- I want to be the leader of NG because it is a new organization for me. Having been in FIB, SAHP, LSPD, and GOV for a very long time, joining NG in term was a refreshing experience. I had an interesting time here and wish to take on the role of leader to learn and manage the crucial responsibilities of an organization. This includes keeping it active, providing ammo runs for state organizations, and protecting FZ from raids by other gangs. My main goals for this term are to keep the organization active and alleviate pressure on high commands, drawing from my experience as a Lt. General. I am ready to lead an organization where our efforts contribute to the well-being of state organizations.

2. I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons

i was AG. General in National Guard i learned a lot of thing , i found may good / bad thing wrote for National Guard Rules etc. my duty as ng leader to fix all problems and let ng units have best rp game play

I Have Been In National Guard For More Than 8-9 Months Now . I Have Been On Every Rank Starting From Private To Major ,From Leading A Small Team To Leading A Whole Department And The Whole National Guard , I Have Spent A Lot Of Time And Dedication To This Org And Made Very Good Friends . I Have Been A Part Of Mainly All Departments In National Guard And Was A Leader Of Airforce For The Past Few Terms

I want to become NG leader is because I know that there is Soo many people from previously time who are woking with me in ng are willing to come back to NG again and i will like to enjoy that military RP that they don’t get in any other organization.

I intend on listening to people and always want to make my decisions with my officers
I never want to do any major decision on my own and always will ask for the opinion of the officers

I also intend on making much more events and give out more bonuses if the GOV gives us money to the soldiers because they don't get paid enough for their hard work. Also events are important and with them we will be able to entertain the soldiers much more during non-active times.

3.My advice to improve rp:-

I will be adding more departments so that people don’t just feel like they are part of one department and have to do only 1 thing.
My advice for improving the RolePlay of Grand RP as Leader or National Guard would be to have cross training with all other LEO orgs on military tactics. ANother tip of advice that I can use for NG is that NG should have tactical team training i.e. (Realistic Combat training) That means to learn how to do a proper assault and to ambush criminals during FZ raids or Store robberies, or Hostage situations. I would also train my soldiers to do exfils and to parachute out of a helicopter onto a hot zone (Heavy Shots Fired no room cleared to land) so that we could always have eyes in the skies.

2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader NG has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.
2.2 Family: this last term made me realize so much NG needs better leadership someone who will step up to the plate when needed someone who can get along with other leaders and not fight with them.
2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but i also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.

3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.

The different Divisions with be Air force, Army, Marines, FTO, Navy Seals, Combat Medics

Air Force: The Airforce will be the division that does recon by flight they will get intel by using planes, drones Etc.

Army: The army will be the division that takes control of Areas of the marines clear everything out they basically hold down positions.

Marines: The marines are front line they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations.

FTO: The FTO division will train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

Navy Seals: The Navy Seals will be the elite of the elite best the best only highly skilled marksman and highly trusted sharpshooters will be a part of the Navy Seals What the navy seals will do it highly secret only the Leader and Deputy will know about the operations apart from the Head of the Navy Seal.

Combat Medics: The combat medics are the people that go in and heal and or provide medical attention to fallen soldiers they will be highly trained and highly intelligent.

2. First reason is that the citizens of our city are not much aware about the working of National Guard. They just have a word in their mind that National Guard is boring. I want to terminate this thing. I want to attract people into this organization. I will introduce new things to this organization & make it full of joy & in hearts of all citizens.

Secondly, past leaders were not much active nor their officers. But, this term is going to be quite active,
I am going to recruit people with 5 phases. First phase will be passing the minimum requirements, then, they must pass a interview, taken by High Command & 2 Training Officials, third would be 1st phase training in which they will be guided about the base & all. 4th phase will be all about National Guard. 5th phase will be a final test whether they are able to stay in National Guard or not. So, I will recruit people, but they will be trained properly.

Thirdly, I am going to introduce various competitions between officers like the one who will watch most of the gates, will get a bonus. By this system, officers are going to attract, and they will start coming to city most of the time & will spend working on duty most. I have a lot other exciting things in my mind which will enhance National Guard. Also, I have past experience as Major General in National Guard, so I think I am ready to take leadership.

3. My first advice is that training must be proper and adequate for all applicants. Because, in past terms, I have noticed that the most annoying thing about National Guard is that officers are not properly trained & their High Commands as well. But, from now, even High Commands will have to pass a high level interview by 3-4 senior High Commands, appointed by me.

Second Advice would be
introducing several other departments to make National Guard more exciting. 1st is AORT (Air operations & rescue team). Officers will have to help their officers to pick them from harsh places or help them to provide backup. 2nd will be MA (Military Academy). The officers in this department will only be High Commands. They will have to arrange a class every week to clear doubts of officers & to introduce them with working of National Guard, & a lot other things.

Third Advice will be making National Guard active. It would be done by introducing various campaigns or picnics. I know picnic is a new idea,
but we all will make a convoy, we all will go to exciting places for camping like Mount Chilliad or so, it will develop a thought in officers of NG as well as in citizens that NG has a lot to do.

1) I am acquainted with the workings of the National Guard having served in it before. In the past, I've collaborated closely with successful leaders, watching their processes and taking note of their accomplishments. Create a strict training regimen: Maintaining a strong and capable military force ought to be your first priority. Cooperate with other groups to develop collaborative training opportunities that will help participants advance their abilities and knowledge.

The National Guard should establish specialized units to cater to a variety of interests and skill sets. As a result, soldiers will be more invested in the organization and less prone to become bored.

SOF:The courageous members of the Special Operations Force (SOF) will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and provide military protection for ammunition runs. For foreign missions and patrols, helicopters will be accessible.It will

AIR BORN: Expert pilots who make up the Air Force will be on the lookout for any attacks by gang members while they are airborne. They'll be expert shooters who guarantee everyone lands without injury. Only the head of the airborne division has the authority to issue licenses for aircraft.

Military Police: The Military Police is a specialized division tasked with investigating wrongdoing among members of the National Guard. They'll handle internal issues, organize strikes, investigate the police, and locate missing policemen. When necessary, they will be able to work independently of the chain of command and submit reports directly to the General.

Infantry: This division will act as the new recruits' initial training ground and informational resource for everything pertaining to the National Guard.   1. I want to become NG leader because i been in NG since Kazutos term back in his third term and then I stuck by his side and helped him out training people keeping gates covered and when his term ended. I joined shabas verlice term. After Shabas term I applied for leader and I passed the interview but I had to end my term early due to my mental health. So i took a break for 2 terms.
    Then Kazuto became leader again and I joined him as a lt General.

  2. If i become leader i want to change a few thing like change the way that people are getting ranks and promotions because what i see there people have rank in the past that had no clue what they were doing so I am going to change that.
  3. When it comes to events like bank protection, store robbery and even NG raid in know what weapons to use and what weapons not to use.

A) Bodycam is the most important thing for NG because we are raided alot and for this reason im gonna make sure all my Soldiers are Focused on following basic / commands all the time too Avoid any OOC rule breaks or IC sues and to make sure everyone have their body cams on even if they are just doing gate duties.

b) Firstly national guard is army so i will be focusing on getting more numbers in national guard specially getting old ng members back , daily conducting mass recruitments so we always have units with well trained.

c) I will be careful with warehouse permission and who i give HC to and only trusted people and i will be make sure New Recruits will be trained properly about all the locations of base and Treat All Members with respect and help them become strong soldiers and max out their skills,with no complaints againts any of my soilders and and make feel proud National Guard again.

d) And i wants to add something new for promotions for that we will be set targets for all ranks below High commands and when they compleate that from the confirmation of High commands they will be promoted to the next rank with a bonus amount and it was more intresting to complete the tasks and help for fair promotions.

I'm very interested in applying for the leadership position in NG. NG's work on the server is truly admirable, and I've had the privilege of serving in NG for four terms, holding the position of high command in all of them. Furthermore, I've also served as a deputy in three terms. My leadership experience isn't limited to NG alone. I've also held high command positions in other organizations, such as being a leader of FIB, deputy of SAHP, deputy of LSPD, and high command in almost all of the organizations.

I aim to create a rewarding and fun experience for those who are interested in exploring the life of a military soldier. I feel grateful to have a fantastic team by my side, and I take it upon myself to make an environment that is supportive and encourages collaboration. Moreover, I believe in maintaining positive relationships within the team, which is crucial for us to work together effectively and achieve our shared goals.

At its core, Military RP must be realistic, otherwise, it serves no purpose.

I would like to introduce an improved set of NG rankings and departments. It is crucial that these remain both realistic and functional.


The D.O.C.M Department is responsible for taking on the regular duties of an on-duty soldier and maintaining the health of all civilians and his fellow soldiers. To achieve said goal a combat medic’s duty must involve a variety of health checkups and healing in dangerous situations. Their responsibilities are to make sure their fellow soldiers are healthy, psychologically happy, and complete.


The S.O.F Department is special task force trained to climb dangerous terrain, swim in any waters with any amount of gear weighing them down and to traverse any territory with a select amount of specialized military vehicles.

The HRT Department is responsible for recruiting new soldiers and managing internal affairs. It combines the functions of the old FTO and IA Departments but is more modern and effective in ensuring that all officers are properly trained and there is no corruption within the Army.

The AF Department is responsible for ensuring that the aircrafts provided by the NG are operated by highly skilled pilots and that they provide relevant information regarding any situation from the sky.

1.To Serve and Protect: The primary goal of the National Guard is to protect and server the Citizens of their state and country. Becoming a leader in the National Guard would allow one to contribute to this mission on a larger scale and ensure that the National Guard continues to fulfill its duty to protect the homeland.

2. To Make a Difference: As a leader in the National Guard, one would have the opportunity to create positive change within the organization, whether that be improving training methods, increasing efficiency, or tackling systemic issues such as racism and inequality. For someone who is passionate about making a difference and improving the lives of others, becoming a leader in the National Guard could be an incredibly fulfilling path.

3To Develop Leadership Skills: Leading a team or unit in the National Guard required a wide rage of skills, including communication, decision-making, and strategic planning. For someone who is interested in developing their leadership skills, the National Guard offers amply opportunities for growth and development.

3. Set Clear Expectations: Provide clean expectations for the Roleplay. Including goals, rules, and objectives. This will help everyone on the same page and ensure that the Roleplay remains focused.
