This man didnt get any punishment for saying "you are a fucking idiot man"

This person is extremely toxic and taking things OOC 6.10 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC | Ban 1-7 days

these are basically same insults so why in one case he gets nothing but I get 7day ban?

All I saw was your review ending with this:

The profile Şehmistan will receive a forum warning(punishment)

Which does not state anything about him receiving an ingame ban like I got when I made similar comments. Thats the only information I was working out of.

I got a ingame ban for same comments that he did not
