1. I have really very well experience in all the Legal Organizations and I have been Deputy Director of FIB in Rehan Rana's Term . Currently Lt in Falcon Riza's Term . I have been 28 in almost Every Org . I know How every Organization regulates and I am really very friendly with everyone and I have many friends in city who will help me out to Run Org Smoothly .

2. As I have So much experience in Legal Org's as HC mainly department Head and All dep Head I know how to lead the units and how to manage them . I acquired that skill set by working hard in different Legal Organizations .

3. As been deputy of 2 different Organization Specially Org like FIB I know the different type of commotions Happens in between Org's and I very well know how to Sort them out . Also being Lt of National Guard I have now knowledge of How to make good relations with different Organizations and How to Regulate Org From Perspective of National Guard .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. As we know to regulate Org Smoothly we need A good HR team because they will b responsible for all the hirings and trainings of the Soldiers . For that you need good and very well experienced , knowledgeable and Calm HR team . I will make sure I hire Well experienced HR team especially AG oh HR

2. MP is also very important department as they are responsible to look all the internal matters of the organization and also to make sure there is no corruption and providing audits to Deputy and Leader . I will make sure I hire Most experienced MP officers .

3. All Org's are equally important for Healthy regulation of the Org's I will make sure I hire good officers to lead the respective departments

4. I can see from last few terms RP is not upto the mark in Legal Org's I will make sure to Make Roleplay upto the mark . Even I Myself will not just only come to complete my daily requirement and weekly task . I will also Do Proper RP and will engage my soldiers in Roleplay as well

5. I will make sure I distribute good amount of bonus to every soldier for their hard work and I will Give them respect which they deserve for their Good Role Play and for contributing to Overall growth of the Org

6. I will try my best to make good relations with every other Organization and also Try to solve commotion as soon as possible if it happens

7. I will take out daily drilling sessions for my Soldiers so they train well to protect the citizens of State of San Andreas . I will organize fun Activity in Org So that my soldiers enjoy !

2.1. Honestly Speaking National Guard was the First Organization i really liked and i have closely monitored and Done the Work of National Guard Myself... Its Still one of the Best Organization in my opinion...

2.2. As i was a former Assistant General of army i saw many things going unproperly and as of my experience of assistant general my work will be towards improving the facilities given to the citizens of Los santos.

2.3. Since joining National Guard I've learned how to Lead this organization and its people. If i get to lead this organization then I will ensure that whenever i get the opportunity to serve for the city of Los santos i will never miss that opportunity. 3.1. I will try to Do More Events for Our Organization and The Other Organizations As well (In Order to Strengthen The relations Between the Orgs)

2.1 Experience & Knowledge about City:
Speaking about my experience and knowledge about the city, I joined the city a year back and joined the Los Santos Police Department as my first ever legal organization in the city, and became an Deputy Chief of Police because of my honesty and commitment towards my work in the organization. After that i worked in many orgs and National Guards also and that too as an Assistant General Rank which enhanced my knowledge and experience about city. That’s why i want to be the leader of NG.
2.2 Urge to Change NG Management:
As i told in the previous point, i have worked in the National Guard as an Assistant General. Being at that position, i have observed some management issues in the National Guard Organization which i always wanted to fix by being a Higher Position where i will be having enough rights to do all that stuff. That’s also one of the reason why i want to the Leader of National Guard.
2.3 Aspiration to complete a successful term:
Since joining legal organizations, i have always dreamt to become a leader of a legal organization and manage and guide a team of employees and therefore complete a successful term. Now, here is a decent opportunity to become the Leader of the National Guard, so i want to grab this opportunity and showcase my skills as a leader. I believe, i can work upto that level hard so that i can complete a successful term. This is also one of reasons that i want to become the leader of this organization.3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Conducting Regular Scouts around the base.
I have always observed in my experience in the National Guard, that some citizens or gangster trespass inside the base very often. Therefore, to prevent this, I will create a team to conduct regular scouts and patrols throughout the NG base so that the base will always be protected from such stuffs.


3.2 Practical Training Sessions:
After becoming the General of the Army, i will change the training procedure of the new soldiers in the National Guard. I will add a practical training step in the Training Guide, in that step of their training, they will be taken into Ammo Runs although they will not perform any actions but they will watch that how the things work, this will help them a lot once they complete their training.


3.3 Introducing New Disciplinary action Rules:
The Strike System in the Legal Organizations is being followed as it is from a very long time, that’s why i will introduce a set of rules for issuing strikes/applying disciplinary sanctions. This a very crucial point for improving roleplay within the organization because if the employees will be punished for their mistakes properly, then only they will try to improve their roleplay so that they don’t make any further mistakes.
DEPARTMENTS UNDER MY TERM-

S.T.F- The Special task force would attend all the events.It will have the 3 sub-department.
-H.R.T- The Hostage Rescue Team will lead the hostage situation and negotiate to rescue the hostage.
-Night Stalkers- They would wear blacked out uniforms and performs special operations that requires secrecy.

M.P- M.P or Military Police would be the internal affairs team of NG.

M.I.A- MIA or Military Intelligence Agency units would gather information on gangs and give all information in form of their logs to the chief and the chief would report it directly to me.

Air Force: Air Force would be the brave pilot units of our team.Itwill have 1 sub-department.
-Air Force Special Tactics Teams- They would provide elite support in various roles

I’ve always been interested in military-style RP and wanted to try something more organized and disciplined. National Guard feels like the right place to experience serious RP with structure and teamwork. Plus, I want to be part of a team that actually makes an impact in the city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I think regular training and realistic scenarios can really improve RP in the org. Also, clear communication between ranks helps everyone stay on the same page. If everyone takes RP seriously and treats it like real life, the overall experience gets much better. Lastly, encouraging new members to learn proper RP from day one makes a big difference in the long run.

1. So my journey started like this when I came in this city I was doing nothing then I thought to join any organisation then joined NG as my first legal organisation and it was my first time I learned many things and due to my hard work I got a best rank major general after that commanding general after that assistant general of Army so since I have experience of 5 term and I have other organisation experience also but not like NG

2. And my other organizations are Government and SAHP and FIB and LSPD with high command experience but still I like NG most so I want to take experience of leadership so that I will learnt more things and I can handle any situation and i want to change the level of this organization and i have zero toxicity .

3. I believe to keep healthy relationships between other organizations and NG was my first legal organization so that why I want to take more experience in this so I want to become a leader of NG .

Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

My first priority will be to hiring new commerce because other organisation don't give much chance for new commerce they only need experience but in this term i will give chance to new commerce and we will teach them all things about NG and about the server. I will make sure that this organization is active in anytime zone for any situation I will create this organization like it will be ready for any situation and important thing discipline of organization and professionalism of organization and sincerely for organization and the bonus system should be strong and also they get on time when the soldiers will also be happy and they will be more sincerely and discipline for this organization if I become the leader of this organization then I will make sure what I said i will do it .

2.1 ) NG is my first org that i have worked in and I know all the small and big problems NG is facing from many terms , if I will become the general I will definitely fix them

2.2 ) I know in my NG past terms HC's and general don't tell new comers about how do a candy run/ammo run, in many past term's of NG we can see gangs complaint about soldiers that they are doing CR,VDM & about blocking NG gates at the time of fz raid, for that I will make a guide of hrt officer to help for soldiers

3.1-
The bonus in NG should be increased because many people currently feeling it as boring. I want to ensure that those who are working hard and risking their lives to protect the country do not feel disheartened. Therefore, I will implement an attractive bonus system with rewards for gate duty and participation in all events. Additionally, we will introduce a weekly promotion ceremony to recognize and celebrate our members' contributions.

3.2- Providing quality training for newcomers is essential. I will establish proper training sessions for new members in the city, ensuring they are well-informed about the rules and regulations. This way, they can avoid getting into any trouble and receive support in starting their careers in legal organizations.

3.3- As a leader, I want to implement a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity within the organization and ensure that no favoritism is shown based on rank. Additionally, I will establish a transparent promotion ceremony.

(i) I started my grand rp journey with a legal org. - SAHP and there i leaneres new things, gained more experience, worked hard, got high command rank then i went to other orgs. I love army and specially National Guard.

(ii) I went to gang side and joined Bloods & Ballas at HC ranks(under deputy) we attacked Fort Zancudo amd got good loot But i saw NG is very Dead that they cant even protect their own base, We robbed NG trucks as a Gang member still NG was not able to do anything this means the Leadership and Chain of Command is weak. I wrote this whole to clarify that i know have that much Experience so i can handle NG and Lead it and Make Gangs Weak..

(iii) I have experience of both Gang & State orgs. Also i read each and every Rule in Grand rp main Discord in very depth so i know all server rules -- GR,GZ,SR,GH,ER. I daily watch Forums of people complaining about other people in that i watch pov videos and i get to know more about rules and i understand them practically also i watch what punishment admins issued so know i have a good hold on all rules and have good experience to run an org.
I do have good Leadership skills aswell.

2.1 - So i came in LOS SANTOS a long time ago i started my story by a legal organization as their was few options to earn money in game but my target was just not to earn money my actual target was to make a name in city so i decided that i want to be a popular in city so their was many options like going to gangs and etc . I chosed to participate in legal activities and stop the crime in city i never wanted to be a gangster i wanted to save the city by crime .

2.2 - I started my legal organization career by being a part in SAHP and i was a trooper when i start but after that i learned a lot by different type of things like participating in events for example i was new to city like everyone but my mentality was different they wanted to earn money and i wanted earn my name and respect by being a part of legal orgs and learn about it to be something different i always wanted to be a leader so that brings me to fill the application as a general i tried before to be a Cheif of police but maybe i was not suitable for that so now after taking a break for a while now i tried as a general :) every one says that luck is everything but i never believe on luck the only thing i believe in is hardwork and positivity from that i learn never give up on the thing that you really wanted to be so i never give up on my dreams and i will be keep trying in future as well.

2.3- I wanted to be leader because after starting from SAHP i moved in FIB then LSPD and NG after being in these organizations as a HC i saw a lot of things that needed to be fixed there is a lot of things that i can changed by being a leader is management of whole org and its particular departments for example a HR and MP is the department that plays a huge role in RP a little misunderstanding by the Head of department can lead to confusion and in that confusion can cause serious issues and rule breaks that i don't want to happen that in my term so i will select the Head of departments by myself as a general in my term i will choose the only the experienced guy as a high commands so their will be 100% no mass rule breaks or any kind of serious issues that causes my term to get a warning or something .

3.1 - How i can improve role play is i can select good High commands that are with good experienced as well as good behaviour in another organizations i see their are some people who have good ranks and they are Toxic to another peoples they don,t want to help anyone and that rude stuff so in my term their will be nothing that face these kind of issues .

3.2 - Their will be no power abuses like someone doing unfair with another guy who have a small rank everyone will be treated with same respect and values .

3.3 - Their will be activity in my term i am 100% sure that my term will be the activest term in the History of NG and it will be rememberable term by everyone

3.4 - In my term their will be no corruption and no favoritism there will be good bonus system that everyone will love .

3.5 - I will organize IC meetings at every weekends for checking the details that which department is most hard working and they will get personal bonus by me for their hardwork and courage regarding the organization

HR - Human resources : in this department a HR will give trainings to Newbie guys and they take the interview to hire new citizens to the org

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 - How i can improve role play is i can select good High commands that are with good experienced as well as good behaviour in another organizations i see their are some people who have good ranks and they are Toxic to another peoples they don,t want to help anyone and that rude stuff so in my term their will be nothing that face these kind of issues .

3.2 - Their will be no power abuses like someone doing unfair with another guy who have a small rank everyone will be treated with same respect and values .

3.3 - Their will be activity in my term i am 100% sure that my term will be the activest term in the History of NG and it will be rememberable term by everyone

3.4 - In my term their will be no corruption and no favoritism there will be good bonus system that everyone will love .

3.5 - I will organize IC meetings at every weekends for checking the details that which department is most hard working and they will get personal bonus by me for their hardwork and courage regarding the organization

-I want to become leader of this organisation because I think I can easily run this organisation by my skills and experience I have good experience in leo orgs and been at high posts so I know how a organisation runs from its roots I see potential in myself to carry a organisation like NG with my leadership skills and knowledge.

-I like NG a lot because of its authenticity it has a specific base which I bigger then other organisations, it has secret bunker jets and many more infrastructure which other organisations don't have which seems very real to me.

-I want to make a term of NG a bit unique then others I see usually ng is seen as just gate keepers but I want to change this persona I know NG don't have that much power in rp terms to attend all events and control crime as compared to other leo orgs but I will try my best to contribute in this and make NG as it was never before.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-I think that NG should have more events and activities to do as NG have a limited amount of events and work, not like other orgs which can go to police calls and have their own fun interaction which improves the rp but ng seems a bit restricted because they allowed only to be in their base thier are exceptions but generally they are in their base.

-I would advice to have more roleplay events and situations for all leos and gangs which can be created or happen at a specific server time I would try to make new situations or organise events against terrorism in the city.

-i will make the interaction with gangs more realistic and have well trained officers who can easily handle critical situation and does least rulebreaks.

My objective has always been to put together a team of individuals that work together and carry out their duties as a unit. I'll do my best to inspire them and improve the team every day. We will work with other state organizations as a NG organization to eradicate criminal activity in the State of Los Santos.

About the ranks and respect: I mean to emphasize that I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly and with the respect they deserve because I have observed in many organizations that many High Commands treat the lower levels with disdain. Promotion ceremonies will be held every week, and officers who put in extra effort will be granted bonuses. Our (Internal Police) Department will supply the list of the most active and diligent officers.

I believe I can provide my organization and its members a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge. Any internal or external difficulties could be handled by me, and they would all be resolved through meetings and candid conversations where everyone could voice their opinions. I have served in high-command positions with SAHP, FIB, Gov, and the NG which has provided me with remarkable leadership experience. Decision making, staff management, and operational supervision are some of the most crucial areas that I had to deal with in all these cases. For me, leadership is a blend of responsibility, discipline, and leading from the front. In every assignment, I have made sure to emphasize cooperation, foresight, and flexibility in order to achieve the desired results. My qualification from these bodies has equipped me with the ability to lead the National Guard with utmost proficiency and effectiveness.

2. Experience & Readiness

Along with the SAHP and FIB, I worked with other government bodies and this enabled me to gain profound knowledge and experience in law enforcement, intelligence, and even the administrative aspects of leadership. Hands-On Leadership & Control Leadership is the key to a successful organization. As a leader, I shall be actively engaged side by side with my deputy to personally oversee all National Guard activities and maintain discipline, efficiency, and professionalism at all times. With a strong presence, we are able to directly monitor unit performances, offer live guidance, and address promptly any issues that surface. Leading from the front will establish a standard for the Soldiers to adhere to, ensuring a culture of accountability, team work, and operational excellence.

Establishing a Strong Leadership Team
Appointing the proper people for key command positions will ensure that we have structure and efficiency. I will make the right choices based on experience, discipline, and dependability for officers who display outstanding leadership attributes and mission devotion. These leaders will have a vital part in managing daily operations, solving disputes, and guiding Soldiers. By having every member of the high command both competent and credible, we are able to construct a well-run and highly productive leadership system that enhances the National Guard's success.

Strategic Training & Readiness
Training is the linchpin in having a prepared and effective force. To guarantee that all Soldiers are mission-capable, we will perform formal training exercises twice weekly. Training will emphasize weapons proficiency, defense positions, and tactical movement to enhance combat efficiency. Particular emphasis will be given to procedures which would be unfamiliar to new recruits, like proper barricade placement and spike deployment in strategic areas. Through consistent and pragmatic training, our Soldiers will develop the skills and confidence that are required to deal with any situation with accuracy and professionalism.

Effective Command Structure & Task Management
For uninterrupted operations, I will put in place an organized system of command that assigns clear-cut roles and responsibilities within the organization. The high-command members will be given specific roles so that in every situation, there is always an experienced leader who can offer advice in matters of urgency. Through this method of operation, I will make decision-making easier, enhance communication, and increase overall efficiency. An organized leadership system will not only fortify the chain of command but also strengthen discipline and coordination among the National Guard.

Extensive Training & Development
In addition to routine training exercises, an in-house training branch will be dedicated to skill improvement and leadership training. This branch will design cutting-edge tactical programs based on practical combat and emergency response scenarios. Specialized leadership training will also be conducted for Soldiers who indicate potential for future command positions. Through sustained learning and skills development, we will make all members of the National Guard better prepared to succeed in their job, both combat and leadership roles.

Recognition & Career Advancement
Morale and motivation are critical in building a committed and high-performing force. To recognize the diligent efforts and devotion of our Soldiers, we shall introduce weekly promotion ceremonies where a person will be recognized on the basis of their performance, potential to lead, and contribution towards the organization. Each promotion would be thoroughly considered to ascertain whether progress is happening on the grounds of merit, devotion, and talent. It will motivate the Soldiers to reach the pinnacle, realizing that fair rewards will result from their actions. Acknowledging success and providing clear career advancement will enhance loyalty, increase morale, and improve overall engagement in the National Guard.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. Leadership

I have served in high-command positions with SAHP, FIB, Gov, and the NG which has provided me with remarkable leadership experience. Decision making, staff management, and operational supervision are some of the most crucial areas that I had to deal with in all these cases. For me, leadership is a blend of responsibility, discipline, and leading from the front. In every assignment, I have made sure to emphasize cooperation, foresight, and flexibility in order to achieve the desired results. My qualification from these bodies has equipped me with the ability to lead the National Guard with utmost proficiency and effectiveness.

2. Experience & Readiness

Along with the SAHP and FIB, I worked with other government bodies and this enabled me to gain profound knowledge and experience in law enforcement, intelligence, and even the administrative aspects of leadership. Each position came with its own set of challenges which included meeting strict deadlines, liaising with numerous agencies, and making significant decisions that affected real people and the entire institution. My ability to manage complex situations has greatly improved because of these experiences and I am now ready to assume a command position in the National Guard. Accomplishing the mission, discipline, and being ready at all times are some of the most important factors that I pay attention to, and I am dedicated to making sure everyone under my command is ready for anything.

My service in diverse leadership positions has been with the view of assuming greater responsibility in an agency that is critical to the protection of a state and the nation. I want to be at the forefront of leading the community emergencies response, defence, and protection. The National Guard is the backbone of these activities.
