1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans. I've been playing on this server for over a year, and during that time. I’ve explored nearly every side of roleplay it offers, I've participated in every family event, every state organization, every crime organization, and twice, I've been a gang leader. I've also served as the deputy of all gangs, the deputy of LSPD, and the deputy of NG, so I am aware of the high standards of roleplay that an admins must meet. I know every rule on this server pretty well.
- These roles taught me leadership, responsibility, and how to maintain a positive environment even during high-pressure situations. I know the server rules inside out, and I understand the level of professionalism and fairness that an admin must uphold.
- I now want to take the next step—moving beyond regular RP to helping players, solving issues quickly, and contributing to a better experience for everyone as part of the admin team.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans.
- Experience & Growth Mindset – I’ve learned from every mistake and always use those lessons to improve.
- Leadership Skills – I’ve managed large groups before and know how to keep things fair, organized, and fun.
-High Activity & Quick Response – I’m online regularly and can respond fast whenever help is needed.
- Adaptability & Commitment – I pick things up quickly, adapt to any task, and stay dedicated to my responsibilities.
3. What are your weaknesses?
Ans. I trust my friends easily and sometimes it work against me. But now I don't trust people easily.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ans. I'm a very positive person, and I can easily lead a group of people. This will assist the people around me grow in that way.
