Answer: I want to become the leader of the National Guard.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Here are my three reasons why I want to become the leader of the National Guard:
1. I want to become the leader of National Guard because I have past experience in being in this Organization. I went from training to Brigadier General of the Army because of my hard work ethic and my dedication to the organization. The previous General recognized my hard work for the organization and I even had the highest paid bonus from good logs and dedication to the org.
2. My second reason for wanting to become the leader of the organization is because I understand the works of the different departments even though I specialized in Special Operations Force. I understand a majority of the Global events and what takes part in them as well. I want to be able to train my units to respond to globals and how to effectively protect the state.
3. My third and last reason for wanting to become the General of the National Guard is because I hold the organization to high standards. I understand that we are one of the most important organizations in the state of Los Santos by not only providing back up to all other orgs, but by providing them with the necessary tools that they need to also protect the state to the best of their ability. I have high standards in not only protecting the base to the best of our ability, but also having units that are trained well. When units are out on Globals, they are also representing the National Guard. I want to ensure that all representatives of the organization also keep that in mind when responding to other organizations.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for improving the Roleplay level in organization is as follows.
Out of Character life is very important so I understand that not all units can be on duty at all times in the city. I saw this a lot in the National Guard while serving during my last term. I would solve this by hiring active units from different time zones in order to affectively respond to Globals in city and to ensure that the gates of Fort Zancudo are well protected from our duty hours of 12:00 to 22:00.
I would also make sure that bonuses are calculated weekly so that units have better incentives to fill logs and to be more active in the organization. Weekly task and other in character task are also important so I want to create a balance so that they can do their job in city but also have the time to do side jobs and hanging out with friends and family.
I would also ensure that high commands under me can affectively train new units so that all units of the National Guard keep the professionalism and image of the organization while interacting with other orgs. All units serve the state, but there will be different departments within the organization for those who have passions and interest in them. The departments are as follows:
1. Airforce: These units will patrol the area of Fort Zancudo and also have the ability to help transport units to Globals faster and more affectively. These units are the soldiers of the sky. They have the ability to fly jets, helicopters. Units who are interested in flying or have a passion for flying can join this department.
2. Special Operations Force: These units are the elite units of the National Guard. They are experts in the use of heavy weapons and tactical operations. They are able to plan and execute task effectively and precisely. These units also the ones who respond to globals as quickly as they can and strategize a plan with other organizations so that the event is solved as soon as possible. These units are also the first line of defense for the National Guard. They protect the gates and help any citizens who are interested in joining the National Guard.
3. Human Resource Department: These units are the ones who understand not only the ins and outs of the organization but they also know the charter of the national guard well. They are in charge of training and hiring citizens who have a desire to join and serve the state.
4. Military Police: These units are what keep the National Guard affective and help hold the values and image of the organization. They ensure that all units have active gun licenses, health insurance and that units are not wanted by the state or seen in any criminal organizations. They do this by doing active checks on the PDA. These units are also in charge of rooting out corruption and solving any in organization problems that units may have with each other. They also can do vehicle patrols around the outside area of Fort Zancudo.
Other important roles for the National Guard are are the Treasury Officers and the Judicial Officers. These roles are reserved for high commanding officers in the National Guard.
1. Treasury Officer: This Officer is in charge of calculating bonuses and works hand in hand with the General in order to ensure that all units who have completed their task to the best of their ability is rewarded for the excellence. Bonuses will be calculated and sent to the General to give out to soldiers.
2. Judicial Officers: This Officer is in charge of understanding the charter and legal aspects of National Guard. They work closely with the Military Police and the General in order to root out any corruption and solve and legal actions that may happen with soldiers.
Another advice for helping roleplay in the organization would of course be the hiring of citizens that have spent at least five years in city. They must know the basic terms of Roleplay used by Grand RP and understand them as well.
Lastly my advice for improving roleplay in the organization is to have an active organization leader and active high commands. The reason for this is because it can improve morale for lower units and they can help lower and new units understand the organization better and keep them accountable. This would also improve the activity of the organization because high commands can respond to Department chats and send units to be present at global events. Seeing commanding officers do their job affectively gave me determination to do my job to the best of my ability as well. All high commands are also in charge of keeping a good relation with other legal organizations within the city.
In order to wrap this all up, I want the best for the National Guard and have high hopes for the organization. I only want the organization to succeed and be respected among other organizations.
