I've been roleplaying in GrandRP for around a year now on EN1, EN2 and EN3, I started off on state side as a recruit in FIB, never received training and I was able to get myself up and running by myself by just reading legislation and training documents. I don't enjoy RP'ing as much anymore, but I would still like to improve it and I know the best way would be to become a leader but when I had temp leadership, after carefully thinking about it I realised its not something for me, at least for now. -The application does not follow the format
-The application is copy-pasted/AI/ etc
-The applicant has a low level / experience
-The applicant doesn't fit the specifications the administration is looking for
-The applicant has a long and recurring punishment history with multiple bans.
-The application is low effort.

I want to become an admin because I want to help new players Because they don't know situations in which they have to follow certain rules, I want to help them with this.
