-1 I have past experience in FIB, LSPD, NG, and USSS (GOV) (being deputy or leader in all of them).
-2 Currently i also own my own company IRL so i have amazing work ethic and managerial skills!
-3 I have also been a high command of several gang organizations, so I know both sides of the rules in the server in legal and illegal organizations.
-4 I was a field training officer for over a year in LSPD on server #1 so i take great pride and put effort into training people and making sure everyone knows the rules and regulations to keep everything fair and proper for how everything should be done.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1- The whole point of RP is to portray a whole different persona outside of real life. So i would emphasize no IRL talk during hours in uniform.
2- Implementation of training strategies to make it closer to IRL training and demonstration of real life protective services. I have done extensive training and research in real life so I believe that would help tremendously.
3- Implementing a rule of no identification when someone has a mask on, if someone has a mask on in real life you will not be able to tell who it is. So why should you be able to in the server when its suppose to mimic real life!
4- When in pursuit of suspects or high profile suspects (in vehicle) using realistic maneuvers such as pits, and other tactics affectively and in the right situations.
5- Having sanctioned and permitted capturing (and interrogation if needed) of high profile individuals for certain cases and scenarios.
6- In RP situations i want to make it as fair and realistic as possible, I would enforce no meta gaming, no fear RP, and emphasize the rules of the server so everyone can enjoy it!

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

A. Started from the ground up with the rest of the people in LSPD, rose to a supervisor, made it to Chief of Staff in FIB, becoming the District Attorney for them as well. Having now gone through 2 FIB terms as a lawyer, experiencing the court system, I have an understanding of law, I have people who are knowledgeable, people who know this city well, but most importantly, people who will hold each other accountable for their actions. Sometimes, we just need those people who will keep us on the straight and narrow.

B. I consider myself to be a decent Lawyer and Law Enforcement Officer, always with room to improve and more things to learn, but I pride myself on my administration skills. Paperwork, spreadsheets, Duty Logs, and documents, I can do it all. There will be neither cent nor bullet misplaced, no Agent will ever not know what to do, how to do it, or where to find it, regardless of what "it" may be, either rules, events, procedures, or anything else, while it is under my care. This leads into the points below, where having a centralized location for all this information would be perfect.

C. Being on the night shift most times, it annoys me how much gangs can get away with, as well as how boring it can be. I want to try and improve that part of the organization, perhaps a change in how Night Shift officers operate, what they can/can't do at certain times (city rules notwithstanding), and perhaps extra incentives for being in the city at that time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. NO NEPOTISM, NO FAVOURITISM

An issue that I've noticed, is that nepotism hires cause a ton of friction between them and everyone else. I intend to make sure that regardless of who you are or where you came from, you're going to go through the process like everyone else. I am not a ringleader, and I don't need clowns, we aren't running a circus. And if you believe that this inconveniences yourself because you think its beneath you, or you know better, or what of it, then you aren't the right person for what I need to make this org better. I still hold this same sentiment, and I always will. I want skill, and quality, out of what may end up being my organization.

2. MANDATORY CLASSES

That's right! You read that correctly. Too often, I see scores of LEOs get taken down by gang members and random hooligans alike. It is time for a change, time for a new start. I want to include a training schedule with marksmanship involved, so that way we can see some wins instead of losses during events and even just out and about on the streets.

I also want to include mandatory classes related to procedures, a proper training regimen for those interested in joining and don't have much experience.

This could lead to some good RP, and might finally give EMS a reason to go somewhere that isn't PH or SH, trainings held inside secure facilities or even at known event locations, and if the other LEO orgs are interested, we can even do joint trainings (described later)

3. BETTER ADMINISTRATION

Going along with my previous shameless boasting, and having experienced the FIB for a couple terms now, I can definitely see some room for improvement regarding documentation. I'm always for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but here's a quote that I like:

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” — John C. Maxwell

I understand that no one likes being pushed or told to take on more work, but I believe it’s time for us to change that mindset. The goal of this improvement isn’t to create something fragile or temporary, a fleeting structure that crumbles as soon as my term ends. Instead, it’s about building a lasting foundation, a new administration that endures, whether or not I’m here to guide it. We don’t need a lineup of Assistant Directors or Chiefs of Staff just filling roles and skating by until the end of their term. I need people who are ready to invest in building something that will stand the test of time and thrive beyond their involvement.

4. BETTER ORG COORDINATION WITH OTHERS

Honestly, I get that each organization is meant to have its own “bubble” of responsibilities, designed to keep everyone from overlapping too much. But at times, this approach can lead to each group being siloed, where they’re essentially blocked within their own areas. This isolation can sometimes result in people left with little to do other than just idling around.

I want to improve that however possible, with some ideas.

Marksmanship training. Part of the aforementioned marksmanship training, we could involve other LEO organizations to participate if they wish, EMS could have something extra to do by remaining on standby during any injuries sustained during training exercises, or joint training between the LEO organizations, get themselves some new skills (and of course, bragging rights. Who doesn't love those?)

Joint Ops. More cooperation during investigations outside of regular scripted events is another. With FIBs freedom compared to other Orgs, I want people to take advantage of the wanted list, go hunting alongside our fellow LEOs. Although we might be a "Federal" organization, I would like to try and have more inclusion of the other orgs.

Typically, the Feds are accompanied by individual officers from the particular jurisdiction, not as subordinates, but as equal partners, with their collective knowledge and resources pooled together for mutual benefit.

5. FIB ACADEMY // CODENAME: QUANTICO (Get it? Its funny. If you don't, look up Quantico, Virginia.)

As mentioned in the previous point, we are supposed to be Federal Agents, it doesn't look good if we make mistakes. Naturally, everyone is human, and to be blunt, sh*t happens. But I aim to mitigate that happening however possible.

With Quantico, its the place where ALL members of FIB come to hone their skills, or build new ones. Department trainings, Video Guides and Documents, a centralized place to store the information.

Here, we’re committed to teaching everything from Law and Procedure to Undercover Techniques and Marksmanship, anything that can help strengthen the individuals in this organization. “Jack of all trades, master of none, but better than a master of one.” While mastering a single skill is commendable, I need versatile members who can adapt as needed. It’s especially important for those in higher authority roles to have at least a foundational understanding of the various aspects within the FIB so they can contribute more effectively across the board.

Admission to Quantico is MANDATORY for those who intend to pursue High Command positions, and those who are the cream of the crop can find themselves positions as Instructors in what I hope will become the FIBs, and perhaps even all LEO Orgs, most prestigious training academy located here in EN#2.

6. THE DEPARTMENTS


The departments will be changed as follows:

DEA / Spec ops merge into one, and get their name changed. I'm sorry, but the DEA is literally its own 3 letter organization in the real world, having an entire department dedicated to (quite literally) ONLY busting drugs, while other departments already do the same thing makes 0 sense, and is a waste of potential for the Agents within it. And spec ops....is not a department, its a thing, a type of mission, hence why its short form for "Special Operations". If all you know or want to do is bust cannabis, then I'm sure the LSPD or SAHP will be glad to have you, but the FIB has bigger fish to fry. On that note, the two of these will merge together to create....

The Joint Terrorism Task Force. The best of both worlds, taking care of drug busts and participating in Special Operations at the same time, all while providing valuable skills to the officers within.

Human Resources. I want to expand on this department. Too often, if hiring gets closed the HR department is left in the dust to sit there and twiddle their thumbs until they need to hire/fire someone else. I want HR to be the backbone to Quantico, being responsible for maintaining the documents and such, as well as being the department for all future Quantico instructors. Training outside of Quantico will also be handled by the non-instructor HR staff.

Internal Affairs. Apart from some extra documentation, and clearly stating the roles and rights the IA department has, this is pretty self explanatory and won't be needing many changes.

Undercover. One of the most crucial departments there is. Responsible for collecting evidence, and making sure the gangs of the city sleep with one eye open, I want more responsibility for this department, I want them to REALLY act like undercover agents, go on stake-outs, hunt wanted criminals, and especially make undercover busts. Too often people get away with simply hawking illegal items or weapons on the club chat with little to no risk to themselves, I intend to change that, and using the UC department, strike fear into those who think that crime can pay so easily.

00 Agents. Department who's agents will be answerable only to their handler, the deputies and the Director, their work is classified, and if you want to find out what they do....then come find out :)

8. EVERYTHING ELSE...

After some time, I think the experience I've gained so far will help me immensely, alongside the right guidance, the right folks to help me crew the ship so to speak, I can make sure the FIB is and stays a well oiled, efficient machine. I've said it before, and will say it again, even if I don't get this now, I will be back each and every time, with more knowledge, hopefully a little wiser, and a stronger feeling of wanting to bring some fresh changes to this place, both internally and externally.

1. The first day while entering the city of En2, I was dreaming of becoming the best LEO of all time. I gained a lot of experience in FIB, NG, LSPD, SAHP till this time I became SAHP sheriff and Curator. Become experienced and spread my knowledge too. But after all the deeds, and now I feel it's best to try to be leader of FIB.

2. As I have been through many situations as a leader, I have some methods which will help the officers to reduce crime and maintain peace in the city. As a leader, I will make sure to provide the max activity of my units for this city and will try to make the law system strong.

3. While I was in SAHP for the first time, I was interested in joining FIB. The interest grew through spending time in FIB. Through my activities, I ranked 28th rank in FIB. But my curiosity now wants to become the Leader and gather experience of the OG legal organization FIB. It has been my goal to be a leader of FIB since I have joined it and I think, so now I am prepared and ready to take the responsibilities on myself and lead this organization towards the betterment of city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I would only recruit people with the knowledge of city rules and walk through them to good training hours and for make sure that they are totally ready to go on duty and are totally aware of their work, so there won't be any problems for our organization. I will personally check each and every one's activity and will promote them on the basis of the activity and the obedience they have shown in the department.

2. We won't do any favoritism among anybody in the org and for the rule breakers serious actions will be taken like suspension and other depending on the situation. I will, myself, will try to attend each and every situation and will lead my units properly and will try to conclude the situation in the best manner possible.

3. I will provide a good bonus system through which they will be motivated towards the work and will work harder. And I will also personally talk to each and every officer in my organization about the things which should be changed or improved and will work on them to improve the working environment for my officers.

4. Weekly Sunday-based promotion ceremonies will be held for all the hardworking officers to make my term more attractive and interesting.

5. I will have good relationships with all the legal organizations present at that time.

1) Firstly, I have had the privillege of serving the legal & private organizations in the city. Starting with LSPD as Patrolling officer, USSS Special Elite & Treasury officer in Government, DHoD of HR, DHoD of Journalism & as well as HoD of Creative team in Lifeinvader. Later on, I have been in FIB for multiple terms and learned all the rules by being actively working with the team. I climbed all the way to Head of Department, Chief of Staff and Assistant Director. All these gives me in depth background of how the organization works and how I can also run a successful term as I know how it needs to be done.

2) Secondly, I am a quick learner who likes challenges and I adapt rapidly. Moreover, in hard situations I can make people work together to avoid conflicts. I know how the departments work internally, how you get the evidences, how to negotiate in the situations etc. Knowledge is what I share with other individuals to help them understand what I know about how the organization and department works. Thus, I can make sure we won't have issues with other organizations while as the leader.
3) Lastly, I will do whatever it takes to make this a term memorable for everyone by making sure it's performing the best by showing high activity during events, assigning people to retrain those that needs some brush-ups, making a friendly environment where no one is afraid to share opinions. I will observe what's missing and improve the lack of communication and trust to strengthen the core of the team.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1)
Communication is the most important factor, I will make sure the agents in the organization knows the best way to do tasks. Teamwork is also something that needs to be focused as well as making sure everyone is aware of the rules.

2) Improve training for the current and future agents, so they know what they have to do in a situation based on different circumstances. I will assign the correct individuals for each department and proper ranks to keep the roles and the workplace balanced.

3) There will be no opportunity for anyone to join the organization without interviews. Ranks will be assigned based on what the agent deserver based on the interview. I will make sure all the deserving individuals receive their respective ranks and positions.

These are all my side of visions for the organizations. While my background may differ from others, I believe it has equipped me with the skills and the ability to adapt to the challenges and I am confident that I can successfully achieve the goals during the term.

This approach ensures the FIB operates with high accuracy and authenticity, providing players with a realistic experience and boosting the FIB's reputation in the state.

B) Create Elite Specialized Divisions and Diverse Roleplay Scenarios:
Using my command experience, I would create specialized units within the FIB, like Cybercrime, Counterterrorism, and Organized Crime, based on real FBI divisions. Each unit would get specific training and access to unique tools, making the FIB feel more professional and focused. To improve it and implement my ideas, I need to take this role and get rid of favoritism and unprofessional behavior. 1) My thoughts on fib and why it need changes: FIB is one of the most important organization in city and it hold a significant amount of power in city icly and because of that lot FIB agents have let power go to there Head and because of that it has caused big issues so i want to change FIB back to how it was in old time it was disciplined , Agents were experienced and smart peoples and while it still had conflict with other orgs but it was never so bad so i want to become leader so i can make it better an od ia do not like seeing fib how its now it i will make sure that my agents are quality not quantity and don't let the power go to there Head and maintain a professional relationship and friendly to i want to show the city again that why FIB was so much respected and my IA and HR will drill there head with new things and discipline into there Head

2) My experience and how i can i use it: i been in city for 2 year nearly and i have acquired lot of experience in RP whether its legal or illegal i been in both and in high position and leader in my as Families leader for 2 months we had most active gang we did every rp event and i learned and teched lot of people in this time they also become leader and while i was ng leader ii learned lot about legislation and what power every org hold more better in my time as deputy governor i was very active as well nearly in every state inspection gp global i can attend and in ic events to and also by being lawyer i fought cases and also improved my negotiation skills i been undersheriff know and handle store and gun to and flighted in combats while i am lspd deputy i notice that city has it own small crime spots where leos need number and planning in that i am excellent yet don't think i just got the position no i know how hard you have to get rank and i respect each rank in my time doing all this and my lattes vagos term in that i did so much activity's bs hostage store and lot i used my experience to win even though we were low on numbers so with my experience i think i can use in fib to Win store and Gun store with my planning experience of location while in gang raids i know how to keep info inside the org and catch any spy while at subs i know how can i place my agents and surprise gang while in hostage sit i know to when to hide my self and when to negotiate and how to put pressure on gang members Because of m experience in city i nearly have learned mastered all of thing and i did notice new fib term with new agents that there lack of knowledge about legislation so i will try to fix it and i was scj 2 or 3 time i learned and know inner working of doj and i was also FA of fib and did events and undercover work that has add lot of new plans to my mind

3) A Team not enemy's: because i have been in city for long time i have lot of friends and contacts that are very experienced and loyal to me with them i can Fix fib and improve it while i will be not alone in this i will have support of other org as my agents will be polite and Professional and we will maintain good relationship with them i know that if state orgs Actually decided to cooperate fully and decided to be a team they cant lose any store or any situation because we have number even if we don't have numbers we have more advanced weapons and more weapons we have advanced technology yet we lose because of EGO.LACK of Trust so i will do my best as i can to improve the my and my agents make friends with other state employee and i WILL succeed in it because i already done it many time and i know that if i get the term i have support of all state leader and lot of HC i will actually do the training exercise that improve our coordination not just the act i will make sure that ITS not fib vs gov or ng ITS FIB,NG,GOV,SAHP.LSPD,EMS we are all together in it i will use my experience in FIB and other orgs to make sure that

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1,) More RP : I
have noticed that in lot of situation we rather just post forums and leave it to admin but i also want to do rp if a Corrupts officer or any state employee were being arrested they would do just code a and other would be post forum and leave it but i would like to make arrest warrant for him and some other case like that were we can do lot of rp but don't because reason other don't like

2) active leader: i been leader many time and i learned that if you have even the best deputy but leader is not active the members will be less active and i did make sure in nearly every term that i can be active as i can i nm y last term as vagos leader i make sure be active and lead every events i can and i interacted with my member that what keep a organization alive if there is no friendship or bonds no matter how much you pay them they will not stay

3) Real Academy: lot of agents and people in city think that FIB is perfect but i would say otherwise because i seen lot of mistake and issue from them as well so i would actually make academy that has teacher and where Agents can ask any doubts where they do not have to worry about being embarrassed and can ask anything and we are doing it right now in lspd because of this lot of old and new units have not done mistake because they are not afraid that if they asked that they will be reprimanded or made fun of not it will be a friendly and safe environment

Spec ops:
Spec ops is back bone of FIB's Fighting force and its job to Response to every Global situation every store and every events That FIB can attend they identity will be hidden and they have partial immunity since they are A special department and Spec ops Agents can use heavy weapons and must be good at shooting and negotiating

IA: IA is one of the most important department of FIB its the departments that manages logs, cars, that Agents are in discipline and make sure internal working of ORG is good and in controller they

UC: UC is most important department of FIB since they are Responsible for Evidence needed for gang and black market raid that is conducted by FIB they goal is to go undercover catch wanted criminal , catch drugs and weapon deals , and get evidence on criminals organizations

OO- OO is UC department but it is more specialized and experienced Agents that will be put in this department there on and only Task is to get evidence on criminals organization and help the State in every way they can

HRT- HRT is department is often Underestimated in FIB but it is very important for FIB i will add specialized and Hard Training Programs for High commands also and HRT while handling Hiring and training of NON HC will have to mange that and it will also handle promotion with IA

2.1) Leadership Experience Across Legal and Illegal Organizations:

I have had the privilege of leading several prominent organizations, including serving one term as the leader of the government (EN02) and two terms as the leader of the National Guard (EN02). I have also held high-command positions in the LSPD (EN01) and served as a deputy in multiple gangs (EN01/EN02). These roles have provided me with a deep understanding of both the legal and illegal operations within the city. My diverse leadership experience equips me with a well-rounded perspective that allows me to effectively navigate the complexities of the city and elevate the roleplay (RP) experience for everyone involved.

While leading in both GOV/NG and serving as a deputy in various gangs, the level of RP in the cities significantly improved, bringing more vibrancy and immersion. We orchestrated high-level RP scenarios such as terrorist attacks, the kidnapping of leaders, and citywide lockdowns with the National Guard patrolling the entire state. Through a combination of high-caliber RP and strong leadership, we injected new life into the city, providing more engaging and meaningful activities for everyone. In EN01, we notably increased the RP level, introducing Martial Law multiple times and creating exciting, dynamic situations for the community.

2.2) Revitalizing Law Enforcement Presence:
As the city has evolved, the strength of the Law Enforcement (LEO) presence has diminished, with gangs now heavily outnumbering them. I aim to rebuild the influence of the FIB and reignite the rivalry between legal and illegal factions, which is a key driver of engaging RP. Drawing from my strategic leadership experience, I plan to lead the FIB into becoming a formidable force once again, fostering competitive and impactful interactions with other legal organizations such as the police, FIB, and National Guard.
Especially with the birth of many strong families within the city, FIB and LEO presence needs to improve to adapt with the power changes within the city.

2.3) Fostering Stability and Rivalry for Long-term Growth:
Through my experiences as both a deputy in gangs and a leader in legal organizations, I’ve come to realize that genuine competition drives improvement. I want to build lasting stability within FIB by creating stronger internal structures and cultivating a deeper RP experience. By organizing the gang into specialized teams and implementing consistent reward systems, my goal is to foster loyalty within the ranks and stimulate fierce competition not only among gangs but also between law enforcement agencies. This will enrich the city’s RP landscape and restore the excitement that has been missing.



3. Suggestions for Enhancing RolePlay in the Organization:

3.1) Focus on RP-Centric Events:

I plan to prioritize RP-driven events such as store robberies, kidnappings, hostage situations, National Guard raids, and more. Currently, there’s a lack of creativity and engagement in handling these scenarios, and I intend to inject more excitement and fun for everyone involved.

3.2) Promoting Diplomacy with Legal Organizations:
I will initiate diplomatic efforts with legal organizations to enhance RP quality. This diplomacy will involve discussions where we can collaborate on joint training exercises or host competitions between agencies. These activities will foster healthy competition, push everyone to perform better, and elevate the overall RP experience.

3.3) Strict Enforcement of Rules:
I will be firm when it comes to players who don’t follow the rules. The last thing I want is for my organization to be disbanded due to careless behavior. I won’t allow individuals who refuse to adhere to the rules to jeopardize the entire organization.

3.4) Resolving Disputes through RP, Not Forums:
I prefer to resolve conflicts in-game through RP rather than relying on forums, provided no rules are broken. My goal is to create enjoyable and immersive experiences, especially when disagreements arise between legal organizations. Utilizing RP mechanisms like the DOJ for inter-agency disputes or the USSS/NG for court martials against corrupt officers can provide engaging solutions within the RP environment.

    My main goal is to improve FIB's reputation so that people and other organizations really want to work with us. To handle updates and promote public involvement, I would create a department dedicated to public relations. This team would hold discussions, provide updates on FIB activities, and show how we're helping fight crime. In order for FIB to stand out as a organization that people respect and want to have contact with, the goal is to strengthen our relationship with the public and build confidence.


  2. Bringing New Ideas and Responsibility
    I have prior experience with FIB, so I am aware of some of the problems we have run into. My leadership would be centered on taking responsibility and implementing a fresh strategy without making the same mistakes twice. To bring in new ideas and passion, I would assemble a core team of individuals who were not involved in the prior leadership. In order to ensure that we're constantly improving and keeping our operating course, I would also put up frequent feedback and reporting.


  3. Practical Organizational Improvements
    My third focus is to bring in simple, effective improvements that help both agents and the public. Instead of adding new departments, I’d work on making the current ones better by shifting responsibilities around a bit. This would let departments like Undercover and Intelligence work more smoothly on their main tasks. Plus, I’ll set up weekly training at the shooting range and the "Kill House" at the pier so agents can improve their skills and make the whole environment feel more realistic. We will be using the armored vehicles more frequently and that will also boost peoples moral.

    More than just inner role-playing is required to build FIB's relationship with the citizens; it involves creating experiences in which people can take part.   3. Ceremonies for Promotion and Recognition
