ID 169134 dont even know what car he is stopping he said Bugatti so i stopped and slowed down watching the Bugatti guy but when he send me a call to pullover i was confused and moving slowly and he engine blocked my car and didn't even gave me time to understand wt happened and the lady officer 169133 and 154464 asked me to get out while i am trying to come out 169134 he shoot me without any call or demand and the other officers u cannot shoot like that but he was so excited to kill and made PG and fail rp hear the pov at the end they charged me with 135k fine and harass me.

The IC reason I shot you is that you failed to stop, so I used an engine blocker. Civil Code Of Procedures Article 7.6 states:
"All law enforcement agencies are permitted to take usage of any measure necessary for the purpose of stopping a vehicle, that has been ordered to stop no less than twice."

At 1:12 you said "Fail RP" in in-game chat. This is mixing.

Additionally, we had been chasing you on and off through most of the night and you had been interfering with our traffic stops and even car rammed, however we did not take it to the forums, we handled it IC.

idc about all of ur judgment hear i want admin to respond on this and ask him 169134 what happened he failed to go with a roleplay situation. and forced me to do in his way and harassed ask the lady officer in the pov i had said him in non rp too follow the situation
but he ruined my roleplay so i dont wanna get a org warn but he should get. u guys give fine for fun but when i ask to process me with the other officer why did failed to do that and i dont wanna talk about the climax i wanna clear the beginning and listen to other officers clearly. it was my first time experiencing this car block situation it never arrived in my any rp situation. he shot me for fun and motivating others we can while laughing at me in uncousious state while other 2 officers say its to the right RP.
