    - I want to keep EN2 as great as I remember it because it's been my home in grand for over a year now by punishing rule-breakers no matter who they are in a timely manner, ALSO Not fully leaving the RP life, my other character (You can have up to 2 in each server) will still have a peaceful and fun RP life working and exploring city while I get work done on this one as administrator one.

    My biggest strength would be:
    - "Playing fair" Since, I don't choose sides. I will move and punish according to what is right no matter who they are.
    - I love standing up for those who can't do it themselves.
    - Solving situations as fast as possible, accurate as possible when on the clock.

    - Doesn't do "favoritism" in and to the IC life.

    - Doesn't like harsh punishment if the person meant no harm when rule-break. (Still will punish but unless it was really intentional, I don't see reason why do max punishment, it discourages newer player to leave before giving the server a try).

    - Can't stand people with obnoxious/broken mics.
    - People who start speaking FL Infront of me when the situation involves me.
    - Can be impatient sometimes (I love things getting done ASAP).
    - Can't stand people who try to take advantage of others.

I'm excited to admin since I appreciate the value of fairness, integrity, and involvement in building a lively, immersive environment. I'm devoted to creating a great environment, helping players, and resolving any difficulties in a timely and professional manner. My strengths lie in strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep commitment to integrity and fairness. I have a strong capacity for managing resources effectively and making decisions that benefit the city as a whole. I’m detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve myself and enhance the experience for everyone involved. Communication is another key strength, as I value transparency and ensuring that all voices are heard. I believe these skills position me well to make meaningful contributions and create a positive environment for all players..

3. What are your weaknesses?
I would say one of my weaknesses is that I can be overly detail-oriented, sometimes focusing too much on getting everything exactly right. While this helps in maintaining high standards, it can occasionally slow me down when quick decisions are needed. I’m also always looking to improve my ability to delegate more effectively, as I sometimes take on too much myself to ensure things are done well. I’m working on balancing these tendencies to improve my efficiency while still delivering quality outcomes.

Additionally, I have a good knowledge of server rules and know how to balance rules with an enjoyable, welcoming environment. i have been in this project for like 2.5 years now and i have been in many Orgs and met many people who were experienced weather if its State or Crime and now i think i have grained enough experience to help the newcomers as an admin as well as the experienced players in the server

   I did a lot of RP, From the past few months and gathered a lot of experiences about IC life and now Its time to become an admin and serve others in OOC issues of them. 1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans - For me, one of the most gratifying parts of being an admin is the opportunity to help and assist players. Be it in the form of conflict resolution, onboarding new members, or event coordination, I welcome the opportunity of being important to the community. My objective is to ensure that everyone enjoys their time because that is very important.

Ans - I love to talk to different type of players, by doing this everyone finds me friendly and when they find that I am friendly they never hide anything from me. I am very kind now after playing on this server, I found that you can also handle situations peacefully.
