I would like to become the General of The National Guard for these reasons.
I want to be The General of the National Guard because of my previous experiences, I have gathered skills from every single law enforcement agency and have taken my roles within these agencies very seriously resulting in my work being the best there is which is why I would like to become the General of the National Guard so I can ensure the National Guard becomes the best law enforcement agency! Under my leadership this will be achieved i can ensure you. (1x Brigadier General - NG) (1x COS - SAHP) (1x HOD of HR - SAHP) (1/2 x DHOD of IA - FIB) (1x Assistant Chief of police - LSPD)
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization:
My advice's for improving Roleplay level within The National Guard:
(1) Ensuring NG is attending as many globals as possible inside and outside of the city!
(2) Strengthen Partnerships with other Law Enforcement Agencies by regularly hosting events for LEOS
(3) Creating a plan of action for when there is a NG raid
(4) Give NG members bonuses for events attended to encourage them to attend regularly.
(5) Issue regular training to make sure every Guard is up to the highest of standards!

A FEW DIVISIONS WITHIN THE NATIONAL GUARD
MILITARY POLICEA : This division will have the highest power of all divisions within the National Guard. They are the equivalent to Internal Affairs. They will open up investigations within The National Guard on other Guards to ensure there is no corruption!
AIR FORCE : This division will be filled with skilled flyers who will scout out the area around NG in order to alert the rest of NG of a possible raid.
ARMY MEDICAL CORP : The Medical Corp are a group of Medics whose purpose within NG are to heal wounded soldiers in the event of a raid of a global.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND TRAINING : These division will be a crucial part in a successful NG term as this division will make sure NG has the best soldiers and the best recruits. Ensuring there are many recruitment waves through the term. This will help make NG great.

- I have 7 months experince in NG , I worked with the best generals (Diamond/Mac/Malik etc.). They tought me many things and I also learned.
- When I was Assistant General/LT General I saw over all the depertments , I saw many things that can/should improve and change. If I get the general role i would fix these and do my best to make the departments more active/superior.
- I have many people who I met throughout my journey in NG , and they would follow me back into NG If I get the general role. This would benefit me and the NG as well. I would get more units who I served with and know very closely. The NG would get professional/highly trained HODs/DHOD/LT Generals/Assistant Generals.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Make events every week inside of NG with a low prize pool that would go out from my own pocket.
- I would maintain a close and friendly relation with all the other organisation so we can work more efficient agains illegal activity.
- I will do my best that new units joining NG have a great time and learn many things from here and carry on this knowledge they got to other organistions.

SAS is a special force within the military system, they must always be ready to go out on missions with other Leos. they must always be in top form within rules and discipline. If i get the leadership i will train the SAS soldiers better and make sure they always know what they are doing.
Infantry:

2-1. As a Turkish player I've seen no one who is Turkish and became a national guard before .Some Turkish player has low english level, ı can be a bridge and make them understand some important rules in the city. (Also I can understand Azeri people too)
2-2. I'm playing in this server over 1 week and I think I'll be play more and I want to see more jobs than other basic ones and have a experience in such a serious organization.
2-3. I want to see a better San Andreas City and urban areas because no matter how many guards there are, things can still be missed at certain times like mine time zone, I think ı can be a good guard at night times in my timezone
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Creator should add second black market in rural area (next to farming lands)
2. We should have another gang areas to make it realistic because ı want to be scared when I'm out of the city but ı feel more comfy when ım at rural areas.
3.We should have a event about bigfoot like hunting it.
4.We should lagelize weed for some people who has no jail punishment before to sell it ( less effects and less money they ll get.)(like amsterdam)
5.We can put some wolf and coyotes at wild to fight with them when we re walking around or lookıing some mushroom)

- To boost National Guard members' roleplaying skills, we'll have regular training. This includes tactics (formations, movements), communication (clear and concise, radio etiquette), and emergency scenarios. SOF's job will be to make these plans and show them to everyone.
- In my opinion hosting a promotion ceremony with all organizations will be something fun and memorable.

Answer: 1) I want to lead the National Guard because I genuinely believe I can make a difference. Being a part of NG for a while now, I've noticed some issues that need fixing—like poor communication, lack of coordination, and a general lack of seriousness among members. This reflects badly on NG and affects how other organizations see us. If I become the leader, my plan is to turn things around. I want every NG member to be properly trained in everything that happens on the base and know exactly how to handle different situations, especially something as crucial as processing a 10-15. So, here's my plan—I'm thinking of having a chat with the curator. I want to pitch the idea of spicing things up with some scripted events. Picture this: exclusive hostage rescues just for us NG folks, following a cool storyline. I've been brainstorming some exciting scenarios, like picking a willing NG member to act as a civilian for a role play. We could create a plot involving a fictional terrorist group, setting up a situation in the nearby mountain area, well within our jurisdiction. Then, we'd organize our elite special forces to carry out a thrilling hostage rescue operation My aim here is simple: I want NG to be an absolute blast. I want everyone to stick around for the excitement these planned events will bring, keeping the buzz alive and the community more engaging. Even if scripted events don't fly, I've got plans. Everyone in NG will get top-notch training and cool perks for their jobs. Plus, I'm all about throwing in fun stuff like arena training with the whole crew. It's all about teamwork and keeping things exciting in NG. I would ensure that everyone knows how the city works and how events work. SAS is a special force within the military system, they must always be ready to go out on missions with other Leos. they must always be in top form within rules and discipline. If i get the leadership i will train the SAS soldiers better and make sure they always know what they are doing.
Infantry
infantry are the ones who recruit new soldiers, and train them to be professional and disciplined. if I get the leadership I will make sure I get top quality training.
Military Police
Military police are the ones who look after all soldiers, make sure they don't carry or own any illegal objects. provided that they are well versed in the rules. if I get the leadership I will increase the capacity with soldiers, within the military police to ensure that all corrupt soldiers are taken.
Airforce
airforce are highly trained pilots with good reflexes. they are the ones who transport soldiers to missions as well as with globals, they fly around the base after intruders and gangs. if I get the leadership I will make sure that we always have free polos ready for battle.
Jag
J.a.g are lawyers within the military, they ensure that all soldiers receive a fair punishment for what they have done. and that they know all the rules perfectly. if I get the leadership I must make sure that J.a.g's soldiers are always available.

2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader NG has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.
2.2 Family: this last term made me realize so much NG needs better leadership someone who will step up to the plate when needed someone who can get along with other leaders and not fight with them.
2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but i also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.
3.2 Ranks: I'm going to give people ranks/roles based on experience if they deserve it and if they can show me there fit for that role/rank.

Marines: The marines are front line they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations.
FTO: The FTO division will train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.
Navy Seals: The Navy Seals will be the elite of the elite best the best only highly skilled marksman and highly trusted sharpshooters will be a part of the Navy Seals What the navy seals will do it highly secret only the Leader and Deputy will know about the operations apart from the Head of the Navy Seal.
Combat Medics: The combat medics are the people that go in and heal and or provide medical attention to fallen soldiers they will be highly trained and highly intelligent.

This includes keeping it active, providing ammo runs for state organizations, and protecting FZ from raids by other gangs.
