1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   - I had some times in GOV as Minister of State and in an unofficial family. I faced different types of roleplay experiences, but I kept my standard roleplay smooth. I believe I am ready to take more responsibility for the state and help state citizens. I want to take action against server rule breakers and give them punishment for their acts. I feel bad for those victims. I want to run the project smoothly and free from rule breakers. For that, I want to become an admin. Also, I want to keep my roleplay experience in a different way, like acting as a wizard. Acting as a wizard feels so cool for me.
2. What are your strengths?
   - I always talk in standard English, with no disrespect in my words, and always speak with good words, respect others, and deceive no one. I did not spend that much time; my level is just 14, but because of my quick learning skills, I learned rules and legislation too fast and am doing standard roleplay. I am creative-minded, so I have so many cool ideas to solve problems and come out of different terrible problems/situations. I always put in the best effort I can and try my best to do standard roleplay. I am very hardworking and passionate about my job. Also, I stay calm and use the right decision. I don't provide someone punishment without a clear view of his acts; I wait for a confirmation of his guilt.

   - Sometimes, I overthink things, which can slow/stop me down. Focusing too much on the small details, which makes it hard to make quick decisions.

   - The admin team is already so good. I stay in peak time of the server. My passion and hard work might help them with quick responses. Also, I am working as a Minister of State in the Department of Recreation, where I have to conduct public events every day, and I am doing my job with my full potential. Before that I worked as a USSS Deputy Director. I conducted ghetto patrols, encashments, and lead negotiations for hostage situations. So I have an idea to take charge and lead a team. And I will put my best effort into removing conflicts between players.

Ans: From the beginning of my RP life i have been hardworking! During my rp-life i have seen a lot of ups and downs, i worked in many different organisations both legal and illegal, got to know the workings of different organisations and contributed my valuable time to make the rp life easy and transparent for all with whom i interacted. I'm fluent in speaking english which will give me advantage to interact with players on server and admin team, also i'm very cool minded even if the person in front of me is angry i can make him calm down and handle situation easily and fairly.

I want to be an admin because I have been in this city for 1 and a half years and I think I have gained enough knowledge and experience to become an admin. I have been in the admin team in EN-3 as Junior Admin and crime curator of Marabunta and I have also been a bloods leader in EN-3 , From name Marcus Pluxury. From my experiences Things are different in EN-2 as compared to EN-3 , I also have plenty of experience in EN-2 too on the Crime side as deputy as well as the state side. I would like to help people in this server as there are newbies coming in the city every day and I want to help them and solve their problems. I see many rulebreakers troubling people , so I want solve their problems and also teach them in a friendly manner. I am playing on this server for more than a year and now I want to become an admin because I always want to climb up the ladder of success in my life and when I started playing on this server I play like a loose bull but after being punished several times I get to know that what is right and what is wrong. I know if not me, someone else will come and join admin team but I know one thing about me is that I love this game and when you love something then you can give your 100% to make that thing better at any cost.    - As I have been an underdeputy in both state and crime orgs, Played on both en1 and en2, My experience will help me take unbiased and correct decisions.
   - I can dedicate ample time to the project as an admin and contribute the most from my side.

   - I sometimes take some time to adapt towards a new work enviroment but am always eager to learn.
