1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- For the last 9-10 months, I have been a player on Grand RP. I've also been a part of a state organization for the last 7-8 months, which has given me experience in almost all of them, including high-command roles in LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and the government.
I have the most experience with LSPD, serving as a COS 2 time and ACP for 3 months. Now, I feel that there isn't much work left for me as a player, and I believe that admins have more work. That is why I want to become an admin.

- Friendly nature, Strictness, Time management

3. What are your weaknesses?
- Typing speed, Angry nature.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Time management,Friendly nature this main skills i can bring to the admin team.

• Time management :- I always do my work on time, which means I have always done every task perfectly and within the given timeframe.
• Friendly nature :- my friendly nature, I build relationships with everyone faster than others.

I Try To Giving My Best To Admin Team. Assist players At Anytime and being active for When I'm in the city.

- I don't have.

6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
- Not now, but. I am a college student, so I have a Exam Pressure , sometime Family problem , I can't stay at late night.

7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
- I like being busy at work. After a certain point, I start feeling bored when there’s not enough work. I've heard that admins usually have a lot of work to do, so I believe this would be a good opportunity for me. I promise that if I join as an admin, you will see that my work will be faster and more accurate compared to other admins.

3. What are your strengths?- quick to respondable to resolve problems faster and I am a great communicater, great listener, and great speaker quick to respondable to resolve problems faster also being patient.....and my other strenghts multi-tasking and flexibility
4. What are your weaknesses? My weakness are I am overcompetitive sometimes but I will be able to fix fairly easily. and I am truely capable of fixing all of these.....

Skills i can bring to an admin team is that i have great multi tasking skills and organisation skills which make my work more efficient and run situations smoothly. I have great verbal and written skills for communicating between colleagues or people. and i alone can manage if any of admin`s are not available
