2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) I have experience of EMS of about 5-6 Terms under leaders like Cosmic Hayes, Sweet Sinner, Honey Moon, Alexa Blooms, Ronit Plays, Majestic Faiz, and currently I am Working in Simon Knight temporary term as a HOHR with Piyush Brother's perspective. So, I have got a good knowledge of EMS and I will use this knowledge in my leadership.
2.2) Me and my HCs will make sure in my term their was fair chance for everyone in my term about bonus and promotion by always checking the logs, activity and behavior in the city.
2.3) My main focus will be on the lobbies and State Calls or events like(ACC, Bank Protection, or any 10-60 Situation) because a guy with training can do lobbies and can be a HC but in these situations they have to show their knowledge.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I will focus on recruiting employee for the different time zones and make sure that lobbies can be covered majority of time.
3.2) Me and my high commands will conduct a surgery class once in a week to train the HCs and other employees to perform surgery. It will increase professionalism in EMS and RP in the city.
3.3) Promotion Ceremony will be conduct every week in my term we will make sure everyone will get promotion and bonus for their work they did in single week.
3.4) I will make sure that Favoritism will not be there in my term and everyone should get equal benefits.
3.5) We will make sure that Toxicity in the Organization will not be tolerated and make sure to punish the person who did it even HCs.
3.6) In my term me and my Deputies will make sure that our HCs and HRs can get better training so they will know most of the things about the EMS then they can train the new employees with a proper knowledge.
