EN2 and EN3. I have also been HC in LSPD, SAHP and in Gov so I know a lot about the rules of the server. I can use everything that I have learnt from my experience in NG to lead it to the top where it belongs. I have also wanted to be leader because I have always wanted to lead a organisation. National Guard is one of the most important organisations in the city without it the other organisation will not have body armour and ammo to defend the streets from crime. I want to make sure that we also have solders by the gates when it is the time when it opens.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.


I will make the recruit do a certain task before they can do the next training such as If the recruit completes day 1 training he would have to do for example 2 hours of gate keeping. This will show them what National Guard is about and what we do.
I will do weekly promotions to show the solders that I really do appreciate the work that they bring to National Guard. The ranks will be given out fairly no favouritism to anyone who I know.
I will make sure every solder is not toxic or rude in any way to each other. When being toxic to someone. That person will want to leave the organization. If I find anyone being Toxic I will give a warning and If they do it again they get a strike.
Whenever someone org hops I will make sure that I will tell every single organization leader who the org hopper is so they wont make a mistake and invite him to their organization.
The main thing when being a leader is to keep your relationship with another organization on good terms. I will keep in contact with all of the leaders from different organization. To see if anything bad had happen and If I need to fix it.
Bonases will be given out at the end of the promotion Ceremony. The solder earns this because they work really hard. When promoting a solder we will do log checks to see if the are ready to move up.

1) I am a seasoned member of the National Guard, and I am familiar with how the Guard operates. I've worked closely with successful leaders in the past, watching their procedures and noting their accomplishments. If offered the chance to lead the National Guard, I'm confident I can demonstrate my abilities as a capable and successful leader. I am able to maintain my composure under pressure. With my background, I am able to offer the National Guard outstanding management and leadership to guarantee its seamless operation.

2)) I am Have to effectively lead the National Guard and manage every aspect of it, including responding to requests for ammunition runs. 2) My advice for improving the roleplay level in the National Guard:

2) Establish a rigorous training program: Keeping a capable and powerful military force should be your first priority. Create joint training opportunities with other organizations so that participants can improve their skills and knowledge.

3) To accommodate a variety of interests and skill sets, the National Guard ought to create specialized units. Soldiers will be more invested in the organization as a result, and they will be less likely to get bored.

4) Take into account the time zone distribution: To avoid burnout and guarantee that every unit gets enough sleep, make sure that there are members from a variety of time zones.

5) Hire a sufficient number of individuals while maintaining strict guidelines for their conduct and skills

Airborne: Skilled pilots who make up the Air Force will be on the lookout for any gang-related attacks. They will ensure that everyone lands safely because they are expert shooters. The head of the airborne division is the only person authorized to issue aircraft licenses.

Military Police: The Military Police are a specialized unit tasked with investigating misbehavior by National Guard personnel. They will handle internal issues, execute strikes, investigate police, and locate missing officers. When necessary, they will be able to report directly to the General and function outside of the established chain of command.

Infantry: This division will act as the new recruits' first training ground and informational resource about the National Guard. When new recruits are prepared, the infantry commander should lead them toward other divisions by serving as a friend and guide. The infantry will be in charge of overseeing base operations, gatekeeping, raids, and regular events. Promotions below the rank of HighCommand will be granted by the Major General of Infantry.

1) I am a seasoned member of the National Guard, and I am familiar with how the Guard operates. I've worked closely with successful leaders in the past, watching their procedures and noting their accomplishments. 2) Establish a rigorous training program: Keeping a capable and powerful military force should be your first priority. Create joint training opportunities with other organizations so that participants can improve their skills and knowledge.

3) To accommodate a variety of interests and skill sets, the National Guard ought to create specialized units. Soldiers will be more invested in the organization as a result, and they will be less likely to get bored.

4) Take into account the time zone distribution: To avoid burnout and guarantee that every unit gets enough sleep, make sure that there are members from a variety of time zones.

1:- Leader of National Guard

1:- Experience as National Guard
During my life IG i have spend almost 2-3 months in being National guard and I was Deputy Chief for 2 terms, to server for people and los santos. As i have very good experience in national guard and have dept knowleadge about how system work, either doing ammo run or protection of Fort Zancudo during raid time. Apart from this, I am also ready to give my one hundred percent to NG which helps in taking national guard at another level
Example:- Due to having experience in NG it will able me tackle situation more easily, under the rules of state and leaders

2:- Areas of correction
From last month, i had work in gangs and legal organization, i noticed that some of the organization promoting/favouring thier friend and family member rather than giving chance to once who deserve. This following reason leads to affect people's mind and they leave the organization , which is affect organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at best level so people also enjoy thier job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, i will try to make radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at high level

3;- Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays very crucial role in diffrent senarios either in global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs.Further more, during heptic situation people become confuse what to and what not which makes confution during raid and global
Example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employes follow them and no one left on gates which give a very postive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ i will try to impose a very good co-ordination between each other

4-The New Bonuıs System
Especially, i dont want my soldiers spent their all time to gatekeeping or just rolling inside FZ. i will give make them a Special Events for only my soldiers. For example weekly gate goal, protect goal,on duty time etc. so basically, all my soldiers gonna get their bonuses if they deserve and serve.

What i will do to imporve RP?

There are alots of things i will do to imporve RP, some of them are:-
1. Maintaing RP during healing by saying what you exaclty doing
2. Maintaing RP while making anyone detainee and hand over to LSPD/SAHP or FIB
3. Maintaing while searching someone and taking permission to do so
4.Implementation of diffrent section inside the NG like Medic,Special forces and air force to excute mission in efficent manner
5.New uniform will also be implemented which is more realistic.

(1). I feel I have what it takes due to previous outside RP and RL experience to run the NG successfully and help it regain its position as a professional organisation that people will want to join and enjoy being part of.

(2). As stated my previous outside RP experience has given me a unique view of how the NG should be ran compared to those who only have experience from running orgs inside of Grand meaning my take on the rules and how to best follow and utilise them will be a different approach which I think will benefit the NG in the long run.

(3). Lastly I feel the RP element needs to be better used than it currently is and a stronger use of staying in character, following the chain of command and better discipline while maintaining the element of fun will serve to make things more interesting.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My advice for improving RP level in this org and Grand in general would be more flexibility in the rule to involve a more realistic element such as weapon usage in certain situations.

For example the ability to use weapons such as Sniper Rifles and LMGs in events that in RL they would actually be used rather than limiting their use to outside events.

Case in point not allowing Sniper Rifles and LMGs to be used during FZ Raids while allowing them to be used before said raid.

For instance if just prior to a raid by a family we have a group of non-affiliated trespassers enter the base and they are stopped using a mixture of Sniper fire and LMGs only to then have to put said weapons away because a family decide to attack at that very moment.

The adrenaline from the previous fight will be so high that upon another attack, the users of said weapons might not notice straight away that a Raid Event has begun and so open fire with said weapons which will cause them to be penalised for doing so.

Granted allowing the NG and in turn other orgs to use such weapons will have to be counter-balanced by allowing the Gangs to do the same.

But I feel in the long-run people will adapt and the positives will outweigh the negatives.

Lastly I feel the ability for people to refuse RP should be allowed especially if said RP happens when a person is simply going from point A to point B in order to fly out (Logoff).

They should not get sent to Demorgan for Fear RP because they were too tired to participate.

The Gang should respect the fact that there will be times especially due to the game hours, that some people may have been in city since the early hours of the day and just want to leave and relax in order to be ready for the following day.

Penalising a person for that is wrong especially when that punishment means they are instantly removed from the org they are part of which has happened to me.

(1) In English city 2 , I was Master Sergeant in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 2 terms. In these term i learn lot of things and i have fully exprienced these term . I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also i saw that there's a lot of gap between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play. I also have experience as HC in SAHP, MAJOR in LSPD and HC in other orgs like, my twink was DOC WARDEN, SUPERVISOR OF A DEPARTMENT in FIB which is right now . I have been a HC of an active family, so I have quite a good management experience. I want to use these experience as a leader.

(2) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG ( Its not just text if I accepted to the interview ill say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview.

(3) To lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try me best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , NG laws and new divisions. I want to be the leader of the national guard due to my previous experience, I have been in the city for so many years studying law and ooc (out of character) Rules I think I should be the general of the National Guard due to my experience in every single organisation I have got loads of friends and people who are ready to be in the national guard to be professional and have a good set of divisions my divisions my divisions will be;
1.) Because I have a lot of friends who can help me and can make NG active and professional as possible.
2.) The National Guard is one of the most important organisations in the city they have the most firepower and can provide heavily armed weapons and skills other orgs can not acquire.
3.) All of my soldiers will never feel let down or feel like they cannot make enough money to provide for themselves with a good enough bonus system to always make them feel happy.

I will make sure my organisation will be the most active in the city, and I also can benefit the org with my relationships within the other orgs for example government LSPD, I have good abilities from shooting to driving to flying, from the time I have been in the city National Guard is the one I have stayed in the most with 3 terms of experience and I have been in every single Organisation.
I am great with weapons and have a great range of skills from other places it has been my goal to be a leader within the city, but I left it to get more experience I can improve the goal of the organisation from my deputies who I know I can trust when I am gone. I have all the good leadership skills you require to be the leader, I now ic laws to and can benefit the organisation from my lawyers licence as if I have no JAG I can then represent the org myself I will make sure everyone follows ooc laws and ic laws to get the org less punishments within the term, as we need to keep the radio nice and clear for communications I will also be adding in some new radio codes into the organisation to improve the rp I will make sure that very org as enough ammunition to provide for themselves, so that law enforcement can then protect the city in ways other terms have failed to provide I am well known and am very strict and trustworthy system I give strikes out if they aren't doing there jobs, I also have a good relationship with the whole DOJ so then I can use that to get the charter signed and benefit the org, I will also not give corrupt bios out to people who are going to use them for the wrong ways, as I need the org to be as professional as possible if I catch anyone doing corruption they will be blacklisted straight away and taken into a court hearing within the supreme court of law.

SOF;
The Sofs job is to be the first one to respond to situations for example global and locals, when they are not doing their operations they guard the gates from 12am to 22pm.
Airforce;
The job of the air force is to fly planes and do a minimum of 3 air patrols a day from the time period of 12am to 22pm to see if there are any gang cars in our jurisdiction to seek out possible gang raids.
Infantry
The goal of human resources is to get as many people in the org as possible but must hire to the best they possibly can, and to see if they meet the requirements to be in the National Guard. they can also use there ability To train
JAG; (Judge Advocate General.)
The requirements for this rank is to have a lawyer licence, so then you can represent your organisation. The goal of the jag is to represent all of our corrupt officers who have been caught and also file warrants of arrest the rank of the JAG is really hard to acquire.

Military Police;
The job of the military police is to make sure no corruption is going on in the org, they have ability to licence check,
And make sure infantry is completing there logs once they are not doing there job they stand on gates from time period 12am to 22pm during the martial law they can patrol city and do stop and search.


Martial Law;
The goal of martial law is to protect the city when there is not enough present law enforcement available the only people who can say were going into martial law are the governor and the general of the national guard during the time of martial law you can do stop and search and patrol around the whole city if you are military police.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

Ans - I want to be the leader of this specific organisation - NG because of my 3 reasons:

I believe that I have spent a lot of terms in NG gaining experience from suspended rank to all the way up to the deputy position. The last term of General Malik Rich was really memorable for me as I have been given so much opportunities and I am glad till now that I utilised those opportunities efficiently.

• Besides the experience of NG, I have been in LSPD as assistant chief as well and other state orgs and crime orgs. I believe that the experiences which I earned throughout my RP life will definitely help me to become the leader of National Guard.

• At Last, I would like to say that I have built a strong connection between various people of this city and I understand what they want in a good leader. A good leader should be good in communication, friendly and respectful and I believe that I have these qualities as well.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Ans - According to me, I will do some of the following things if I gets the term for improving the rp level in NG:

During the raid hours, one of the major work of the National Guard is to watch the gates and it is necessary although some people may find it boring. To motivate them to watch the gates, I will be giving bonuses and I will do my best to make the soldiers - be available at the gates.

• Organizing Promotion and Honour Ceremonies will encourage the soldiers to work more harder and get what they deserve. This will be a recreational event as well which will reduce the stress of our soldiers who dedicate their lives serving the city of Los Santos.

• Having various departments enable National Guard to work efficiently. If I become the leader, I will be having the following 5 departments:

1. Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

2. Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

3. H.R. - H.R. stands for Human Resources. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The head of H.R. will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join H.R. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

4. S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

5. Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.


Having a good bonus,ranking and strike system will be a great factor for a successful term in my opinion. Bonuses motivate the soldiers, ranks make the soldiers aware of their level in the NG and a system of strikes will make the soldiers understand their own mistakes and this will help in the overall development of a soldier.

Having the soldiers trained for tough and urgent Situations will really help the NG to tackle the problems in a smart way and for this, I will try my best to host training sessions where the soldiers will be trained by our special officers of the NG so that they can do their best in a stressful situation.

I'll be highly obliged if my application gets selected for interview.
