2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Here are my three reasons why I want to become the leader of the National Guard:
1. I want to become the leader of National Guard because I have past experience in being in this Organization. I went from training to Brigadier General of the Army because of my hard work ethic and my dedication to the organization. The previous General recognized my hard work for the organization and I even had the highest paid bonus from good logs and dedication to the org.
2. My second reason for wanting to become the leader of the organization is because I understand the works of the different departments even though I specialized in Special Operations Force. I understand a majority of the Global events and what takes part in them as well. I want to be able to train my units to respond to globals and how to effectively protect the state.
3. My third and last reason for wanting to become the General of the National Guard is because I hold the organization to high standards. I understand that we are one of the most important organizations in the state of Los Santos by not only providing back up to all other orgs, but by providing them with the necessary tools that they need to also protect the state to the best of their ability. I have high standards in not only protecting the base to the best of our ability, but also having units that are trained well. When units are out on Globals, they are also representing the National Guard. I want to ensure that all representatives of the organization also keep that in mind when responding to other organizations.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for improving the Roleplay level in organization is as follows.

Out of Character life is very important so I understand that not all units can be on duty at all times in the city. I saw this a lot in the National Guard while serving during my last term. I would solve this by hiring active units from different time zones in order to affectively respond to Globals in city and to ensure that the gates of Fort Zancudo are well protected from our duty hours of 12:00 to 22:00.

I would also make sure that bonuses are calculated weekly so that units have better incentives to fill logs and to be more active in the organization. Weekly task and other in character task are also important so I want to create a balance so that they can do their job in city but also have the time to do side jobs and hanging out with friends and family.

I would also ensure that high commands under me can affectively train new units so that all units of the National Guard keep the professionalism and image of the organization while interacting with other orgs. All units serve the state, but there will be different departments within the organization for those who have passions and interest in them. The departments are as follows:
1. Airforce: These units will patrol the area of Fort Zancudo and also have the ability to help transport units to Globals faster and more affectively. These units are the soldiers of the sky. They have the ability to fly jets, helicopters. Units who are interested in flying or have a passion for flying can join this department.
2. Special Operations Force: These units are the elite units of the National Guard. They are experts in the use of heavy weapons and tactical operations. They are able to plan and execute task effectively and precisely. These units also the ones who respond to globals as quickly as they can and strategize a plan with other organizations so that the event is solved as soon as possible. These units are also the first line of defense for the National Guard. They protect the gates and help any citizens who are interested in joining the National Guard.
3. Human Resource Department: These units are the ones who understand not only the ins and outs of the organization but they also know the charter of the national guard well. They are in charge of training and hiring citizens who have a desire to join and serve the state.
4. Military Police: These units are what keep the National Guard affective and help hold the values and image of the organization. They ensure that all units have active gun licenses, health insurance and that units are not wanted by the state or seen in any criminal organizations. They do this by doing active checks on the PDA. These units are also in charge of rooting out corruption and solving any in organization problems that units may have with each other. They also can do vehicle patrols around the outside area of Fort Zancudo.

Other important roles for the National Guard are are the Treasury Officers and the Judicial Officers. These roles are reserved for high commanding officers in the National Guard.
1. Treasury Officer: This Officer is in charge of calculating bonuses and works hand in hand with the General in order to ensure that all units who have completed their task to the best of their ability is rewarded for the excellence. Bonuses will be calculated and sent to the General to give out to soldiers.
2. Judicial Officers: This Officer is in charge of understanding the charter and legal aspects of National Guard. They work closely with the Military Police and the General in order to root out any corruption and solve and legal actions that may happen with soldiers.

Another advice for helping roleplay in the organization would of course be the hiring of citizens that have spent at least five years in city. They must know the basic terms of Roleplay used by Grand RP and understand them as well.

Lastly my advice for improving roleplay in the organization is to have an active organization leader and active high commands. The reason for this is because it can improve morale for lower units and they can help lower and new units understand the organization better and keep them accountable. This would also improve the activity of the organization because high commands can respond to Department chats and send units to be present at global events. Seeing commanding officers do their job affectively gave me determination to do my job to the best of my ability as well. All high commands are also in charge of keeping a good relation with other legal organizations within the city.


In order to wrap this all up, I want the best for the National Guard and have high hopes for the organization. I only want the organization to succeed and be respected among other organizations.

1) I want to lead the National Guard because I am sure I can make a difference . when I was in National Guard I have seen many problems that I want to correct like Lack of poor communication, Lack of Coordination and lack of seriousness among Solders. The affect come on National Guards and affect that how other organization looking on National Guard . If I be come the leader of National Guards then I will look at the training of all the solders. 1. Goals for NG

-> NG was the first org which I joined after stepping foot in national guard and had experiences which were once in a lifetime here! In my term I wish to create such an environment which welcomes all and promotes peace, compassion and brotherhood among all the units! I want my units to experience the beautiful stunning experiences of NG which I did so they can have an amazing time there!
Apart from these, I promise to solemnly do all the duties of NG regularly and promise not to disappoint my curators even once.

I would regularly provide candy runs and would have great participation from the Leo’s side on events! I would make sure to safeguard the base and protect it from hostiles , keep the gates guarded from 12 to 22. I also promise to set a good example as a leader for others!

2. Focus on RP
-> I will utilise my experience and increase rp as much as I can with the plans I got stored in my mind. I would teach all my units regularly how they can do the best rp and be at the top! I will not leave room for bad quality rp and whatever we would do would be top notch in terms of roleplay! S.A.S:
SAS is a special force within the military system, and they must always be prepared to go on operations alongside other Leos. They must always be in top form while adhering to the regulations and maintaining discipline. If I am elected, I will improve the training of SAS personnel and ensure that they are always aware of their responsibilities.

Infantry:
The infantry recruits new soldiers and trains them to be professional and disciplined. If I am given the leadership position, I will ensure that I receive the best possible training.

Military Police:
Military police are responsible for overseeing all soldiers and ensuring that they do not carry or own any prohibited objects. provided they understand the regulations. If I am given the leadership, I would improve the capabilities of soldiers and military police to ensure that all corrupt soldiers are apprehended.

Airforce:
Air Force pilots are highly trained and have quick reflexes. They ferry soldiers to missions and, along with globals, fly over the base looking for intruders and gang members. If I am given the leadership, I will ensure that we always have free polos ready for fight.

Jag:
J.A.G are military lawyers who ensure that all troops are punished fairly for their actions. and that they understand all of the regulations correctly. If I am given the command, I must ensure that J.A.G's warriors are always available.

Our departments:

S.A.S:
SAS is a special force within the military system, and they must always be prepared to go on operations alongside other Leos. They must always be in top form while adhering to the regulations and maintaining discipline. If I am elected, I will improve the training of SAS personnel and ensure that they are always aware of their responsibilities.

Infantry:
The infantry recruits new soldiers and trains them to be professional and disciplined. If I am given the leadership position, I will ensure that I receive the best possible training.

Military Police:
Military police are responsible for overseeing all soldiers and ensuring that they do not carry or own any prohibited objects. provided they understand the regulations. If I am given the leadership, I would improve the capabilities of soldiers and military police to ensure that all corrupt soldiers are apprehended.

Airforce:
Air Force pilots are highly trained and have quick reflexes. They ferry soldiers to missions and, along with globals, fly over the base looking for intruders and gang members. If I am given the leadership, I will ensure that we always have free polos ready for fight.

Jag:
J.A.G are military lawyers who ensure that all troops are punished fairly for their actions. and that they understand all of the regulations correctly. If I am given the command, I must ensure that J.A.G's warriors are always available.

1. My experience says it all i have been high command in almost all the organizations present in the city and city 3 although i am low level in en2 still i thing my experience from en 3 can fill the level gap i am having.

2. i have good managerial skills so handling tough scenarios wont be a issue for me.

3.i have a great perspective regarding "PATRIOTISM" and as a general of National Guard that is most important thing you should have in terms of roleplay which can make the roleplay experience better for others.

4. i have seen in many terms gates are often left empty so that is where my contacts among en2 players comes in which will help me to make my term complete smooth and efficiently

5. i have some ideas regarding a new department in NG which i will be mentioning below which can make roleplay better

Departments in my term:

D.I.A( Defense inteligence Agency ) : one day i was working in NG i started exploring the NG bunker and my creative mind Saw it has too much potential for RP purpose the main work of the DIA will be to detect corrupted officer and gather evidences

RR (Recruitment Representatives) : This department will do the work of the HR and recruit as much soldiers as possible , train the new comers in the city and make this organization rulebreak free , in my perspective i think RR is one of a core of any org as if a person is trained well then there is less chance of rulebreak.

MP (Military police) : it plays an essential role in the NG for maintaining discipline within the units and would punish all law breakers or corrupt people. to avoid favouritism by the Head of MP , general and Lt general will check his/her work on a daily basis

Cobra force ( spec ops) : It will help in special operations in this we will only hire good shooters and make some separate units which will have 2 assaulters ,1 sniper , 1 assaulter for each both day and night shifts during every emergency this unit will gather together and through there synergy they can overcome any enemy in my belief

Air Force: Air Force would guard the fort zancudo and fly over and near its territories in planes and helis to make sure there is no danger and scout and predicting the danger , hod and dhod of airforce will be the one who can issue air transport licenses

I have lot in my mind for this term my creative ideas are just not stopping to make this ng term best as ever if i got the term i hope you will consider this and give me one chance to prove myself i know i am low on level but i think my en 3 experience can cover the gap

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

1. will be issuing high bonuses which will make the soldiers motivated and will be willing to work more.

2. Regular candy runs for all state orgs and giving rp training *Important* - there is a shooting range in ng which is barely used will be using that to improve the rp.

3. attend all globals while keeping in mind gates are covered

4. often people get bored while gate keeping so i have an idea to overcome that in a professional way which will make gatekeeping active

5. i have mentioned many ideas already above and leading to open a new department in ng which will lead players to join NG

1. Service and Duty : For a Smoother performance and cycling of the organization, there should be a bold leader that admires his leadership skills towards his passion. And NG is slightly different from all other organizations and compared to all, it should be the most disciplined organization. I have experience almost in all orgs as an HR and i admire that i know about how to train troops for a better maintanence and discpline in the organization. Not only that, HR is that departement in all other orgs. that give A-Z knowledge about that particular org that helps you grow further.

2. Leadership Development and Growth : I see this organization as an unparalleled opportunity for personal and professional development. So, becoming a leader of NG will make my personality as a leader in an paralleled opprtunity and i always say that i admire my leadership skills towards the org i will lead forward. So, I basically want develoment in my organization so that every solider can do his passion and work with high efforts and discipline.

3. Team Building and Camaradiere: One of the most rewarding aspects of NG leadership is the opportunity to build strong, cohesive teams and foster a sense of camaraderie among fellow soliders. I also have a long experience in almost half of the orgs as an HR and i can say you confidently that if i got a chance to lead the term, believe me it is going to be the most memorable and highly associated term and i will wisely choose my lt.general and HC's of departements so that Team Building and Camaradiere will be maintained all the way.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

-> A quick Introdction about me: Being an experienced citizen, I admire my leadership skills towards the departement i am going to lead forward and will always make sure to maintain it's discipline and i won't let my departement make any single and silly mistakes that had been done before. As i mentioned earlier for Team building and Camaradiere that i will always maintain sense of loyalty and admire it's unique strength !

1) Better feedbacks in rank : I had made some changes in the rank system so that every NG solider can do their solider RP smoothly with discipline and maintenance. The rank system is mentioned below...

2) Nurturing in departements: I will introduce it by dividing in 5 deptartements:

1. HRT( Human resource and training): This departemnt will basically do hiring and training work !

2. MP( Militiary Police): This departement will suprvise the functioning of the other deptartements and will also take care of the base !

3. SFG( Special forces group): The members of this dept. will go under special operation missions and will also conduct hostage negotiations and provide extra protection during ammo-runs. They will also provide heavy wepon licenses to soliders as well !

4. AW( Air Wardens): This dept. will provide the air protection and will also help to reply and head fast towards the heavy global situations and demands !

5. ECS (Emergency checkup staff): They will take care of the soliders about their health and will conduct health check twice in a week !
