2.1 Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience in EMS as an employee and also as a high command, I want to use that knowledge to help EMS to grow. I’ll focus on providing the right guidance and support so that everyone can improve their skills and maintain a high level of RP and professionalism. A strong, skilled team means better service for the citizens we’re here to help.

2.2 With my past experience as a high command in EMS, I know how important it is to have a team that works well together. I believe that a respectful and supportive environment leads to better performance. As a leader, I want to make sure everyone feels valued and that we work together smoothly, which will help us provide the best care to citizens when they need it most.

2.3 Though I may not have previous leadership experience, I understand how important it is to keep all my employees engaged and motivated. 3 Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization ?

3.1 One of the best ways to improve RP is by doing regular and realistic training. Things like mock emergency scenes can help a lot. It also helps new employees by giving them a simple, clear guide to follow from day one.

3.2 All the High command should always follow proper RP standards. Staying in character during every situation sets the right tone for others. Appreciating all employees with good RP can motivate the whole team to improve RP.

3.3 People improve faster when they feel comfortable and not judged. Creating a friendly vibe where questions are welcomed makes RP better for everyone. And when someone does great work or shows improvement, they should be appreciated.

3.4 Last but not least, we’re all here to enjoy the RP, so RP should feel enjoyable, not like pressure. If the environment is positive and people support each other, everyone gets better together. And when RP is fun, people stay active and actually look forward to their shifts.

1. Leadership opportunity... Being the leader of EMS seems like the best opportunity to gain leadership experience as it requires high amount of perception and team management skills. EMS requires a high amount of management, assigning lobbies for 24 hours a day. Hence, becoming the leader will greatly influence my leadership abilities much more than other organizations as I strive for perfection. I aim to keep the lobbies active and occupied 24/7 for both PH and SH, stepping in personally whenever required.
   
   
2. Past Experience... Ever since I joined the city I have been a part of EMS as a whole, resulting in spending around 6 terms alongside incredible leaders and learning their different methods. I aim to achieve the best term with the highest activity as I have learnt from the predecessors. Any mistakes made in the past shouldn't happen again.
   
   
3. Skills and traits... I am confident in my skillset which ranges from Quick decision making, Public speaking, Management, Consistency and many more. Being a doctor requires all of the above as well as hard work, I will personally make sure every employee consists of these traits. 2. What is your reason for wanting to be the EMS leader?

I have been working in EMS for past 4 terms, I have been a part of EMS and achieved the rank of Division Chief of AS. While serving there, I picked up knowledge regarding operations, team collaboration and leadership skills. Working with various departments has allowed me to observe what should be improved and I have noticed that the AS branch is often ignored.

I am sure I have the skills to improve the order and coordination of EMS services. Although I have lived here in city for one year, I’ve found that EMS moves more during the daytime and is more inactive at other hours. I will try to hire more employees from different time zones so the lobby should be covered 24/7.

I will try to always have stock in the labs, So that we wont run out of medicine for the city.

I have noticed that SH is mostly empty at night, So I will try to hire employees for covering SH in night


3. What efforts will you take to raise the level of RP in EMS?

Ensure players are rewarded for their hard work and participation by using a good bonus system.


Ensure that EMS is involved in big RP activities like robberies and hostage incidents.


Have an attorney always on call when emergencies arise with EMS workers.


Make sure you recruit openly and give practical and helpful training to your team.

Keep all radio and IC communication clear and friendly at all moments.

I want to use this system to help EMS become more involved, valued and a major part of the city’s RP. I will work on improving the team and providing improved public services.

2.1. I already have experience in this organization and I performed very well during my time as an EMT even earning Employee of the Week. Due to some personal reasons I had to leave but now I am getting an opportunity to lead this organization and I believe it would be a great chance for me to contribute even more then the previous time.

2.2. I have never led an organization before so this would be a great opportunity for me to showcase my skills gain some recognition in the city and unlock new opportunities in the future that can help me in my RP career.

2.3. Being a leader of an organization will give me a chance to gain more experience in the city and learn new things every day. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. Hire more additionals for different departments and train them
In my term we will hire new members as all leaders do and train them for thier respective departments and help them whenever they want this will help to improve the quantity and quality of work in EMS.

3.2. Make seperate departments for different work
We will make 3 different departments which inter-linked with each other for a better work quality as it contains different units for different departments so it would keep members bounded with thier department but they can change them whenever they after HC permission.

3.3. Bodycams and RP process

3.3.1. We will train new members about some RP situation which can happen with them anytime for example:

1. Someone came to hospital for a surgery.
2. Any 10-15 wants doctor at DOC or any citizen in hostage situations.
3. Gang members forcing them to tolerate with them.

3.3.2. We will make sure that if anyone is on duty so they must roll there bodycam for 48 hours and provide it whenever asked to provide.
We will work on these things to improve rp from our side.

Departments->

MD: Medical department ensures that both hospitals must be covered every time with atleast one unit.

AS: Ambulance Services will go on calls to patch or help our citizens or any employee from any Org.

Labs: These Guys will make medicine for other departments so that EMS must be opperative every time.

2. What is your reason for wanting to be the EMS leader?


EMS was my first organization in the city, and it holds a special place in my heart. It was here that I first learned how things work and how they should work. EMS introduced me to discipline, structure, and responsibility. I’ve experienced both highs and lows during my time here, but through multiple terms, I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge and personal growth.


Throughout my time in EMS, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through several promotions. I started as a Trainee, eventually became a Team Lead.
When I first joined as a trainee, I had no idea how to properly roleplay in the city. EMS taught me everything from how to perform surgeries to how to communicate and engage with people effectively. It also taught me how to work as part of a team. My leadership qualities began to develop naturally, which led to my rise in ranks.



Serving as a High Command officer, I have partnered with the Deputy Chief and Chief. I have seen the challenges they deal with and have learned how to effectively manage them. Over time, I have cultivated strong leadership skills and gained invaluable experience. I also have a variety of ideas that could serve EMS well ideas that can optimize operations and increase the visibility of active units during both day and night shifts. I firmly believe that with the right methods, we can make EMS more effective and responsive.




3. What efforts will you take to raise the level of RP in EMS?




I will ensure that my High Command team attends all types of events both scripted and non-scripted such as ACC, SUBS, prison breaks, and more.

We will conduct open recruitments twice a day once during the day and once at night to help resolve the ongoing employee shortage and maintain a steady flow of new, active members.


I also plan to make sure our Field Training Officers take the time to really help out the new recruits, giving them the support they need so they don’t get confused or make mistakes in their first week. I honestly think FTOs are one of the most important parts of the team they’re the ones who help newcomers grow and succeed through hard work and passion. This kind of support helps build better teamwork and also makes the overall RolePlay experience way better for everyone.

3 Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization ?

• First of all I will acquire a team of professional FTO’s so that the new people get a proper and valuable training. They will provide live trainings at lobbies so it help everyone to grow their skills and improve RP.
  
  
• As all know that one of the biggest issues in the past being through lobbies are empty or lobbies not being covered properly. For that I will hire people from different time zones, so that we can keep EMS lobbies active. It will improve RP quality.
  
  
• In many previous terms I had notice that so much toxicity and favoritism so it feels bad for those who really deserve Promotion. I will assure that in my term there will be no Favoritism and toxicity in the organization. Everybody will be treated equally with the same level of respect. Everything you do whilst in EMS uniform has to be RP
Training people to make sure that they RP whilst giving some a heal in lobby or whilst on calls instead of being a mute!
Doing a RP scene as a test to make sure they know what they doing if some is in need of surgery or anything in those general areas!
