Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin to help improve the server experience for others. I’ve enjoyed RP, but now I’m more interested in supporting the community by enforcing rules, assisting players, and maintaining fairness across the server.

What are your strengths?
I’m active, calm under pressure, and a quick learner. I handle situations fairly and always stay respectful, even during tense situations.

What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I focus too much on helping others and forget to take breaks, but I’m working on balancing my time better.

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring good communication, deep knowledge of server rules, and a strong sense of responsibility. I can handle reports quickly and professionally, and I work well in a team.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans: I have been playing on this project about a year now, when I joined it's amazing and still it is. When I came to this project I have worked from beigning and start the grind moreover when I have faced any issues while doing the RP, the admins always helped me and from that I thought I would love to join the team and will also help the players the way I got my help. But at that time I wasn't experience enough but eventually I have gained my experience, I used to be a Leo and this is the beigning of my experience gain. I worked as a Leo for about a year, I was also a gang member and both was fun. I think I have enough experience to join admin team.

2. What are your strengths?
Ans: As per the strengths, I can say stay calm which helps me think clearly so that I'm not taking any decisions which is going to hamper the situation while it's on under pressure. I'm also good at Time Management which helps me to prioritize my work.

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Ans: Trusting people easily, extra emotions.

- I have spent a lot of my RP life as part of legal organisation and I enjoyed my time there. But during the time I have spent there experienced many situations and few of those situations, are players breaking rules I have personally experienced rule breaks most are like CL,RDM and FL. Sometimes admins cannot respond to those calls because they are handling many other calls I want to contribute to the community because it has given me a lot of memories. My main goal is to help as many players as possible, so everything will be fair and everybody will enjoy.

-Active during the low activity hours.
-I can be calm and patient stressful situation.
-I respond quickly to any important DM.
-Learning from mistakes.

-I double check things so many times as I am afraid of making mistake.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become admin and want to leave RP life because i am done with RP Life cause i gained a lot of experience in Legal and as well as illegal organization I was deputy of both legal and illegal plus i was the Ex Leader of EMS with a successful term and gained a lot of fame and respect as a normal player and i want to join Admin team and want to become a good and active admin.

I am good in decision making.
I can solve difficult problems very easily.

3. What are your weaknesses?
I have some ego problem and i don't think so i have any other weaknesses.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I will become a active admin and want to make admin team active i will try to do maximum tickets as possible and try to respond to each and every situation from that i will make admin team active and i will be useful to them.

  1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
    I have started playing this game form around 10 months after knowing what RP acutely is I have started doing a proper rp for 8 months started with gang to EMS to LEO. After gaining a good knowledge in LEO worked for SAHP for 7 months with dedication and Became a CC after 4 Months and also experienced the corrupt side of leo for a long time. After being so much long in the org know I want to experience some thing new interesting and contribute my work for Admins team.

  2. What are your strengths?
    -> I can learn things quickly.
    -> Good at taking decision.
    -> Don't rush to make verdict make it clean and clear.
    -> Don't hesitate to make my doubt clear .

  3. What are your weaknesses?
    ->Wants someone to be at back to for a period of time .
    -> Cant tolerate with toxic people.

  4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
    My normal play time will at the peak time of server where most of the events take place from FZ to Bank prot or ACC. I want to make a quick response for tickets. And keep an eye on the situation so that no rule break happens

The administrator has the right to reject your application if
-The application does not follow the format
-The application is copy-pasted/AI/ etc
-The applicant has a low level / experience
-The applicant doesn't fit the specifications the administration is looking for
-The applicant has a long and recurring punishment history with multiple bans.
-The application is low effort.

Remember you could get punished for 6.17, not recording overlays, and minus settings etc, make sure to solve it.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I Have Experience in all aspects From EN 1 and EN3 and I have done so much RP in the last 3-4 years. I wanted to be became admin because I have experience as gangs and legal orgs with high ranks. I know more about server with my knowledge ill do best and I was playing grand RP last 3-4 years, i know rules of city.I want want to make GRP the best server among all RP servers.Its already in the no1 positition against other RP servers.Im sure i will do my best to increase the server growth.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Honestly, I’ve spent enough time in RP to understand how things work and how players behave. I’ve enjoyed RP, but now I feel like I can be more useful as an admin, especially helping people who are new and making sure things are fair. I’ve seen how much admins matter in keeping the server smooth and I want to be a part of that side now.


What are your strengths?
I’m active almost daily, I stay calm even when players are toxic or situations are heated, and I always try to listen first before acting. I know the server rules and I’m pretty good at dealing with players respectfully.


What are your weaknesses?
I can be too focused on small things sometimes, like overchecking a situation that could be solved faster. And when it gets very busy, I’m still learning how to balance everything quickly.


What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I’ve been in SAHP as High Command and also led a gang, so I know both sides of RP. I understand how people think in both legal and illegal orgs, which helps when solving reports. I speak both Urdu and English fluently, so I can help a wide range of players. And most importantly, I’m fair and don’t take sides.


Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes, I don’t have any issue with that.


Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No, nothing like that. I’m fully available and can stay active consistently.

Just that I’m serious about this and not doing it just for the admin tag. I really want to help the server and be part of the team. I know what it’s like to be a regular player, and I want to make things better for others.
