Rejected RDM but not Guilty

A player came outside Ghetto and hit my car so i tried to talk with him then he tried to hit me and start running after that i start following him but he didn't stop so i shoot him then directly the admin put mi in jail for three hours. first of all there is role play so i didn't break the rule 6,18 second the same admin when i told him what happened he asked for POV but unfortunately i don't have but why when i complaint they ask me for POV and he didn't ask from the other player about POV before he put me in jail ??!!!
