   I have been in this project for more than a year, did contributed in mostly every org except ng and lspd. I have been as HC in all orgs in which i have worked and now i think after exploring all things now adminship is my next step to do. As i have done a lot of RP life and done everything possible so i want to join admin team also admins in morning are mostly inactive and people do lot of rulebreak on cc, if i get chance to be a admin i will make sure that everyone follow rules.

   I am expert in communication skills, know how to solve conflicts, love teamwork, and I am quick learner and always follow rules.

I like helping new players understand the game and complete missions. I also don’t mind giving some in-game money to help out when needed. I always try to help people and follow the rules as much as I can. Sometimes I have some problems too, but I really like this server and enjoy helping everyone. I want to be an admin so I can help more people, especially since I’m not playing much RP lately and mostly just driving around lol. Being an admin will let me do something useful for the server.



2. What are your strengths?

I’m good at listening and understanding situations. I respect everyone and treat all people equally. I stay patient and calm even in difficult moments. I explain rules clearly and solve problems quickly. I’m responsible and always try to do my best. I also work well with others and support the admin team.

Sometimes I forget to follow all the rules perfectly, and I have a short temper which makes me get annoyed easily. However, I’m aware of this and working on staying calm and being more patient. I’m learning to think before I react and to balance fairness with understanding.

I can be available faster than usual and offer deeper help to players. I’m good at listening and understanding their problems. Sometimes I also bring some laughs and positive vibes to the community. Right now, I’m banned because I made a mistake, and I understand what I did wrong. I have a 60-day ban for using the GR 4.1 gym bot, and that’s what keeps me from playing. Life is hard right now because of the war in my country, but it actually makes me want to play and be part of the community even more. Of course, I want to get the ban removed as soon as possible lol.

I’m really motivated to help the community and make the server better for everyone. I’ve been playing here for a long time, so I understand how things work and what players need. I’m patient, respectful, and always ready to listen. I want to be a positive and reliable part of the admin team.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans : i want to became admin because i love to help people and i also want to became as a normal player i cant help new people and punish the rule breakers and i ever wanted to became admin to punish the rule breakers and help player that got any kind of problem i can leave rp life because i played it for long time and for helping people i can do everything

   Since my starting of RP, I have spent maximum time in legal orgs because of that i have of experienced lot of rp. Because being in a legal orgs you get a chance to experience rp upto a very good level which sometimes gets boring. Honestly I want to be an admin in Grand rp because I've spend a lot of time in the server and I really care about the community. I've Seen both good and bad situations and I think I could actually help to make a difference by keeping things fair and fun. Honestly, after spending a long time in RP, I’ve started to feel a bit burned out. I’ve explored a lot of character paths and situations, and now I’m more interested in seeing how things work behind the scenes. I think becoming an admin would give me a fresh challenge and let me stay involved in a new and meaningful way, even if I'm not actively roleplaying all the time

One of my biggest strengths is patience , I know how to stay calm and neutral even when players are frustrated or situations get heated. I’m also a good communicator, whether it’s explaining rules, resolving player conflicts, or helping newcomers feel welcome.

Sometimes I focus too much on small details — like wording in reports or exact logs — which can slow me down. I’m learning to balance accuracy with efficiency.
