-> As i have been playing Grand RP EN-2 for almost 8 Months, i have experienced almost everything that the game has to offer ranging from Farmer job to Collector i have completed all the part-time job as well as full time job in LSPD as Chief of Police,NG as Judge Advocate General,FIB as Chief Of Staff,GOV as Attorney General and in SAHP as the Under Sheriff. SO now that i have done all these things i want to become an Admin and help the new player experience the same joy i had while Growing in Legal orgs.

    - I want to keep EN2 as great as I remember it because it's been my home in grand for over a year now by punishing rule-breakers no matter who they are in a timely manner, ALSO Not fully leaving the RP life, my other character (You can have up to 2 in each server) will still have a peaceful and fun RP life working and exploring city while I get work done on this one as administrator one.

    My biggest strength would be:
    - "Playing fair" Since, I don't choose sides. I will move and punish according to what is right no matter who they are.
    - I love standing up for those who can't do it themselves.
    - Solving situations as fast as possible, accurate as possible when on the clock.

    - Doesn't do "favoritism" in and to the IC life.
    - Admitting when I'm wrong if proven wrong.

    - Sometimes, talk faster than the average en2 player.
    - Doesn't like harsh punishment if the person meant no harm when rule-break. (Still will punish but unless it was really intentional, I don't see reason why do max punishment, it discourages newer player to leave before giving the server a try).
    - Understanding really heavy accents.
    - Can't stand people with obnoxious/broken mics.
    - People who start speaking FL Infront of me when the situation involves me.
    - Can be impatient sometimes (I love things getting done ASAP).
    - Can't stand people who try to take advantage of others.
    - Only will talk in voice when need to like when in admi situations or when in VC with other admis for a reason, not just "for fun".

    No, I work independently out of the game most times, only times I will have to put LOA is for family vacations that usually happen only 3 times a year and some birthdays (just for that day). Also, if an emergency happens, which it's super rare.

I'm devoted to creating a great environment, helping players, and resolving any difficulties in a timely and professional manner. My strengths lie in strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep commitment to integrity and fairness. I have a strong capacity for managing resources effectively and making decisions that benefit the city as a whole. I would say one of my weaknesses is that I can be overly detail-oriented, sometimes focusing too much on getting everything exactly right.
